Fantastic experience: Ed has organised a number of travel experiences for us, our most recent being a tour through Vietnam. As always, the trip was fantastic, with all arrangements being 'spot on'. Ed goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great trip.

Fantastic experience: Have had the most amazing time in Alaska and the Canadian Rockies, finishing with a few days unwind in Fiji as this was a stop over. Ed was great with all his organisation and responsive when we had questions along the way. From the transfers to the airports,flights, pick up transfers, accommodation, cruise and hire car, everything was booked. It was great to have Ed as a back stop

Fantastic experience: Ed organised our trip to Singapore/Japan, for our family's first journey into Asia. The trip was a wonderfully incredible, unforgettable experience thanks to Ed's planning and advice. The planning of places to visit within our timeframe and budget was perfect. This included wonderful accommodation choices, located ideally for experiencing the best sights and sounds of Japan and Singapore tailored to our family's tastes. The flights and connecting transfers by car and rail were perfect and went seamelsessly to plan. We will not venture overseas without talking to Ed at Travel Managers first. His planning, care and support was way beyond expectation and it was obvious from the first meeting over a coffee that Ed truly cared about our family having the best experience possible. We cant thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: Ed was recommended to us by friends and we are so thankful for him making our Europe dream a reality. Ed had our itinerary planned within a few days of our initial meeting; including all activities, transport and accomodation that was within our budget. Although we didn't require any assistance throughout the trip we knew Ed was contactable at any hour. Fantastic experience: Ed was absolutely brilliant..we were rookies when it came to overseas travel and not only did Ed point us in the right direction for our France and UK trip, he set up the key areas for us. Flights, rental car and accommodation in the major cities, from there we could build our itinerary. He then also provided some great ideas for places to visit.We could not recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 9 week trip across the UK Europe and the USA which was organised for us by Ed. It was a fantastic trip, we travelled by train, plane, ferries and hire car all organised by Ed and it all worked. The accommodation that he organised was great all in fantastic locations and some with amazing views of iconic landmarks. Ed kept in touch with us while we were away to make sure that we were Ok. We will be contacting Ed for any future trips and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Ed has gone above and beyond in helping us plan our holiday. Always went out of his way to help us with any questions and to organise things we needed. We had a couple of ups and downs due to personal circumstances right before we flew out but Ed was right there (in another state from us I might add) to help us, which I can’t thank enough. It wasn’t just Ed helping us right when we needed it most that made me give him 5 stars. From the very beginning he has been so helpful and friendly and willing to help in any way (quick to reply too) that I feel he deserves the 5 stars and a great review. Ed was recommended to me through my friend and sometimes personal recommendations don’t quite hit the mark but this one definitely did. Fantastic experience: Ed organised for our group of friends to do something completely different in this time of covid... A REX milk run. Stopping off at 8 stops across regional Queensland even getting in a beer with the locals at Birdsville. A few days in Mt. Isa and a decent overnight train ride into Townsville. By using a Travel agent we had someone who had experience and ideas we wouldn't of found on our own. Let Ed know what you're looking for and see where you might end up. Fantastic experience: I recently went on a holiday package that Ed had tailor made involving the REX 5 stop milk run from Brisbane to Mount Isa, and The Inlander train from Mount Isa to Townsville. Ed went above and beyond to ensure that the small group had a great time! He managed to get us Qantas Club lounge access in Melbourne; a welcome fruit platter in Brisbane, along with a welcome drink in the lobby. He also presented to us a little showbag to have. The transfer company used in Brisbane was not only professional and punctual, but the drivers also had a great sense of humour. The next part of our trip was the Milk Run. Ed had selected prime viewing seats for us and the airline had arranged a souvenir for us to have. A couple of us had really wanted to have enough time to stop at the Birdsville Pub for a beer. Normally a flyover stop, Ed had arranged as we were boarding, for them to give us a 40 minute break there - absolutely stoked by this and the effort he put in to cross off a bucket list item! The air hostess Jess also made this trip a delight. In Mount Isa, Ed had selected a hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk everywhere in town, but far enough away to not hear the road noise of road trains. A bonus was we had great views of the main mine and at 8am every morning could hear the rumble of the mine explosions for 30 seconds or so! Ed had suggested we go to a local footy match - which we all did and boy was that an experience! The rules up there are something different Next up was The Inlander train, we were given a quick private tour with some goodies for us. Yet again, Ed had provided us ample seating with great views. Our final stop was Townsville. This property had a gorgeous infinity pool which was much needed after our 21 hour train journey where we relaxed in the sun. On our final day Ed suggested we go on a self guided tour on motorised scooters which was only $15 for just over 2 hours where we saw all the main sights of Townsville! Ed was organised, professional and efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone wanting to do something different to see Australia! Thank you TravelManagersBuninyong.

Fantastic experience: Ed recently booked a tour for a group of us to got on a REX airline milk run from Brisbane to Mt Isa stopping at various isolated towns along the way and return to Townsville via train on Queensland rails Inlander train for 7 days. The accommodation was to great standard along with the tours organised. This also included our return airfares from and to Melbourne. This was a great and professionally organised trip. He was easy to deal with and kept me well informed on everything throughout the booking process. I would highly recommend Ed to all my friends and contacts wishing to organise a holiday or even a weekend getaway. You will not be disappointed with his professional attitude and the quality of work he does.
