Negative experience: I had to change my review as I was happy with booking speed, but I was wrong about the Worldmark agency. I've bought a ticket in July 2023, 2 months later in September I called to cancel. Melissa (she is professional, friendly, and deserve all respect) said they have to deduct AUD 500 , I had to think about it, called few days later to cancel, Michelin (never reply to emails, told her that she didn't care, unfriendly), said they will deduct AUD 650, I asked to talk to Melissa, but Michelin didn't let me. I went for the cancellation, waited for 3 months and half but no refund, I called the agency and talked with Melissa , she helped me. I got my remained money back after almost 4 months. I'm unhappy with their services

Negative experience: "Wow" what can I say service was atrocious I messaged what I think seems to be the owner on a Sunday morning about 2am I was currently overseas at the time in an emergency i needed my flights mived forward I did not expect a reply straight away I waited till 11.30 in the morning no reply I then proceeded to message back thanking him for a great service he proceeds by messaging back esxuse me it's Sunday morning we'll don't run a business then will never ever book with these guys again

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Worldmark Travel, High Street Preston. Last month I came to the agency, very angry because a Webjet online support staff member gave me the wrong information and we had to cancel the flight. Even worse, the representative who answered the phone refused to refund part of the money. Michelin gave me the best help. She organised another flight and even phoned Hong Kong airline and Webjet about my case. They agreed to give me back some money (which I have not received yet!). Thank you Worldmark.
