Very responsive to our questions, provided us a timely partial refund after the steam locomotive part of our trip was interrupted by mechanical problems. And our contact Mai went out of her way to retrieve a photo I had left on our bus...she scanned and emailed it to us, taking time away from her other duties to do so. Needless to say, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my girlfriend walked into this place and was immediately welcomed by Mai. She was so informative, understanding and just chill to deal with. My GF has very little experience with the ocean and I have only dived twice before but luckily, Mai is a diver herself and pointed towards a package that suited us both. She also helped me figure out where to park our van up whilst we headed out and gave me plenty of reassurance. She even followed up a few times which is simply the right way to do service. This travel agency is lucky to have her. Divers den were the company we did our night cruise with. Seemed to be a well oiled machine where we were shown awesome parts of the reef with so so many cool fish, sharks, coral. The works. Breakfast lunch and dinner was delicious and had plenty to go around. Quite a few people got sea sick at times, my GF included but the staff are cool about it and there to help. I would have loved to do a night time dive but unfortunately there was no intro dive option for that at that time (I am not certified) but I still got to do 4 awesome dives in total.

Fantastic experience: I made a last-minute decision to go to Kuranda. The merchants on Ctrip and Xianyu couldn't issue tickets. I saw a shop near my hotel and contacted them via WeChat for consultation. They were very professional and the service was great. Kuranda is definitely worth a visit and very interesting. The young lady, after inquiring about our accommodation and the number of travelers, recommended Reef Magic. It departs from the pier in the city center, and it's just a 2-minute walk from the Hilton where I was staying, which is very convenient. I also heard that this boat is a bit newer. On the other hand, the more popular Sunlover Cruise is more suitable for families traveling with children. Additionally, the young lady thoughtfully provided a plan for visiting Kuranda Rainforest and Skyrail, which I really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: On the last day in Cairns, I suddenly wanted to take the skyrail and visit Kuranda village, but I only returned from Green Island around noon, and I had a flight back to Melbourne at 7 PM. The time for sightseeing felt a bit rushed, especially with elderly and children in tow and dragging luggage. I happened to pass by this travel agency and inquired about the entire Kuranda itinerary, including pickup from the ferry terminal to the cable car station and drop-off at the airport after the tour. The owner's quote was very reasonable, quite comparable to booking tickets directly and taking a taxi. After settling on this itinerary, I needed to change the cable car tickets, and the driver quickly adjusted the pickup time. I was surprised that for such a small last-minute itinerary, the owner was very serious in following up. No wonder so many travel agencies went out of business during the pandemic, but this one is still here. I will definitely come back next time I visit Cairns. Five-star review!

This place includes all the entertainment activities in Cairns and the most interesting package tours! The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, perfect for friends coming to Cairns who don't know where to start~~ The little kangaroos are so cute, but of course, I highly recommend the Great Barrier Reef. Even though we initially weren't planning to join the tour, we just needed other assistance, and Stefanie was super friendly and helpful. The drivers and tour guides were all very patient and nice. One day was a child's birthday, and unfortunately, the restaurant did not have a cake that evening. Qiqi suddenly appeared, holding a cake, lighting candles, and singing 'Happy Birthday' as she walked to our table to celebrate with the child. It was so unexpected and surprising! Grateful! Our itinerary changed due to weather and health reasons, and Qiqi made every effort to adjust it for us, considering a lot for us. The travel agency's store is conveniently located across from DFS. Quite impressively, the cable car to see the original form of tropical forest is better that the Avatar movie. For this trip, we chose the following: On the first day, we were picked up by a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, staying at the Crystal Garden Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cool. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. After we placed our luggage, we waited for another shuttle bus to go skydiving, bungee jumping, and jungle swinging. After finishing the activities, the shuttle bus took us back to the hotel. On the second and third days, we went deep sea diving. We took an Uber to the pier, checked in on the boat, and around noon switched boats at sea. After a brief explanation of the deep-sea diving times and meal times, we each went to our rooms to drop off our luggage. There were six of us staying in two rooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a single bed, and each room had a bathroom. There were about three to five deep-sea diving sessions available each day. On the first day, we did one snorkeling session and two deep-sea diving sessions, and we also paid an additional 80 AUD for a night dive. On the second day, we went deep-sea diving three times. In total, we had five tanks to use, with each tank lasting about 20-30 minutes. The boat provided breakfast, lunch, and ice cream. On the third day, we participated in a one-day rafting trip. In the morning, we arrived at the meeting point and boarded the tour bus. After reaching the office, we rented shoes at a cost of 5 AUD per pair. Then we got back on the bus and headed to the rafting location. After putting on life jackets and helmets, we set off rafting, which was very exciting. It was especially fun when everyone floated down the river because the weather was too hot, and everyone wanted to cool off in the water. About halfway through the rafting, we stopped onshore for a buffet lunch, which included toast with various sauces, vegetables, meat, bacon, fruits, milk, coffee, and tea. After eating, we continued rafting. After finishing the activities, the tour bus took us home or dropped us off at the night market in the city. On the fifth day, we took a small plane to see the Great Barrier Reef. On the sixth day, we rented a car and went to Port Douglas and Palm Cove, buying tickets for the zoo. The zoo is not very large, but it has many birds; you can take photos with the animals during opening hours. On the seventh day, we went sightseeing in the city, with a shuttle bus taking us to the airport.

Negative experience: A consultant in this company, known as Linda, assaulted me in language so as to mislead others to believe that my company’s service has contributed to the death of my client. The truth is my client passed away from a car accident which is an unexpected tragedy and our company was not liable to it at all. The Linda neglects the truth and disrespects my deceased client. She doesn’t deserve a position in service industry in which client’s welfare should always be our priority.

Fantastic experience: A dependable company/staff. Stephanie had helped us a lot in the planning of the trip and making sure it executed to the best. Her recommendations were all turned out to be memorable experience. She is nice and organised and, despite the first time visiting Cairns/GC for ppl coming from HK, not fluent in English, but still be able to enjoy the trip much. Three things to call out: 1. She came in person to guide us through the Green Island visit; 2. Recommended Mr. Soy Boy the Asian Cuisine Restaurant which is fantastic – I am happy to recommend it to all Asian visiting Cairns; 3. Flexible to accommodate any last minute change of mind as far as possible. I would highly recommend the company/Stephanie for organizing your visit in Cairns/GC.
