Fantastic experience: Amazon adventures to Cape tribulation and The waterfalls tour. Clinton was amazing: driving, organizing, speaking, passionate about his life (it’s not a job for him). I was lucky enough to have him as a guide on both tours. Incredible. Just go with them and let the adventure begin!!!!

Fantastic experience: We did the 11h daintree Tour with the crocodile boat Tour and it was amazing we learnd about the nativ plants and the wildlife, saw many crocs And our tourguid Esther was just the best guid she did such a good job With explaining everything what you wanted to know about the Rainforest! Negative experience: Our experience with Cairns Adventure/Happy Travel was frustrating. We booked a rafting tour, but the shuttle simply never showed up, leaving us stranded and unable to participate in the activity we had paid for. We had reserved our last day in Cairns for this activity, and they made us waste it due to their negligence. It took time and effort to get the refund. The entire process felt unprofessional, and we were left feeling neglected. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service

Positive experience: The driver Carlos was absolutely brilliant. He’s knowledge and experience was off the charts. Great to see some stunning rainforest and some crocs on the Daintree. Would have liked more time on the beach but that’s life Overall great experience

Fantastic experience: Thanks to our tour guide, Damien, we had a great day. He is funny and knowledgeable about the wildlife, local culture, and history. He is also a fantastic storyteller. His personal stories connected to the local experience made the tour much fun. He is excellent with time management and is super friendly. Even more, he is a fantastic driver. I often get car sick sitting on a bus. But I did not feel sick at all today.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing - I would rate it more than 5 starts if I could! Beautiful waterfalls and scenery - but the best part was our tour guide Esther! Such an uplifting, funny and bubbly guide that made the trip 10 times more fun! She shared fantastic stories/nature facts along the way and made sure everyone felt involved and was having the best time! Would 100% recommend this tour but message to check when Esther is working because you are going to want her guiding your trip trust me!!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience for the morning tube down the river! Bus pick up was right on time. We arrived 10 minutes earlier just to be safe as we have seen if you are not there on time that is your own fault not theirs. Liv and Elliot were our guides and they did an amazing job of making everyone feel safe and had fun! Make sure to listen to what they say as they are the experts. Also would suggest wearing your own reef shoes and pack a towel and change if clothes. Would 10 out of 10 do it again! Thank you for an amazing morning that will not be forgotten!

Fantastic experience: We did the Waterfall Wanders tour with Kris as our guide. The day was perfect despite the not so great weather. We saw many stunning places and spotted some wild platypus too!

Fantastic experience: We did the Mossman gorge, Daintree, croc cruise last week with Ester as our guide. For someone who hasn't been in the Cairns area for long, Ester has certainly done her research on the areas we visited and made the whole day informative, interesting and fun. My husband and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the sights and experiences. Ester is a wonderful tour guide

Fantastic experience: We did the Daintree Rainforest day trip with Cam, he was absolutely amazing! We learnt so many awesome things about the different areas. I think we got super lucky with our tour guide Cam, he was very knowledgeable and kept everyone happy and on schedule. Thank you Cam!! We like most people were trying to decide do we hire a car and do this ourselves, or do the tour…. DO THE TOUR!!!! An incredible day, you get taken to all the perfect spots, some we wouldn’t have thought to go to!! Met some cool people and didn’t have to worry about driving.

Fantastic experience: 4 of us did the Mossman Gorge Daintree with Croc Boat trip today. What a great day, busy and long but so good. Clint was our driver/tour guide and was absolutely fantastic. He knows his stuff and shares it with everyone. We had a couple who were unfortunately late getting back to the bus so our lunch was rushed. No fault of Clint’s as he told us numerous times what we needed to do. I highly recommend this tour company and hope you are lucky enough to get Clint as your guide.

Fantastic experience: We had the best day with Cairns Adventure Tours in the Daintree Rainforest. The activities were well organized and we did so many fun and interesting things. Our guide, Orion, was fabulous, keeping us informed and entertained all day. Highly recommend this adventure!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend the team at Cairns Adventure Group enough. From as early as enquiring the team were very pleasant, informative and prompt in their response. We were a group of 10 friends, interested in a private Daintree rainforest tour. We found price of the private tour was very reasonable and cost effective for all the tour had to offer. We appreciate Danielle for her wonderful and attentive service in organising our trip. We were also impressed with the level of service that the group had to offer with options for pick up and drop off right at our holiday rentals, in various locations. We also couldn’t thank our wonderful tour guide (pro golfer) Clinton enough for being outstanding, going above and beyond to make our tour so special. Our full day tour included visits to Mossman Gorge, various Daintree locations and Cape Tribulation. The tour also included lunch, ice cream at the Daintree rainforest and a croc river cruise. We were lucky enough to see a Cassowary, many crocs and so much more. The experience is certainly one we will always remember and cherish. We cannot wait to visit and book again with the awesome team at Cairns Accenture Group.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I went on the Daintree to Cape Tribulation tour and honestly it is one of the best tours I have ever been on!! It really makes a difference when you have a great tour guide aswell!! We had the best time I would 10/10 recommend this tour for anyone who isn’t sure but also….. I would just like to give a shout out to Orion!! That guy deserves a pay rise FOR SURE. He was very informative, spoke very clearly and was very helpful in answering any questions anyone had. It takes a lot to keep a group of people entertained for a whole day and he has made it look so easy!! This guy is a natural - thanks heaps Orion - if it weren’t for your encouragement I’m not sure I would have been brave enough to pick up that green ant…. But I officially can say that I have!! This tour was amazing and one I feel very happy to have in my memory books!!

Fantastic experience: We did the Mossman Gorge, Daintree, Cape Tribulation tour and it was fantastic. Clinton was an amazing guide, was knowledgeable about all the places we visited or passed by. He was funny and enthusiastic making what could have been a boring bus ride entertaining and interactive. He was also an excellent wildlife spotter, with seeing a baby cassowary the highlight of the day. Athough not the best weather (wouldn't be a rainforest without rain), we were still able to swim in the gorge and spot plenty of crocs, snakes and birds on the river tour. Would recommend bringing some snacks for the journey as it is a long but whorthwile day. Would definitely book with Cairns Adventure Group again.

Fantastic experience: We did the waterfall wanderers trip today...Carlos was incredible and never a dull moment with him as our guide...he has so much personality and made the day loads of fun! Thanks Carlos for the drive, the laughs, the hair flick demo, the tips for best positions sliding down Josephine falls and for the grand finale bus rock!

Fantastic experience: The experience was amazing and definitely a must-do. But especially a big mention to Carlos, my tour guide for the day. He was so happy and genuinely enthusiastic and had heaps of jokes and stories to tell. His guidance through Josephine falls made the experience so much more fun and safer, and his knowledge of the water and land we were in was surreal. Keep it up

Fantastic experience: I am a few days late but I would just like to thank Orion for our trip to the Daintree Rainforest, Mossman Gorge and Port Douglas. He is a fabulous tour guide with a wealth of knowledge and loads of fun to travel with. He was great fun, full of energy, approachable, and so accommodating for all on board! Thank you so much Orion! A True Gentleman who is gifted at what he does!

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best tour I have ever been on globally not even just in Australia. Carlos is a walking encyclopaedia full of facts about many things, not even just conservation, or nature, or Cairns or the Rainforests. His jokes were so bad they were so good hahaha. He is a good laugh and his no nonsense approach to humour is one of absolute joy and is very larrikin like.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Daintree and Mossman Gorge tour with Benedict as our guide, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. Benedict's enthusiasm and passion for the natural beauty and history of the area were truly infectious. His knowledge of the flora and fauna was impressive, and he effortlessly answered every question with a smile. What made the tour even more memorable was Benedict's incredible opera singing skills. At one point during the tour, he treated us to a beautiful performance that echoed through the rainforest, creating a magical atmosphere. It was an unexpected and delightful surprise that showcased his unique talent. Benedict's ability to combine his love for nature with his musical talent made this tour one of a kind. His positive energy and genuine care for the environment and his guests made the day unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area and look forward to another adventure with Benedict in the future!

Fantastic experience: I went on the Daintree and Cape Tribulation tour. absolutely wonderful! felt there was enough time at each spot - mossman gorge, Daintree village, the river cruise and Thornton beach. Benedict our guide was OUTSTANDING! gave us lots of information and facts on each place, even gave us some onboard entertainment. I could not recommend this tour enough

Fantastic experience: The Rainforest full day adventure was fantastic! Our guide, Carlos, along with his trainee Cameron, made the trip memorable. Carlos knew so much and told funny stories. At each location we went to every question was answered in detail, which meant I was learning new things throughout the whole day. He shared about his culture, background and also some unbelievable work experiences. On the river cruise we were lucky and saw lots of crocs, including a huge one, and all the places we visited were beautiful. You can tell Carlos loves his job through his enthusiasm and great deal of experience. Great job, guys!

Positive experience: We went on Cape tribulation trip with them. Honestly we felt like the trip had only one important place I.e Mossman Gorge . Other places can be easily ignored. Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant instructor Jonny with great knowledge made it a really enjoyable day out. You are going down the river in the middle of the rainforest with stunning views, for roughly 2 hrs so loads of time to really enjoy rafting. Dinner after was lovely too! Thank you all

Fantastic experience: I usually don't like going on tours, as you have less freedom and feel rushed all the time. However, this was not the case with the Cape Tribulation tour. We had the chance to visit so many things and still enjoy every single moment. I have met nice people on the tour, and the difference was made by our tour guide, O'Ryan, who went above and beyond to make our day amazing. He has been full of energy all day long, never tired of sharing information with us and keeping the mood up. You can truly see he knows the place by heart and he is totally passionate about his job. Recommended 100%

Fantastic experience: We did the waterfall wanderers tour and This was one of the highlights of my first trip to Cairns. Ella was a fun guide who ensured everyone’s safety and kept us on track. The tour wasn’t rushed, each attraction had at least a 30 minute allocated time which was enough!

He was the most interesting and communicative tour guide I have ever had, his expressive and immense knowledge has supported the reason why the cape tribulations tour is my favourite of all. Fantastic experience: A MUST do if you visit Cairns! I am definitely no adrenaline junkie but when asked if I would go rafting I hesitantly said yes and so glad I did! I spent the whole afternoon laughing with a smile on my face! A big thankyou to Ash for recognising my fake bravado but mostly for making us feel safe on the water! I would definitely do it again!

Fantastic experience: I did the waterfall wanderers tour yesterday and had the absolute best day. Our tour guide (unfortunately can’t remember his name) was super enthusiastic and went above and beyond to make sure we all got the most out of the experience. This is a really convenient and affordable way to see some of the best spots in Cairns for those travelling on a budget as you can be picked up and dropped off at your hotel or close to it if you’re are in an air BnB like me. We were blessed with an absolutely stunning day too! Cannot recommend this tour enough!

Fantastic experience: We did the Mossman, Daintree and cape tribulation tour. It took a good 11hrs which was so worth it. 20ppl on our tour bus from all different cultures, we loved it. We had the best tour guide, he's name was Stu. He was full of knowledge and stories which really made our tour incredible. We swam and the Mossman which was perfect. We loved the Daintree river cruise, we saw lots of crocs laying in the sun, they were pretty incredible. We then enjoyed a lovely walk through cape tribulation and had a yummy lunch. Best day and deff make some great memories.

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing time river tubing! A highlight of our trip- something to enjoy and share with all age groups (as long as you can walk independently over rocky terrain I highly recommend). The guides were super fun and easy going. Made the whole adventure safe but fun! Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: The Waterfall Wanderer tour was a fabulous day out! A special thanks to Lizzy our Tour Guide who was funny, knowledgeable and very approachable. And she’s also a great driver! I hope Cairns Adventure Tours realize how lucky they are to have her on staff. The only negative thing is that lunch was a bit disappointing. I’m a senior person and would recommend this tour to anyone with reasonable fitness. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Amazing and seamless experience with the tour operator. The tour guide/ bus operator Brendon gave some great insights about Australia and kept us entertained.

Negative experience: Booked Tubbing, but it was cancelled due to weather and we were given river rafting which was not a great experience.(Could have given an option for refund) The staff were good and friendly however the management was not great as there were delays in everything. The experience with rafting was not great and was very basic(more for kids) If you want bit more adventure try someone else!

Negative experience: The literal title of the tour begins with Cape Tribulation, which was closed for the time being. We were not made aware of this prior to the tour or on the tour, only when we got to the road that was leading to cape tribulation the tour guide instructor said “oh this is as far as we can go, we have to turn around now” . I feel as though this was misleading and therefore led to a tour that was a bit chaotic, a lot of driving around and roughly 10 minutes at each stopping point. We also did the tour in the reverse order which led us to have to cut time at some of the stops because we were running late. It felt as though because cape tribulation was closed we did a lot of extra driving and filler stops to make the tour last the whole day. Would not recommend. The tour guide we had was not great either.

Fantastic experience: Had a blast on the Daintree tour! Our bus driver Steph was very knowledgeable of all the area’s history and made sure everyone’s safety was a top priority .

Fantastic experience: Carlos was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide and safe driver for my Leap Day 2024 trip to Daintree/Mossman Gorge area. The bus was 15 minutes late arriving to my hotel in Palm Cove but they did send a text to inform me of the slight delay. This rainforest tour does have a lot of time spent on the bus (which I know some don’t like) but personally I loved gazing out the window while on Cook Highway and the windy/bumpy rainforest roads. Additionally, if you’re looking for quantity of locations and hitting multiple in the same day this tour is for you! Especially as an American visiting QLD and unfamiliar with driving on the left and just simply not wanting to research every little stop it was nice to have the itinerary taken care of for me. But due to the December 2023 Cyclone, we were unable to travel to Cape Tribulation and there were some lengthy stop lights due to one lane roads, but I didn’t mind as Carlos tried his best to get the group to see so many other fabulous locations like Mossman Gorge, Daintree River Cruise (only saw one small baby croc), Daintree Ice Cream Co, Thornton Beach, and Port Douglas. You don’t spend long at any of these places, some stops only being 15 minutes. It’s also important to be back to the bus when stated to stay on schedule. After the first stop to Mossman some other travelers were straggling behind so it’s best to respect the driver and other tourists. Overall, this rainforest day was my favorite day in North QLD (even over being out on the reef).

Fantastic experience: Did the Daintree tour in February and definitely had a blast! We loved our guide Orion. He was incredibly enthusiastic and has a lot of knowledge about everything, he is very funny as well! He makes sure everyone enjoys their time and manages to entertain everyone, even during the bus rides. However, we saw some great things including four crocodiles on the Daintree river. Had a great lunch and ice cream.

Fantastic experience: Did the waterfall tour with them and can highly recommend. The highlight was our guide Lizzi. She made the trip very entertaining and seems to be born for being an awesome tourguide. I want all my friends to be like her Overall, very professional experience from booking towards drop off at the end of the trip. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Did two tours with them during my time in cairns. Hit all the spots like most others but what really stood out were my guides. Oscar and Lizzie were wonderful. So engaging and made the trip amazing! 10/10

Negative experience: The Cape Tribulation Tour, much lower quality than the description given, all pretty average stops at best, most of which you spend money to do anything anyway. Only meal included was lunch at the cheapest possible place they could find. But the real reason this is 1 star, is the incredibly rude tour guide Steph. She seemed to believe she was a teacher for 5 year old kids, any question you asked she gave a sassy answer as if it was bothering her. Incredible amount of rambling and no real sense of direction in her sentences. I wasn’t going to write a review I never do, until she pulled me by the backpack while I was trying to stand up as I was apparently about to get hit by a bus, which by the way was the bus I was looking at, parking on the other side of the road, waiting for it to turn around for us. I caught her 4 or 5 times rolling her eyes and talking about other customers in a rude way behind their back, no one on the tour was any inconvenience in my opinion. Waste of a day in my opinion, and put me and the majority of the tour in a very negative mood thanks to our selfish guide who wanted nothing but to be home early and show everyone how stupid they are compared to her.

Fantastic experience: River tubing was a great experience! Liv the guide was amazing, communicated everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. Tubing was great for all ages, went with my dad 65+, myself and my 6 year old daughter. The guides were great with my daughter and making her feel comfortable. Will hopefully get to do it again with my less adventurous daughter who is now jealous of the experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic time on the Waterfall Wanderers tour. Our tour was led by Lizzie, who was wonderful animated and full of interesting information about the places we were visiting and the wildlife we may encounter. Lizzie created a fun and comfortable atmosphere, in which everyone felt included. We were taken to some amazing spots on our tour including Millaa Millaa and Josephine Falls. At each spot, we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and have a swim. We also had time to stop for snacks and we were treated to lunch. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in Cairns!

Fantastic experience: I loved my Daintree Rainforest Adventure tour. Our guide, Brandon, told us funny and very entertaining short stories about geology, biology of the Rainforest and some of its animal and plant life, especially the Cassowary. He also told us entertaining history about Captain James Cook's voyages to Australia. Tour included Daintree river tour (crocodiles), Mossman gorge (aboriginal welcome ceremony), Barron Falls, Kuranda (hippie town), and stops for ice cream and pre-paid lunch. Because of recent (Dec 2023) flooding and mudslides, main highway along coast was closed, thereby adding at least 3 extra hours to our trip. That meant it was an 11-hour day, instead of a 7-8 hour normal trip. But thoroughly enjoyable. Comfortable seats on air-conditioned bus, included USB ports for cell phone charging. Highly recommended for easy highlights of Daintree Rainforest!

Fantastic experience: 100/10! Solo traveller from Canada and enjoyed every minute of my Tully river rafting day/trip. Our guide Jimmy was an absolutely stellar guy and we all enjoyed him so much. All the guides are so positive, professional, and fun. Would highly recommend a tour with Cairns Adventure group. Adventure it was!! Thanks Jimmy!!!

Positive experience: Alternative Route without price adjustment, and we were only informed of the pickup time half an hour before collection. We asked ourselves after no one could tell us the time in the evening.

Negative experience: We travelled from Sydney up to cairns for a boys weekend and paid good money for white water rapids and to include photos as advertised on the website but they stuffed up taking any on the day. We still haven’t received any photos of refund for the photos we paid for… ps rapids were like a kids water park and the whole day was pretty much out together by last backpackers trying to earn a dollar!! Scam scam scam I would stricken advise to avoid this tour company!!

Fantastic experience: We choose Cairns Adventure Group for water rafting at the Barron river. Jake was an amazing guide kept us entertained, we were a group of 6 people who had a fun afternoon, cherished good memories.

Fantastic experience: Although this was the only tour company we went on of Daintree Rainforest, it was the best one. We had John as our tour guide and he was so great. He was super funny and made sure everyone had an enjoyable experience, constantly checking in on everyone and making sure we were always safe and comfortable. The bus was comfortable and the drive out was stunning, too. My favorite stops were for ice cream and the river to swim in! The rainforest walk was also absolutely beautiful. John taught us all about the animals and plants! I loved the king ferns and we also spotted a cassowary!! It was also super interesting to learn about the indigenous groups in the area. John’s patience and knowledge about Carins and the rainforest also made the trip so much more fun, too! Everyone loved talking to him and he loved talking to everyone! Definitely highly recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Rafting on the Barron River is an unforgettable experience! Our guide Jake (Jack) was very professional and humorous, clearly explaining rafting techniques and environmental knowledge about the Barron River. We are very grateful to him; we were lucky to have him, as he made it possible for us to complete this rafting trip safely and enjoyably! We would love to do it many more times if we get the chance!

Fantastic experience: Did the Rainforest tour. Was a great time and Bruce was an incredible guide who was very informative. Caution: this is a trip with a lot of stops which means sometimes the stops are quick. I preferred seeing more attractions and thought it was well timed but can see how others would want something more relaxing.

Fantastic experience: The absolute HIGHLIGHT was our rafting tour guide, Jimmy’s enthusiasm. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure we were having an unforgettable experience whilst ensuring that he kept us safe and guided the raft at an expert level. The Baron River Course we did was great for beginners, and just scary enough to give that adrenaline boost. I’d recommend rafting to absolutely everyone. 11/10. Fantastic experience: It is a reliable company for us to join. I think I will bring my family to join it again. The half day rafting in Barron River is a wonderful and exciting trip. It took around 15 minutes from Reef Terminal Bus Stop to there by their coach. Our Guide John was a very professional staff, he taught us a lot of skills for rafting. He helped us to escape from a trap during rafting. We also had a chance to jump from height during the mid of the rafting, it was wonderful. When he knew that it was my birthday, he lead our team to sing birthday song to me during rafting. It’s a very special memorable journey. Remember to bring your GoPro if you have one during this trip. You can put it on the helmet for taking memorable video. If you don’t have one, their staff will also help us to take lots of photos. Only to wait for one day to receive the email for downloading the photos if you purchase it.

Fantastic experience: This was so much fun! My husband and I went yesterday with Kyle and he was fantastic! First timers for Rafting and they made us feel so safe! We’ll definitely be doing this again when we next visit.

Fantastic experience: We booked two tours right away. The Waterfall and the Cape Tribulation tour. Both were fantastic. The guides Steph and Carlos took us through the days wonderfully, and we learned a lot of information about the flora and fauna of the rainforest. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Great tour with our guide Carlos. Tea/Coffee breaks are a bit different than expected (diy) but the cookies were delicious. Many informations during the trip, the stops with the attractions were mostly great, sometimes luck is also involved. Overall, we would have liked a bit more movement.

Fantastic experience: Rafting with Carlos was exactly how we imagined it. Very fun and action-packed experience, which can only be recommended further. If the whole group consists of many boats, there may be waiting times without much interaction at some points of the tour.

Positive experience: This tour is good if you want a quick look at the Daintree forest...you get to see a lot in a short time...everything was as described in the tour.

Fantastic experience: We did the inflatable activities with the kids. The whole family loved the activity. The guides are really nice and took the time to explain the instructions so that I could understand them, as I speak very little English.

Fantastic experience: Our team leader John is five-star, humorous, and professional! We had a great time! I recommend participating in rafting if you come to Cairns! It's a lot of fun! The only downside is that the process is a bit chaotic, but overall the experience is still great.

Fantastic experience: Super nice companion Stef, super funny and great music. The waterfalls were amazing and beautiful. The lake was super blue and even warm for swimming.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time rafting, and it was super exciting and fun. At one point, I jumped into the river and floated along with the current, enjoying the beautiful natural scenery around me. The instructors were all very humorous and interesting!

Fantastic experience: We did the tour with Roger. Great guide and driver. We did the Daintree, Mossman Gorge and Cape Tribulation tour. All expectations were met. I would have liked to see a cassowary but we could (it's just a matter of luck). We saw 3 crocodiles and on the way back on the ferry, another one. We loved the river cruise. We also tried the ice cream towards the end of the tour. The smoke ceremony in Mossman Gorge was interesting. You can swim in the river (with very cold water). Thank you!

Taking in the picturesque rainforest and gorge all while hurtling down the rapids was an adventure we will never forget. Dan our rafting guide made the journey incredibly fun and exciting. Fantastic experience: The Waterfall tour with Cairns Adventure group was really amazing ! Get to see 3 waterfall , a lake and the Curtain fig tree . Enough time to go swimming in each spot ! And the meal is included :) It was really nice !!

Fantastic experience: The three of us went on the Daintree and Mossman Gorge one day tour. Our tour guide was Mark, who was excellent. Very relaxed despite the full itinerary. The highlight for me was the welcome to country at Mossman Gorge, my first smoking ceremony.
