Happy Travels Darwin

Positive experience: Hi guys, just a shout out to the wonderful staff at Happy Travels Darwin for booking me on a tour with Tour gide "Dazz" from Lichfiled Escapes! I booked a lichfiled escape tour through staff member Natalia witch was something totally unexpected.... i mean wow! All three water falls were simply amazing supper clean fresh water i had such a ball time walking the trails and jumping off rocks, it took me back a few years, that is for sure! Lol :) Also the Adelaide river was full of history and a chance for me to get up close and personal with some crocodiles, well as close as i was comfortable with. And YES i seen them jumping. Moving foward Ive recently Had follow up conversations with staff member Vickey About tours too kakadu, this chick is awesome to seek advice from, wealthy with knowledge, one of the best. Love this chick. Bleak's.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived in Australia I booked all my travels with Happy Travels Darwin at Chillis Backpackers. I was blown away by Vickie's knowledge and professionalism. She helped me organise my time in the outback as well as the east coast and pulled in a lot of favours to get me a incredible price. I loved all the tours and will book the rest of my travels with you guys. :) :)

Fantastic experience: Noel was an absolute gem. He really made the start of our Oz journey a time to remember. He listened to what we wanted and came up with great opportunities for us. Kakadu will stay with me for the rest of my life. Massive thumbs up to the happy travel team who were always happy to greet, meet, talk and create memories for everyone who not only walked in the door but passers by too. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Noel was amazing! I stayed at chilli's backpackers and he managed to get 4 of us who didn't know each other together on an amazing road trip through litchfield and Kakadu national park. We could ask him basically any question and he had a throughout and mind blowing answer. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get a different picture of Australia or have an amazing trip without planning anything in advance to come and find this guy.

Fantastic experience: Most friendly people and amazing help in planning pretty much any part of your trip. Spent over an hour talking to Noel and he gave us incredible tips on highlights, how to plan, where to stay, etc. He helped us book tours, transport and accomodation. Fantastic experience: I just booked most of my East Coast itinerary and trips with Noel from Happy Travels. It was so smooth and hassle-free. Noel is really knowledgable on Australia and can really give good recommendations about most places. He gets you pumped up to travel! Most travel agencies just try to push expensive trips down your throat, but here was completely different. Noel worked with me step by step to find out my interests and schedule, so that he could put together different options. He was clear, informative, and organised. Happy Travels works with so many tour companies, so based on the kind of traveller you are, they show you customised options. I definitely recommend them if you are planning travel anywhere in Australia.

He helped us with booking a great tour with groovy grapes, for 6 days and 5 night. And he helped us booking a campervan from Adelaide tot Sydney. It was a shame that campervan village made a mistake, but Noel helped us out and tried his best to get everything arranged. Thanks Noel!

Fantastic experience: Noel at Happy Travels Darwin went out of his way to help me and my friends book the most amazing trips to explore the Outback! We had no idea what we were looking for but he gave us all the information and help we needed. The best thing about the company is that they are the only independent travel agency in the area which means you decide yourself which tours you eventually book and they don’t force you to go with a certain operator (all they do is give advise and think along to choose the right one for you). In a way you’re planning your own trip and they help you with all the stressful work you don’t want to deal with. Even when we had questions during our trip we could always call them and they would help us out right away.

Fantastic experience: Noel is a star. Unfortunately something had gone wrong at the rental company and therefore we couldn’t pick up our van in Adelaide. Noel immediately helped us via phone and arranged it all, whilst keeping us informed even though he was also working on other trips. Now we’re on the road and I would def recommend booking trips & transportation via happy travels!

Fantastic experience: I went to happy travels to book one or two things down the east coast as I only had a small budget. So I sat down with Noel telling him about this and his words where ;" I have and idea, let the money be my worry and just tell me which of these things you would like to do". As he came up with all these suggestions I liked them all so I just thought I would have to choose in the end. Bit by bit Noel went through all my costs (food, drinks, the highlights and even petrol) he booked all my accomodations and all my bus rides. And guess what?! I didn't have to choose, I get to do all these exciting things I wanted to do. I never knew you could do so much for so little money, plus it's all payed for and all organized, no more worries, just here to enjoy the six best and cheapest weeks of holidays I have ever had. He spent four hours just sitting there with me making sure it s gonna be my dream holiday and I have not worries about the money. The only regret I have is that I haven't done this before, I would have seen so much more of Australia and probably have so much more Money left on top of it. I would recommend everyone to pass by happy travels and just listen to the options, you won't regret it! Even going through a holiday with Noel seems like a holiday its self as he is so enthusiastic about it and makes you feel like you are already there! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Happy Travels! The Manager, Noel, helped me to organize my whole trip in a great way. He is super professional and patient. He really wants the best for his customers. He supports them in any possible way and always goes the extra mile. He definitly loves his Job. As he is very experienced and knows every tour and most of the guides he is able to find the most suitable tour depending on his customer needs/requirements. Even when I figured out that I need to cut my whole Australia trip by 2 weeks on a short term notice, he re-organized my trip in such a nice way that I still could do every highlight that I wanted to do. Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff - both Mike and Christiane were helpful and go the extra mile for their customers! We had been to other travel tour shops in Darwin but we felt like we were getting pushed to book expensive tours and they wouldn't go into detail about cheaper options. We wanted to hire a car and book the jumping crocodile tour but there were no cars left for the day we wanted and we were flying to Cairns the day after! Luckily Christiane had a car booked for the day we wanted and she gave us her rented car!! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!
