Positive experience: Planning a holiday abroad visiting multiple countries and organising connecting flights and trains can be daunting, but thanks to Chandre at Bay City Geelong it was all taken care of. We were kept informed all of the way regarding adjustments to flight times, alternative accommodation and best locations to suit our travels. Negative experience: Still waiting for a reply to let me know of my return flight time for 20 of may. After 3days of a recording telling me to leave a message and then saying inbox full you can't Leave a message i had to ring the airline to confirm my fl. Couldn't even get online to manage my booking.

The customer service from Joel is always above and beyond; from booking flights, arranging accommodation, organizing tours and events & most importantly being so positive and polite. Highly recommend the store if you’d like your travel taken care of in trusted hands!

Fantastic experience: Joel Evan is the best! He organised our flights and made helpful suggestions but best of all he was great while we were away. I had queries and upgrades questions and he emailed everything quickly even though I was 10 time zones away. He helped to upgrade me on an international flight sector and warned me about a flight that was changed to 3 hours earlier. You feel really well looked after while you are away, very important not to book yourself as trying to fix issues,, delays, baggage etc by yourself with foreign airlines while away is impossible! BE WARNED! Flight centre is vital to your holiday peace of mind. Don't leave home without them. I love the email alerts while travelling re upcoming flights. Multiple countries? lots of connections? Leave it to flight centre. I have used them for years now RTW and more and its been great. very happy customer!!

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre in Westfield Geelong have now helped with serval of my holidays, Most recently a once in a life time trip for the famous ball drop in Times Square, New York City, I was delighted! they recommended an amazing accomodation in the heart of the city on a hugely discounted rate and it’s something I’ll never forget. The service I was given for this special trip and all trips all the way through to domestic flights has been perfect. The welcome home texts carefully planned once you land back, are so kind and such a nice surprise! Thanks again guys and most importantly to Sian and Joel, you guys are incredible at what you do!

Fantastic experience: Just arrived home from our 2nd trip to USA. Both trips have been planned with expertise and precision over many months with Joel. He was a pleasure to work with and use his experience combined with our wishes and created an amazing holiday. Our recent 5 week trip to Las Vegas, New York, Boston, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans and Los Angeles was meticulously easy to navigate and included travel, via plane, train and coach. He was even able to research some events and activities we wanted to do and pre booked those for us. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Joel went above and beyond for me when booking my solo trip to the USA. Not only did he answer all my questions efficiently he also guided me in choosing the right accommodation & tours so I would have a safe and enjoyable trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Joel (even when I misplaced my passport) he was always just a phone call away helping me with new flights and travel options to get me home. I will definitely book through Joel again for any future travel plans.

Negative experience: Have used them many times with no problems. Last holiday we paid extra for them to get our visas. Unfortunately my visa was mucked up and the country was going to send me home. Completely ruined my holiday. Dont know if i will use them again
