Negative experience: If I could have given you Maxine personally and not your business, as I belive your staff are more respectful, a Zero star rating I would have. Maxine Leske your customer service and phone manner is beyond dishonest, very unsensitive and extremely uncomfortable to deal with. I would not recommend you as a travel consultant to anyone. I have had to contact Helloworld head office to help with my concerns in with the the response regarding my treval insurance.
