Fantastic experience: My husband and I chose LT&CC to book a holiday in Italy this past September. It was the first time we had visited Italy. All travel connections were expertly handled by LT&CC. This included our overnight stay in Melbourne, travel insurance and as we arrived one day before the tour began LT&CC organized our extra night in Rome. We chose the Best of Italy 13 day Conducted Coach Tour. It delivered all the places mentioned in the brochure and more. The Tour Director was Italian but spoke English fluently, and went out his way to make us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The accommodation was of a very high standard with a rating of 4 or 4.5 stars. The tour company we chose was Trafalgar, because we recognised that they had been in the business for over 50 years. The planning was so evident as when we rolled up for an inspection of the Vatican in Rome or any event, our group of 48 people went straight to the head of the queue. We can highly recommend LT&CC and Trafalgar Tours to anyone thinking of travelling overseas. Lorraine and Rodney Gowland.

Positive experience: Thank you Baden for your tips and help with booking our recent trip through the Campania, Puglia and Bascilicata regions of Southern Italy. There were some issues but they were sorted before our departure so things went as planned and we had an interesting and fun journey. So many new experiences, photos, stories and lovely memories! We might return to LTCC for future trips, look forward to working with other team members as well!

Fantastic experience: Baden and Andrew are very helpful when it comes to travel. There was nothing too hard for them. Baden organised our trip to Uluru followed by a trip on the Murray River, both being fantastic with only one little glitch. Not the fault of Launceston Travel. These things happen. Everything went to plan with no travel delays . Thank you Baden, when we travel again we’ll certainly use you.

Fantastic experience: Both Andrew and Baden have been nothing short of amazing. In these rather difficult and unpredictable times, they have given us professional, valuable and up to date advice on traveling to Europe and back. Baden‘s suggestion to contact our local MP in order for us to obtain a travel exemption was a stroke of genius and we thank him for it. I genuinely recommend the Launceston Travel and Cruise Centre!

Their extensive knowledge helped us travel through places like Libya, Egypt, Italy, France,Great Britain, Ireland and The Baltic States. Simply amazing service from these guys to get it right for us, to make it easy and stress free with all aspects of our travel. As we age this is the help we all need, none of this online booking for us.

Fantastic experience: Baden (and Denise) - thank you so so much for organising all our family travel (and friends travelling with us!) and coordinating different overseas bookings for sometimes 8-9 of us! Distance of where the client lives doesn’t matter for you guys in this day and age when organising overseas travel for us so we can all see each other! I live in Melbourne with my (adult) kids and my sister lives in England (with her not so little anymore kids) and my elderly, almost deaf Mum that needs to be in a wheel chair when travelling; nothing is too much trouble! Travel booked and organised for each of us! This last overseas jaunt for Nonna was of the most worry as she had to travel alone in a wheelchair (and almost deaf) for the entire trip to Italy/England. She absolutely loved it THANKYOU! She said she’ll keep travelling now til she’s 200!! No more, “This is my last trip, Baden....” from her!! Thanks again til next time our clan needs to reunite!
