Fantastic experience: Our travel consultant is Rob at the Bayside, Frankston location. We have now booked our 3rd holiday with Rob and we have found him incredibly helpful and informative. My partner decided recently that he wanted to leave earlier for our Bali trip so I called up and spoke to Rob and he was so helpful and understanding and made the whole process less stressful and easier! He recommend the new accommodation, took care of all the transfers and travel Insurance all at a reasonable cost and had the new Itinerary printed and ready to go the same day for me to pick up. I highly recommend Rob to anyone I speak to, and I truly hope that your company values and appreciates the amazing customer service he gives to his customers. Fantastic experience: I needed to book a flight in less than a week for Italy and went into this branch of Flight Centre incidentally (planned task for the next day). I respectfully approached Jess Wolf as I did not know if she was available to which she responded that she was waiting for an appointment to arrive. Nevertheless, Jess welcomed me to sit down and divulge my plans and saying “Let's see what we can do” in the time that we had. From the moment I began to chat with Jess, I knew my requests would be well taken care of and that I'd be walking away with my relevant tickets. Thankyou for being attentive to my needs in a small window of time Jess! Your service is a credit to this orginisation and I'll be back next year for another trip. (with an appointment!)

Fantastic experience: Our holiday to Switzerland & Italy was superbly organised with the help of Sophie who suggested a Trafalgar tour through Switzerland (instead of doing it ourselves) to then join up with our pre-covid booked trips with Intrepid through southern Italy. Everything went according to plan (not so with other travellers we heard about). Sophie listened to our needs, helped book online tickets we didn't have the confidence to do, and took away the pressure that goes with travelling overseas. Already planning the next holiday as things aren't getting any cheaper & life is too short to be on the computer planning it yourself - when there are experts like Sophie to help.

Fantastic experience: Jess B went far above what she needed to to get me some flights in a good price range, and spent a lot of time helping me put some puzzle pieces together on what i am going to do in Japan. She followed up to see how things were going when she didn't have to, and offered to help research if i needed help. she is absolutely fantastic - flight centre, this girl needs a raise!

Fantastic experience: I have to recommend Tayla from Flight Centre Bayside Office, for her efficient and friendly manner. I called her with a very small window of opportunity to book flights for Japan, within a month of the flights. Tayla not only found the flights, but assisted with the seat allocations, making sure I had lounge access, and the relevant travel insurance, all with 24 hours. If I had any questions before and after I returned, nothing was a trouble to her. I would certainly call Tayla again for further travel arrangements.

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre Bayside were fabulous when our flight from Broome was cancelled which meant that we were a day late for our Perth to Monkey Mia trip. They were able to change one of the dates of the Perth accommodation. They kept us informed about what was happening as well. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Been dealing with this particular Flight Centre for 15 years, and never once had any problems. Top service right down to the smallest request or flight changes etc, nothing is to hard for them to give you the best holiday. If you are looking to book a flight or cruise drop in and see Hope and all the other wonderful staff who work there.

Fantastic experience: The team here are just TOTALLY AMAZING! So far they have done a wonderful job handling my pre-covid bookings for Japan and their following Cancellations due to Covid. Since then they have arranged AMAZING trips for me to Queensland and Tasmania. I am looking forward to taking one of their mystery trips early in 2021 (Covid permitting) and all of this due solely to the great service from this team who should be highly rewarded. If you are planning a trip or going travelling, make this your first stop to speak to this awesome team. You wont be dissapointed at all.

Fantastic experience: Booked our Honeymoon through Drew S at FlightCentre. Qantas cancelled our flight and put us on a flight a day earlier causing issues with other flights and accomodation. Drew got us on new/better flights than our original at no cost. He goes above and beyond. Highly recommend you seek him out for a holiday

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Drew at Flight Centre Bayside for a holiday to NZ early this year and he helped me tailor the trip exactly how i wanted it with ease. I unfortunately fell sick and had to cancel my trip, fortunately I had insurance and Drew was excellent at helping me through the insurance claim and was able to get 100% of the claim back, with most of it back straight away. Wish I could give 6/5 stars

Fantastic experience: I went with a friend to book their tickets, from observing the the Q& A, they really do help u, if something small doesn't suit u, they will go to every length to fit ur needs so u don't miss out on pretty much, anything/everything.

Positive experience: Never go shopping on a Saturday or Sunday morning bad idea! Only go Monday or Tuesday morning.
