Fantastic experience: Ben was fantastic in helping me find a last minute 2023 Christmas Cruise with my accessibility needs.

Positive experience: Disappointed my sister and I had one chance for a holiday to remember in most beautiful place Cook Islands. We specifically asked Paul 3 times for a room right on the beach, to open our door onto the beach. Paid extra for this room happy to however we got a room at the back. Our view another room. So many mistakes. Whilst the resort and staff were helpful and room we had was great it wasn't what I had asked for on numerous occasions consultations

Fantastic experience: Ben was great with helping us plan our recent trip to Italy, France and Switzerland. He was very patient with our many itinerary changes trying to get our trip perfect, which it ended up being. Thanks to his own experiences, he was able to give advice with how long to spend in places to see the main attractions without rushing around, as well as make multiple suggestions with restaurants and tours.

They rescued our overseas travel plans when a "big company" cancelled on us leaving our holiday plans in disarray. We received special treatment in all the places she booked but what was the most valuable tool was the app she installed on our phones that took the worry out of traveling and provided us with local information , services and things to see and do.
