Fantastic experience: Michelle is simply the best travel agent - despite the difficulties travelling in a pandemic brings, Michelle organised an amazing itinerary for our NT holiday and was there every step of the way as COVID threatened to impact our trip. It was so reassuring to know that when flights were cancelled, Border entry requirements changed, and when I was worried, Michelle was at the end of the phone / email rebooking, reorganising and reassuring us. I can highly recommend Michelle!
