Fantastic experience: I have just booked thru Flatbeds with Joe Rainer, Joe went above and beyond to help me sort out our Europe flights. I kept changing my mind and I think poor Joe sent thru 5 or 6 itineraries before we had exactly what we needed. Communication was 5 star with email replies within 10 or so minutes and his phone was always available to speak with him and to answer my endless questions. I would highly recommend Flat beds. Michelle Antonoff is our travel consultant and she goes above and beyond to get the best possible flights within the fare guidelines. We travel business class but this year we had our sons wedding in California so also purchased four economy RTW for our family. Again Michelle was outstanding and organised everything. The entire trip went smoothly and we are planning again for next year. I highly recommend this company and their product is very affordable and excellent customer service.

He is highly efficient, competent, knowledgeable and always finds us the best value for money options for our often convoluted travel plans. He has been proactive with suggestions about alternatives that had produced a much better value for money itinerary than our original thinking. Decided to try the Finnair Business Class option this time around. Alliance partner airlines Air New Zealand and Cathay Pacific. Excited about trying this new product. But when he left to start his own agency with his wife I, and a lot of his other customers, followed him over without hesitation. It's been awesome to watch RoundAbout Travel flourish over the years (10 staff as of 2014!) and they've never forgotten what made them so good in the first place: incredible knowledge and customer service. Mark and his team have booked me and my family tickets to India, China, Borneo and around Europe.
