Fantastic experience: My husband and I found both Clare and Tia very approachable at all times, which is a most important thing. As we hadn't travelled overseas in roughly 30 years, we were lacking confidence in travelling, knowing the world's changed so much in that time. They always helped put us at ease and are so nice and easy to communicate with. Their email responses to my queries were always prompt. They were also very clear in explaining all facets of the trip, and were very amenable to considering different options. They were always calm and reassuring, very pleasant. They gave us great confidence in travelling! So thanks again Top Deck, and we definitely plan to have them organise another holiday in the future - we highly recommend them!
