Fantastic experience: Very helpful, knowledgeable

Fantastic experience: I have always used Angus Travel but 3 years ago I paid $5000 deposit + insurance for a cruise which didn't happen due to COVID. I did not get my deposit back. I have now been able to get some more LSL and want to do a cruise - it would be good to have my deposit. Hopefully things might change for next year. This evening I have had my faith in Angus travel restored- I received an email to say they had a meeting with Evergreen this morning and that my deposit would be returned to be used for travel next year- I am very happy to say that I will return to Angus Travel to work on our itinerary- I am feeling very happy now and am prepared to upgrade my ratings as I expect we will now experience the same fabulous service as we have in the past. I am looking forward to Evergreen returning my deposit and when that happens I will be prepared to travel with them again. Yay! I have had my deposit returned- my faith is restored in all and I will now give a 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience: Over the years, Angas has been our go-to agency for complex travel, personal recommendations and even emergency advise. By way of recent example, on a trip to Japan recently, I needed an emergency itinerary change. The staff there not only made time for me last minute, they got my problem solved within hours of learning of it, including re-booking tickets, liaison with the airlines and organising special assistance for a 22+hrs journey. The Angus Travel team is The Best. Special thanks to Kate for persistently going above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Professional but friendly, competent staff made everything easy. They were very useful when I had to change my plans and flights mid trip in Kenya. They rearranged things with no fuss at all. Great service.
