Fantastic experience: Our travel Consultant Sam was amazing, we were unsure of our itinerary when we initially reached out and she was so patient with us changing our mind and the dates. Sam made some amazing recommendations, and all hotel booking were amazing. We visited 5 countries with internal flights and various hotels. For the entire 31 days not a thing went wrong and it was seamless. Thanks to Sam the stress of booking and organising was gone and she was there to assist if we had any issues. Negative experience: I would love to be sharing a 5 star review but alas after making an online enquiry and receiving an email saying 'we've got your holiday covered and we'll be in touch in 24/48 hours', nothing but silence! That was ten days ago.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this travel agency. Karalee Watson has assisted us many times with both local and international holidays. She is experienced and knowledgeable, ensuring we always have the best planned itinerary and wonderful time of course. I especially love the personalised service and that Karalee has a gift of finding fantastic locations and hotels, suiting any budget. Travel Associates phone App, and 24/7 helpline is very convenient too. I'm looking forward to organising my next overseas adventure with Karalee's professional help once again.

We received so much support before our holiday and even while we were away, and followed up our requests so quickly and efficiently. Fantastic experience: Cetina was recommended to me and I'm so glad I pursued this recommendation. She planned my first overseas trip (to New Zealand) with a great deal of attention to detail and included all the activities/day trips we were hoping to do. Cetina promptly responded to all my emails and even checked in with us once we arrived home. Fantastic experience: Catherine at the west lakes branch has to be one of the most incredibly organized and knowledgeable people I’ve ever dealt with in the industry. Her understanding is based on practice and she’s done huge travels with kids and without so when she has tips and ideas, they’re based on experience and not what someone else told her. Catherine found us the best deal but without any sacrifice to service. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Just having no barriers to asking questions makes a huge difference. In this instance it was my first time traveling overseas alone, for some work, but was somewhat complicated by my family joining me over seas later on. It was no big deal for Catherine. She just took it in her stride and made it absolutely painless.

Fantastic experience: Travel is very important to me and what’s even more important is having a great travel agent with great travel knowledge. I have been dealing with Jess Scully for my entire travel history and I won’t go see anyone else. I have always had smooth and easy dealings with her and she has always been very helpful in guiding me though all my questions and queries on my journeys. Nothing is too hard for her no matter how many questions I ask. The office she works in is in a lovely location and the staff are always happy and greet you with a smile. I will keep going back.
