Fantastic experience: I have booked holidays with Linda for the last 15 years. She has been totally professional and has excellent attention to detail. All holidays have run smoothly and when they did not - Linda helped solve the problems from afar.

Fantastic experience: Continued fantastic service from Tony, Mark, Linda and the team at Hello World Southport. I have been using Hello World Southport for over 14 years and the service and knowledge that Linda delivers is second to none. Her expertise in cruising blows you away, in addition to her continued communication makes your cruise holiday so more enjoyable. Any queries are answered and all documents are printed as soon as possible. When visiting the office we are always greeted with a smile.Many family and friends have also booked cruises and holidays with Linda without concerns. Looking forward to booking many more cruises through Linda and Hello World Southport.

Negative experience: I wasn't sure if it's the right thing, but I didn't feel too good about my experience today. I went at 9 am to ask for some help with my flight. I asked the lady if she could help me find some flights to Colombia because I explained to her that I booked by myself and didn't realize some country conditions, so I lost my flights. Anyway, I asked her about the routes, and she told me, 'Oh, it's too expensive.' I said okay. She mentioned one through New Zealand in like 5 seconds, but when I asked about entry conditions for Colombia, she didn't even try to help or be nice. She just said, 'Sorry, we cannot help you.' I asked why, and she said, 'We cannot help people with Colombian passports. We only work with Australian passports.' Anyway, I don't think this is a nice or good answer for a travel agency. I saw how she didn't even care about helping me or attending to customers. Since I went by myself, I told my partner, and he called the manager asking why they don't help people with Colombian passports. They said I didn't like the price, which wasn't true. When I said the price was okay, they still didn't help. Anyway, I'm disappointed because she was so unprofessional and impolite. I ended up buying the same flight she suggested from another agency who explained the visa requirements, and it cost me the same price that she said was 'too expensive.' Maybe she thought I didn't have money, and that's why she didn't even make the effort to ask someone about the conditions for Colombians traveling to New Zealand."

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service and racial profiling from the lady with red hair. I’ve spoken to the manager he didn’t even apologies for the service she provided. If a customer walks out dissatisfied and upset there must be something going horribly wrong. How dare she say she only works with people with Australian passports, what a ridiculous statement. And needs an explanation. I will be telling everyone to avoid this store and company. This store is full of racists !!!

Fantastic experience: Just reading some of the recent reviews, I’m absolutely shocked by the negativity of Mr Busby’s comment … some people are just downright rude & post reviews like this … I can only give Linda & all the staff at Southport my highest praise & recommendation & would go nowhere else :)

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Angela at Hello world since it opened and dealt with her prior since 2013. Excellent service a pleasure to deal with as are all the staff in their office. Angela has helped me with refunds with 2020 cancellations, even though some were not done through her. she is amazing.

Positive experience: Friendly staff.

Negative experience: Visited this store a little while ago to try and book a trip. The service was terrible and the travel agent was not friendly or helpful. Left me and my friend leaving the store very unhappy and will never visit this travel agency again. Found it extremely rude when the person serving us continued to talk badly about other travel agents, disprove of our holiday plans and tried to make us put a deposit down before even starting to help us organise the holiday. Please do not go to this agency if you actually want to book a trip.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I booked flights to Japan in December pretty last minute. Very happy with the service Mark delivered. He was able to organise flights for us which other travel agents had told us were sold out. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking our next holiday with him!
