Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently had the pleasure of joining Chris Watson Travel at their annual CMC Rocks Trip and it was nothing short of spectacular! Right from the get-go, the communication was top-notch. They handled everything from airport transfers to patiently answering our questions, no matter how trivial they seemed. Their attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. However what truly set this experience apart was the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere they created. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The camaraderie, laughter, and shared experiences made for an unforgettable weekend. A huge thank you to Chris, Mel, Nicole, Karen, and Daniel for their hospitality and dedication to making our weekend absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable, stress free and well-organised experience. We'll definitely be back for more in 2025!

Fantastic experience: We didn't give her a whole lot of time, leaving our choice to spend a few extra days in the Hunter Valley after our wedding til the last minute. Nonetheless, Nicole managed to source us a most wonderful time away. Somehow scoring us a great deal with a resort, wine and cheese pairing, and day long wine tour in the region for a wholly affordable price. Her positive and enthusiatic demeaner made her a brilliant person to work with. 10 out of 10, will be going with Chris Watson Travel again for our future getaways.

Fantastic experience: Chris and his team helped us arrange a multi stop tour of USA including a cruise out of Miami. Their service and sincerity was second to none. They provided sincere advice on our travel needs and we have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Tunes in the Tropics was a great trip. Well organised, lots of fun, great hotel, excellent location and wonderful people. The incorporation of Australian Country music talent and experienced teachers of line dancing was incredible. Would do it all again in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have enjoyed several trips with Chris Watson of Chris Watson Travel. My holiday experiences with Chris have been exceptional. I have been on many holidays prior to meeting Chris in 2007. None of them have compared to what Chris offers. Chris and his team, including his wife Gemma are friendly and delightful. They all go beyond their roles to assist with anything extra you need to know. My advice to anyone is if you are looking for an amazing Travel Agent, don't wast you time and look any further than Chris......

Fantastic experience: Amazing helpful team

Negative experience: No communication. Would not send itinerary until after full payment made. Booked on wrong dates leaving and returning and said payment made meant everything was agreed to (when we hadnt seen the itinerary). Booked on Jetstar (wrong dates) but itinerary stated we were booked on Qantas leaving 8 hours later. Jetstar booking confirmed by me phoning Jetstar. Charged ADDITIONAL $800 to change itinerary to read Jetstar. Trip cancelled due to agent incompetence and we are seeking legal action. Run a mile from this mob unless you want your holiday ruined.

Fantastic experience: Chris started this local business in Tamworth many years ago and is still going strong. The travel agency has a large range of travel destinations and holiday options to choose from whether you are a linedancer or not.The team are friendly and very helpful. If you need a travel agent for your next trip, give them a call or send an email.

Fantastic experience: Lake Eyre and Outback Australia was such an incredible trip. I have been waiting for over 12months due to Covid but the time finally arrived for us to step onboard the light plane with Chris from Chris Watson Travel, there to see us off with a little gift pack. Ben and Joris from Airspeed Aviation were so wonderful, very helpful throughout the trip, showing us flight paths, and telling us where we were heading and what we would see on that section of the flight. All meals were provided and were exceptional, you had a choice from the menu not just a set meal. The accomodation was wonderful, Rawnsley Park Station set in the middle of Flinders Ranges, was so peaceful. I was very impressed with everything and will definitely be travelling with both of these companies again in the future. It is worth the extra $ for the intimate personal service you receive. To see so much of this incredible country in 3 days 2 nights was an experience I will remember for a long long time and definitely recommend you try it. Sheryl H
