Fantastic experience: I have had the good fortune to have Matt Neale from Flight Centre Queen Street Mall assist my partner in I in organizing our first overseas holiday with children. Matt has been incredibly patient with me; I've had multiple appointments to flesh out all sorts of different details. I've have plenty of questions and he's taken the time to answer them all. We have changed our minds on things and changed bookings and Matt has been really approachable and flexible throughout. I highly recommend Matt for your next trip!

Fantastic experience: Rikki Browne at Queen Street Office has been looking after my travel. She has worked hard to assist me! and answer all my weird questions. She has excellent customer service and does her best. Any issues, she will get onto it. I would imagine her workload is extremely high, but she still takes the time to help her customers without rushing them.

In a time of stress during our trip when me and my partner rocked up to the wrong booking location, Matt and his team spent hours on their day off to ensure we were found and booked an appropriate residency without any additional cost. The place we ended up staying was truly beautiful, accommodating our holiday to perfection.

Fantastic experience: I had a unique situation where I'm a dual citizen to both Australia and the United States, where I was flying solely on my Australian Passport. On the return flight home, I encountered an issue on returning back to the United States. I had all of my documentation stating that I am a citizen and reside in the United States, but didn't have a current United States Passport. As soon as Marcus learned of my situation and that I had everything except a current United States Passport, he jumped right in and did everything within his power to help me get my issue resolved. He went above and beyond to help me! He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. For his assistance, I will be forever grateful to him! I would definitely recommend Flight Centre in Brisbane, especially Marcus.

Fantastic experience: We popped into Flight Centre Queen Street Mall Store after visiting the Inspiring Vacations Exhibition. We saw Tina Mooney for the first time in the Store. She made us feel welcome to sit with her. We discussed what we want of our plan to do the Italy Bellissimo Tour. She helps us to plan the whole Tour including the Air Flights. Tina’s diligence is exemplary and has great knowledge on Italy. She can answer all our questions. She helps us to plan the whole Tour. Her ability and dedication made planning our trip a breeze.She also got for us the best possible deal too. Negative experience: I am not recommend to use flight Center in Australia at all. It is terrible service through the online booking , especially you are travelling overseas and it is a nightmare to cancel or change your booking. $300 for international cancellation, is it ridiculous even you had paid extra for any possible change. Numerous calls have been made and every time they repeated same questions and still cannot give any confirmation. Their contact number for outside Australia isn’t working efficiently at all.

Fantastic experience: Keller from this travel agency is... almost too good at what they do. It's unsettling how available they were, like they never sleep. Whenever I reached out, it was as if Keller was waiting, ready to respond instantly, no matter the hour. There was this one time when a minor hiccup occurred, and Keller resolved it before I even finished explaining the issue. It's almost as if they anticipate problems before they happen, which, while impressive, left me feeling strangely uneasy. Nonetheless, I want to stress that writing this review is completely by my own choice. No one has influenced or compelled me to do so, and I want to reassure everyone that I am absolutely safe. Keller's unnaturally impeccable service and unwavering availability ensured a trip that was, um, flawlessly convenient.

We discussed our our travel preferences with Tina, who set them all in place- beautifully. From Brisbane to Zurich, to Zermatt, to Chur, to Milan, to Venice, all with connecting trains. Negative experience: Went in hoping for some expertise but ended up with info I was told I could “find online”. Why bother existing in a physical store then if your “travel experts” are going to direct potential customers to google?

Negative experience: Have been trying to get in contact from last 6 months about our flight refunds we are entitled to from airlines. On hold for hours and no reply to continued emails sent directly to our agent, not even an acknowledgement that they received the email Not good enough and not recommended.

Negative experience: Went in simply to get some guidance so we could start researching a trip. Young travel agent said 'sorry we just book tours here'. What??? Left there in 2.5 seconds. Skru Turner - don't think you'd be impressed.

She is making one feel like a fool very disrespectful mean women. I will not recommend this flight centre actually I will say stay away from flight centre and please believe the negative reviews please . I rather go book online than getting rip off by them. Negative experience: Tried to book a hotel for up and coming trip... tried to call agent several times and no return phone calls.... emailed a couple of times no replies even sent to main email amd still no reply.... if your looking for them to take your money and book your holiday not this flight centre... all they provide is written quotes and no follow-up or actally booking your trip. You have to do it all your self. 2 Sydney trips and a Melbourne trip all done myself after this team being unwilling to want the business. *note cause you can't reply to replies they make...... your staff not replying within a whole month... isn't something that staff shortages do... thats just bad service*

Negative experience: Very disappointed that Flight Centre stopped serving my needs as soon as I started my Around-the-World flights. I was clearly told to only deal with the Airlines they had booked for me if there were any problems. Also, I am still fighting with airlines to get all the frequent flyer points that I have earned.

Negative experience: If I could rate 0, I would. I booked my flight with flight centre representative Nathan, on the day I was due to fly out, I missed my connecting flight. The airline recommended that I contact flight centre as they were unable to make any amendments. I called numerous times and sent an email to contact me urgently, I contacted other flight centre locations, unfortunately queen st was the only location that could assist me. At the end of the ordeal, I had to pay for another flight. All in all, in the event of an emergency, flight centre is not there to assist you. Lengthy call wait times and lack of assistance when in need is enough for me to never book there again. You’ve lost me flight centre. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/10

Negative experience: After 13 months, my family and I are still waiting for a refund for our British Airways cancelled flights to the UK via Hong Kong. We were forced to cancel the flights with British Airways booked through Flightcentre because at the time due to Covid Hong Kong were not allowing transit through the airport. We were told to expect 12 weeks typically for a refund this was at the end of February 2022. We have contacted Flightcentre numerous times, who exclaim there is no news from the airline and can’t give us any more information on any efforts to track down our refund (as presumably none are taking place), we decided to contact the airline directly but because it was an ‘agency booking’ they won’t deal with us directly – it’s a vicious circle of non-action from both companies. At this stage it feels like collusion to defraud consumers, the only reasons for a refund taking in excess of a year (when a flight was legitimately cancelled, it’s not like we had a choice to even take the flight) are collusion/fraud, negligence or ineptitude. HELP!!!

Negative experience: I booked a 3-4 week holiday with flight centre to Canada which included, tours, hotels, ski package and flight changes. I wasn’t provided an updated itinerary of my international flight change, wasn’t provided bus shuttle company details or contact numbers and received no response (in excess of a week) to emails where I had to visit the store in person to have questions answered - such as new flight details. I would not recommend using flight centre, it seemed as soon as the total holiday cost was paid, the customer service completely diminished. Not a good experience!

Negative experience: I don't use flight center any more. I think they are good for a first time traveller but once you figure out whats involved you will save A LOT of money doing this groundwork yourself. Using online tools like Google hotels and flights you can easily book multi leg trips with multiple hotels. The reply below is untruthful. There is no real expertise required at all and staff i dealt with are not particularly knowledgeable. Use them for your 1st trip by all means but youll do much better with a greater range of choices as soon as you take advantage of free online tools. Google is fantastic for flights and accommodation and they don't skim any money from you.

Fantastic experience: After visiting another FC last month or so, I was really disappointed with the service of the so-called 'experienced agent', so I came here, and I'm glad I did. James Spencer did a fantastic job of listening, but being quick while I was on my lunch break, but happy and fun all at the same time. Although I only booked flights and insurance, I will be spending a lot more money with James over the coming year, which I did not mention and he was still amazing. What a truly lovely guy with a great attitude. 10 out of 10 mate!

Fantastic experience: We've tried to use travel agents before but never really saw the value. However, after working with Alana Pilcher from Flight Centre, we will be recommending her to all our friends and family and using her for our future holidays and travel plans. Alana helped us book a long holiday and migration travel spanning the USA and UK, helped us navigate Covid and multiple travel plan changes and the stress of visa issues. She was patient, extremely helpful and highly responsive when we thought we had to cancel, and eventually when we had to chop and change travel plans at the last minute.
