Fantastic experience: We just booked flights to South Korea and Japan with Chris R at this store. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us hunt down some information. The price was also cheaper than we could find online. I highly recommend Chris.

Negative experience: Don't book your flights here. I would rate them zero if it was possible. We booked a flight premium seats for an overseas flight. The flight had to be changed and we were given a credit with flight centre not the airline. Which I find ridiculous. Then came the time to book a ee requested a flight be booked and then with less than 24 hours left some incompetent employee tells us the flight has to be the same flight from origin booking. I never heard of such crap. Because of her we lost $2000aud. No one ever mentioned rebooking had to be the same exact fight path. In fact when i spoke to a different rep he told me i could book a flight to anywhere as long as it was with that airline. Ridiculous and unethical. Definately will be putting a complaint on your business. They are total crap don't use them. I already put in a complaint!!!!!
I'm sorry to hear of your frustration Katal. To provide a little more insight, travellers are bound by the booking conditions of the airline and the original ticket. Credits can be used towards tickets of the same or higher value. I appreciate this is frustrating to see lower fares not available for you to apply your credit to and is because these fares are a lower value ticket, but again, the airline rules specify that a credit is to be used for an equal or higher value. Fantastic experience: If you are planning a holiday, especially overseas with complex flight cinnections - i highly recommend leaving planning up to the soecialists at the Flight Centre. You will save time, money and won't have to worry about a thing. I am just back from the return trip to Brazil and can't express enough my gratitude to Chris from the Flight Centre, who looked after us. The transitions between flights were seamless, we had all the check-ins done in the beginning of our journey and did not have to queue later at every flight. We had 5 each way. Chris is a highly skilled professional who made our trip simply amazing, easy and enjoyable. Can't thank him enough and will book my next holiday through Flight Centre to ensure I have only positive memories from my trip.

Negative experience: Walked in to buy a ticket (online wasn’t possible) and was greeted by an employee saying ‘is it quick? Cause I’m busy’. Not even hello. Didn’t think that buying a plane ticket from a flight centre has became the equivalent of buying peanuts. We’ll be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Disgraceful from FC. They booked a hire car for me from Avis to collect at Heathrow Airport, they had all the details including the flight number. Upon arrival at the airport I turned up to collect the car, and was told it was booked for the departure date not the arrival date. I had no choice but to get another car at my expense as I could not get through to Avis 24hr hotline. Now FC and Avis have told me as I did not show up it, its classed as a no show, so no refund. FC was given all the details from me and even had the flight number..but still go it wrong. I put my faith in FC to organise this for me as I was travelling to the UK for my mother's funeral. I will continue to fight to get my refund of $462

Fantastic experience: Just buy luck I got in contact with a great travel agent call Nicholas that went above and beyond for me and my family not just Booking my ticket But also when we had a lot of trouble with a Passport not turning up and then have to rebook for the next day he went above and beyond even when we were away on holidays we could contact him and he was so helpful Nicholas is the guy to go to if you want Old style customer service which is very hard to find these days so I have gone back to book tickets again I trust Him that much that I can just do it all by email Just like an old Francis always there at the end of an email to make everything run smoothly definitely highly recommend Nicholas If you're booking any kind of holidays

Negative experience: This is a very bad company and platform, I was directly cheated of more than $2000 credit, I have a nervous breakdown now, crying for several days. Negative experience: Don't bother going refused to give me any details regarding trip italy none in store said I needed an appointment couldn't give me one for over a week

We know our teams are in high demand at the moment with the rapid reoccurrence of travel and very much still a recovering industry.If the team have availability to see you immediately, they of course will, but will also be juggling the virtual queue of customers with post appointment followups, booking maintenance, and email enquiry.

If this is in regards to an insurance claim, there are multiple instances where for privacy reasons, parts of your claim need to be done directly with the insurer. Negative experience: Says closes at 5:30 on the website, Walked in at 4:30, told I need to book as they dont accept Walk ins, told to come back on Tuesday and to book an appointment. Also, I wont be contacting you via your website to fill your token gesture reply to bad reviews feedback form.
Fantastic experience: Nicholas Hopkins helped me plan my holiday to Canada this year. He listened to my needs. I felt like he treated me as an individual. As a result I had a smooth trip, with all the connections I wanted and enough time between flights to be stress free, all at a good price. Fantastic experience: from Melbourne city office Michael Braham is a superstar!! I was little hesitant to book form flight agent but Mick was super helpful!! More importantly I was STUCK in OVERSEAS and had to change my flight and first Mick and his colleague Nick was sooo helpful!! I'm forever grateful to buy my flights from them they made everything sooo easy!! Amazing service!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being looked after by Aliesha Moore. She was super efficient in providing me with a travel insurance, which ended up being a great deal. Althought I was only enquiring for assistance with travel insurance, Aliesha went above and beyond and even helped me book my visas! She also made herself readily available to answer any questions that I had. Overall great experience, and I would request Aliesha as my travel agent again for future holidays.

Negative experience: Booked a flight to the US through Flight Centre and their after-sales service is the non-existent. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Negative experience: Not a good customer service experience with aleisha. I had to wait 2 days for the ticket issued &when she emailed me the ticket it had the wrong return date. i instantly checked in the airline portal, it appears to me that she had me booked me in 2 different booking number. I emailed her&didnt hear anything.no email/phone call. So i swung by the office this afternoon & was greeted by her colleague. Her colleague, tall guy with pony tail, wasnt cooperative. It's really upsetting to see this kind of reaction. He dismissed me and told me to be patient because he saw that aleisha had put it in the system to be fixed. I told him that aleisha should let me know that she has processed it. He just told to my face in a rude way that i need to be patient.. Excuse me? Be patient? I will tell my family & friends to not buy tickets from this fllght centre office, Especially on this Bourke Street branch!!They had booked the wrong return date & they didnt even say sorry to me.

Negative experience: It's truly amazing how organisations get out of doing any work, just by saying "we don't know " Hung up on once & given the run around three times! Great effort to all those in the, so called, "Head Office" in Brisbane. I guess anyone would love a job where you get paid to take the piss out of your customer's by hanging up on them & giving them dead end numbers to call.
