I had booked a flight to Dubai December 2022 And I had paid for seats next to the windows and I specifically asked Hello world to make sure my seat is next to the window but when I took the flight my seat was right in the middle of aeroplane. However when we arrived in Dubai I contacted Hello World to for explanation but they completely ignored as they didn't know me at all. I do not recommend this agency at all, not even for Animals transportation

Negative experience: VERY POOR costumer service, There was some changes in my flight and I asked for email confirmation but got nothing! When I came to the store they said its your fault!! My recommendation is to NOT use this agency…

Negative experience: Booking was very simple and easy, however when I cancelled my booking I got slapped with a $650 cancellation fee and a refund time frame of 4 weeks to 4 months. Yes, a potential 4 month refund time period given that emirate has a refund time period of 21 days after speaking to Emirate directly

We used another agent and got the visa. Helloworld agent was really positive and good manners. Thank you. However, the agent was unfamiliar with Japanese tourist visa under visa condition 8570. Read your visa conditions in your language. Don't pay anyone if you are submitting the form by yourself and ✔️ myself on form.

Now you say you did not find me in your system. Do you want me to post the tickets I bought from you. I bought 5 tickets from you on Srilankan Airlines in the names of Ali Rahmat, Ali Bakht Begum, Ali Furqan, Ali Ehsan and Ali Farhan. You also mislead me about visa. The visas you got for me and my wife were not actually visa they were travel permits to Pakistan.

My Old man had Covid during pandemic and he wasn’t allowed to board the flight I called helloworld 8 at night they rescheduled the flight. Today I lost my tickets in Iraq send them message 7 in the morning to send the copy of my tickets they responded straight away with copy of my tickets. Well done guys keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I traveled oversease during the corona virus time. Esmail himslef is a really good guy and he helped me a lot during my travel time. I spoke to him several times and every thime he spoke so nicely and adviced me on my travel requirements. My ticket to Perth was canceled and they rebooked to Sydney without any charges. Overall I didn't see a bad thing from Helloworld Dandenong. Thank you guys for the hard working.

Negative experience: My ticket was cancelled by emirat not by me but still they charged me 500 aud and they didn’t refund my whole ticket . So I suggest to everyone to book online directly from airline company not 3rd parties

Where i paid then to apply for visa and they totally forgot about it and didn’t apply, when i got in contact after 2 week they said we forgot, Then again i trusted them and ask them to apply for visa for my parents, I contacted them each week and month even went to their office they said we still haven’t got the visa.they were still very irresponsible, unprofessional, they again forgot to tell us that have received my parents visa 2 month ago even I contacted them, When i made complaint they blame me for not contacting them which i did, showed them the profe and told, its the embasy fault, i paid them money it was there responsibly to let me know when the get the visa but they again Blame me or the embassy ,

You guys are very opportunistic, money greedy, and you are stealing money from your customers, charge them too much, not only but hundereds of other customers too. Negative experience: I just want to share the horrible experience I had with “Helloworld” . This is what happened; couple of years ago I’ve booked tickets with HELLOWORLD. I traveled overseas with my mother, on our way back to Australia 3 hours prior to our flight we got to the airport to do the check in, but airport staff told us the gate is closed and the plane is ready to leave. I was shocked, I showed them our tickets and said that we are even early, but they said the flight has been changed, update e-mail has been sent to everyone and because we booked the tickets through HELLOWORLD, they got the email and was responsible to update us about any changes. I tried to contact HELLOWORLD and get help from them since they were the reason we missed our flight, but I got no help. I had to pay another $1200 and wait 7 hours in the airport with my mother which has health conditions and was very unwell at the time. HELLOWORLD customer service is the worst, they are very irresponsible and unprofessional and disgustingly rude. They won’t show any respect for their clients and customer and won’t answer any of your questions. If there is any problem with the tickets or there is any update or cancellation they won’t let you know because they are very unprofessional and you will loos your money and time. I don’t want anyone goes through what I went and I really don’t want anyone experiences something like this because it is such a expensive disgusting experience. There is NO WAY I book my ticket with “helloworld” ever again and I strongly suggest you guys DONT EITHER.
