Fantastic experience: Gosh, I cant thank you and you enough, I really don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have you on my side. I highly recommend Travel Connections, and will be using them for every single trip I book. Should I not have used a travel agent I would have been stranded in Paris, and charged thousands of dollars to get back home. Positive experience: Physical location on Queensbury is temporarily closed coming out of the pandemic. Customer service I received on the phone was condescending, and the prices he listed for flights were extremely inaccurate (way more expensive than what I found online)

Fantastic experience: NB he has moved to new location now. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and nice to deal with. I saved money and time overall as he was able to optimise my flights, better than I would have been able to do with an online service, and I had a great holiday as a result. Highly recommended, even for those on the tightest of budgets (as I usually am!)
