Negative experience: Participated in a day trip to Mt. Buller. The brochure stated that we would have free time on the snow mountain from 8:30 to 15:50, but in reality, we only arrived at the snow mountain at 10:30. 1. The group members all arrived early at the pick-up location, but the travel agency's bus showed up just in time. The tour guide took a long time to check attendance, and there was a group of 5 people who registered together but were split into 2 different buses. They requested to sit together, which should have been a simple thing, but the tour guide took forever to resolve it. 2. The travel bus made a stop at a ski equipment rental shop in the small town at the foot of the snow mountain, allowing those who wanted to rent skiing gear to do so. However, since I was on a day trip and had no intention of skiing, I did not need to rent anything, yet I had to wait there for over 40 minutes. This arrangement was very inappropriate; not everyone needs to rent equipment and it shouldn't take up our itinerary time. There are many rental shops on the snow mountain, and those who need rentals should be able to rent after disbanding on the mountain and having some free time. The travel agency's partner stores should not sacrifice the time of other group members. 3. The bus heating was broken, and it was very cold on the ride. 4. Low cost-performance ratio.
