Negative experience: AVOID PAYLESS TRAVEL!!! On initial booking of our overseas airfares we dealt with Effie who was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately due to COVID, our travel plans were cancelled and that was only the start of the problems. When dealing with the refund, had to deal with the director Zahid who was rude, unresponsive and very arrogant. Months of emails after never getting a phone call back, we did not get all that was owed to us. Unable to justify the difference which amounted to hundreds of dollars lost! DISHONEST...SHAME ON YOU ZAHID!

Fantastic experience: Using zahid sb’s services from last 4 years. In these 4 years I had purchased tickets, cancelled my flights, asked for refund and changed dates. In all these events zahid sb always provided guidance. I understand sometimes things get delayed (like in refund) due to the process itself and not at their end but eventually everything gets settled. I’m happy with the service and will continue to use it. I found their ticket prices always lowest.

Negative experience: Please dont buy tickets from Payless Travel, when you go to him he appears to be nice and polite, however once tickets are confirmed and you need any changes afterwards or needs rescheduling. He wont respond to email or calls and ask to contact the airlines directly for changes. Very poor and unprofessional behaviour post sales. Please stay away from this booking agent. HE IS A RIP OFF.

Negative experience: please guys do not buy ticket from him, not picking the phone and not giving my refund. i paid for my ticket 1 year ago before travelling due to covid19 i have to cancel my ticket, this guy does not help and told me to get refund after 3 month. and after 3 month calling him and he is not picking phone and even he is not telling me how much refund i will get from day one. he never reply to my emails and he never reply to my phone. if we do not buy cheap from them , then tell me how they will have business ? we are giving them business and they are ripping off... ALL PAKISTANI COMMUNITY PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HIM

Negative experience: He missuse the situation once if we book a ticket from him and travel to overseas and wants to change the ticket from overseas he is charging airlines penalty + $80 he's servicing fees which he is not supposed to he tune is free free free before booking and after some reason if we want to change then he will say charge it will charge
