Fantastic experience: I recently have returned from an unforgettable 6 week trip in Europe, all thanks to Greece & Mediterranean Travel Centre. The itinerary was perfectly planned. The accommodations chosen were all top class, centrally located with amazing views! All transfers and pick ups to and from airports and hotels were reliable and prompt. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout the planning process of my trip. I highly recommend Greece & Mediterranean Travel Centre for anyone planning a trip. Their professionalism and expertise in creating a memorable travel experience is truly commendable.

Fantastic experience: May 2015 Just wanted to say a huge thank you , to you all!!! What a wonderful trip you put together for us!! Everything was perfect! The meet & greet you provided , with transport to our various destinations, on our trip .....was great. It took all the stress out of travelling, not having to worry about anything. Fantastic experience: This is my second trip iv organised through Greece Mediterranean Travel and i must say the service provided by Trish and her team was outstanding, well thought and creative. Trish's expertise and knowledge in Greece travel and accommodation is the main reason why i am a returned customer. Highlights from my first trip: * The catamaran Trish organised around Santorini - WHAT AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ! * Trish recommended to go to Naxos - what a great suggestion, after my time there is it now one of my favorite places, the beaches have beautiful golden sands and clear blue water, the hotel she suggested was relaxing and in a great location where i was able to travel around easily. * The boutique hotel in Mykonos is definitely another highlight it was right on the water with the best restaurant next door where i had the most amazing food experience - feta baked in filo pastry with honey and figs!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip and cannot wait for the second trip this year. Thanks Trish for all your hard work and attention to detail

Fantastic experience: We organised a short trip to Paros with Halina organising all our travel and accommodation details, including transfers from ferries and planes. The accommodation was terrific and all the travel details ran like clockwork. We could not have been happier with the arrangements made for us by this agency, if you are travelling to Greece I would use this agency.

Fantastic experience: Excellent from beginning to end. TRANSFERS : We had numerous transfers and all were reliable and there as expected HOTELS : - Amazon Hotel Athens was well located. By the time we finished our stays we had sampled all room types which met our expectations. All staff were friendly and helpful - Ploes Hotel in Syros. Excellent location, rooms and service. Beautiful. Loved the decor and the private swimming area was a plus. - Lithos Hotel on Tinos was an absolute delight. We cant speak highly enough of this one . Location was quite good. Staff were excellent and always looking at ways of improving your day such as the offer of a cold homemade lemonade after a day of walking in the heat. We have travelled the world and experienced amazing breakfasts but the one at Lithos was delightful and will go down as one of our most memorable. There was an excellent and extensive range of food for breakfast, all home cooked and beautifully presented. The wife of the owner did the cooking and was there each day to receive our glowing feedback. TOUR. The 4 day Classical Greece Tour was excellent. The guide Christina was one of the best we've had anywhere in the world - clear, knowledgeable, well paced, well organised and managed any challenges professionally.

Fantastic experience: Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre arranged our 5 week trip to Greece perfectly. We gave them some broad outlines of where we wanted to go and they filled in the rest. Our trip included 16 hotels, 18 transfers, 7 ferries and car hire in Crete all of which went off without a hitch. I would gladly recommend them for anyone considering a trip to Greece.

Fantastic experience: A huge thanks to Halina, Alex and the team at Greece & Mediterranean Travel for making a lifelong dream come true for us. They arranged our 4 week holiday to Greece, faultlessly. From the beginning, it was a partnership - we gave them a brief of what we wanted to achieve, they provided sound advice and suggestions. We stayed in the very best accommodation in Athens, Santorini (Fira), Crete (Chania) and Rhodes. Everything worked perfectly - flights, connections, transfers, our accommodation was superb, tours were just right. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to experience Greece in the very best way possible. If I could give 10 stars, I would !!

Fantastic experience: We just completed a Greek Med 10 days .It was awesome . Selected hotels for each area were spot on. Organised tour was really good. All transfers were spot on time. We missed first transfer because of a missed connection and was late at night so grabbed a taxi .Koula was awesome to deal with . All vouchers were ready for ferries etc first night in Athens .We were very impressed and so happy to finally do our 2020 planned trip in 2022 with our credits .

Fantastic experience: Halina, You have made our trip around the greek islands perfect. Your hotel locations excellent. Milos excellent, Fata Morgana in Folegandros perfect, Chania lovely, full of character and Heraklion hotel great view (good size) and Rodos Park perfect. And lastly Villa Renos was more than perfect, amazing view, hospitality and worlds best breakfasts. I am so glad to have organised everything through you, impossible for a first time visitor to Greece to do what you did for us, and I will come to you again when we return. Having Koula at your office in Athens, and at the end of the phone and emails made everything so much easier. Thank you Koula and Halina, for your patience with me. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Just a short note to thank Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre in particular Trish for her work preparing our holiday in Greece. Her recommendations were spot on and organised everything quickly. Before we found your office I spent several months looking for options on the internet and the longer I searched the more confused I became. Trish was great, she prepared our itinerary within 24 hours and overall price was lower than what I got online previously. We have arrived home after a fantastic stay in Greece, the hotels were great, locations great, all transfers were there waiting for us, everything went like clockwork. Thank you again and I will be recommending Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre to anyone thinking of visiting the Mediterranean.

Negative experience: Hi, We all come across a travel specialist at least once in our life time who promise the world but have nothing significant to offer. Greece & Mediterranean Travel Centre, based in Botany, NSW is one such specialist. I was tempted to pay them a visit (by appointment only) after viewing their website in the hope that my partner and i would be offered a specialised, custom fit itinerary (at least thats what they say they specialise in) that one does not necessarily look up for on the internet. So, an appointment was booked for Halina (i think she is the owner) for a wednesday afternoon which i was strictly told by the operator that the appointment cannot be cancelled or moved to another date for 3 weeks as Halina would be travelling overseas next day. Guess what? Halina did not even make it to our confirmed appointment on wednesday! My partner and i were asked to wait in a conference room for about 20 minutes before one of the sales rep (Trish) shows up and asks us: What do you want? Wow! Could i have asked for a Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza at a travel agency? Anyways, not being informed as to why Halina could not make her appearance to a confirmed appointment, we were pushed to Trish's cramped work desk that proudly displayed her current mood status: Grumpy! So much for being with a travel specialist who is about to assist you plan your dream vacation to Greece and Turkey. Trish was not interested in asking us about our preferences. I had gone prepared with a a basic itinerary to give them an idea of what we were looking for (duration of stay / preferred destinations and flight preferences) which became her starting point. She spend about 15 minutes looking for flights.. while my partner and i just sat there hoping Trish's mood would get a bit better. After spending 45 minutes at this "travel specialist" all we came out with was: 1. Trish's Business card 2. A print out of flight details (which i had provided to Trish to begin with) 3. A print brochure which can be downloaded (PDF) from their website. There was no dialogue, no offer to suggest other itinerary's / destinations / cruises / sailing options / island hopping etc.. and no other value that i could get for wasting my 45 minutes with a travel specialist. We left that travel centre saying (very clearly) that we will consider some of the hotels suggested on their brochure and come back to her if need be. After 2 days, i get an email from Trish saying that she has gone ahead and booked all flights + hotels + ferry (from Mykanos to Santorini). Yes.. she booked hotels that she thought was fit for us. (without understanding our budget or preferences) Worse: price of tickets that Trish has booked was almost AUD 500 per person more expensive that what we finally managed to book from another travel agent. It surprised me as i had clearly left that agency stating that i will come back to her with my preferences of hotel and confirm if i wanted to book them through Greece & Med travel Centre. In today's age of online booking, it is impossible to miss out on good deals / offers or choice of accommodation to choose from. Trish specified that since they are "wholesalers" they get best prices. She was wrong: all hotels that Trish suggested and "booked" for us are available for about 10% - 30% cheaper from the hotel's official website. It's not the cost difference in prices of flights of hotels that upsets me. It's this useless proposition of " choose the product best suited to you" and "we do not take one size fits all" that falls flat on execution which makes me give a poor rating and review to this travel centre. This was my experience and i would strongly suggest to anyone planning to pay this "travel specialist" a visit to re-cosider your options. Once air tickets (international and internal) are sorted, it is really so much better to look for hotels online and select one's that suit your requirement better rather than settling for what "travel specialist" suggest to you out of their brochures.
