Fantastic experience: Ella was amazing, booked my entire trip buses, accommodation, activities all included. She gave me her input and suggestions and never tried to upsell me just for the sake of it, remaining transparent on the price the entire process. She gave me a printed and emailed copy of my itinerary and gave me as much time as I needed to make a final decision before paying. Literally owe her the world for making such a long process so easy and stress free. I recommend so much!!

Fantastic experience: Ella did the most amazing job in booking my 1 month eastcoast trip with me! I am currently halfway through this trip and I am so happy with everything. Having everything booked takes all the stress out of travelling, i don’t have to worry about accommodation, bus reservations, booking tours… I was super hesitant to book my travels with happy travels, bc i wanted to just book everything as i go- but let me tell you, this has made my trip SO much better! Ella knows all the good spots and is amazing at her job in general. She is very good at sensing what travel style you have and bc of that all of her suggestions are bang on! Fantastic experience: Shannon was super helpful with mine and my friends travel plans! We had just over two weeks left of our months east coast adventure and had nothing planned, we had no idea how to fit everything in!! She helped us out massively and now we’re having the best time out here with so many upcoming activities along with having our transport and hostels all sorted in between!! We can now relax and not worry about plans or missing out on things we wanted to do!! Reasonable price too for all our hostels and activities which is a plus :))

Although we were not actively seeking help, we were encouraged to go in and talk to Miguel the manager as we were planning a West Coast road trip. Miguel was extremely helpful and insightful and gave us tons of information and advice about our trip without ever pressuring us into booking or buying anything. He gave us time to think about it and come back the next day, which we did. Miguel really delivered and managed to get us a huge discount on a campervan for our trip and was able to give us a lot of insider tips too. Music is a bit loud and distracting inside the store but overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend talking to these guys if you’re planning a trip.

Me and my girlfriend only had 3 weeks to travel, and Ruby, the girls that helped us. managed to find us a campervan for way cheaper than what we found online and everything went smoothly through out the whole trip. We also decided to do some trips and our first skydive ever in Cairns. Really friendly and inviting staff, thanks for this amazing 3 weeks in Australia guys.
