Negative experience: Even airlines issued full refund,these guys use themselves and bluff us

Negative experience: I don't recommend them to anyone if possible avoid this guys.its been 2years still they didn't not refund my money fully.

Fantastic experience: Ravi and Lakshmi are very professional and friendly. They guided us and booked accomodation and flights for our parents travel during covid times.Also when our family travelled with 3 months old they gave best options and suggestions to make our journey safe. We travelled to India after 3 years and during Covid lot of things have changed, Ravi briefed us well in terms of the documentation. We were asked to book return ticket while we board the flight, Ravi jumped on the call and booked a return ticket for us in short span of time, his timely help is so unparalleled and we run out of words to appreciate their down to earth and helping attitude. Thanks a lot .
