Fantastic experience: Been into Seville Travel on a number of occasions to book some long distance holidays as well as a brief trip to Venice. Always pleasant staff, albeit still short staffed following COVID but I think that's the managers fault not giving his staff more hours.

Negative experience: I popped in as I was excited to start planning some new trips. I was on a crutch at the time. I selected four brochures on places I was keen to visit. She looked at me and my friend, then made a phone call. Did not engage. As we were walking out, instead of saying "pop back when you're ready to book" she said "can you drop those brochures back when you're done". Making it clear she didn't consider me a potential client. All I wanted to do was some research, prior to booking and I'd rather use a local agent than the internet to book something. We need to use our high street businesses. However, on this occasion, my bubble was burst by her attitude. I've now booked my trips directly. Ever seen Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman? HUGE mistake.
