Fantastic experience: Star Travel UK are an amazing business providing great services to people who want to travel to various destinations. I was able to speak to their representative and I was given the relevant information I needed. So they are efficient, great and good at what they do. Unfortunately, there are people taking advantage of their 5 star reviews by claiming to work for them and scamming people out of their hard earned money. Individuals by the name of “Kareena” or “Simon” who are offering cheap tickets and claiming that they work for this business. Please contact Star Travel UK first to confirm whether someone is a staff member/ representative before you purchase a ticket. It’s not this businesses fault that they are being used as a pawn for people who want to take advantage of vulnerable people.

The itinerary was carefully thought through and perfectly booked although in the middle of the Covid pandemic. The trip represented great value for money. London to Porto Alegre in Brazil and back via Madrid. The booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help me with some hard to get reservations and short notice amends due to Covid travel restrictions. Everything worked like clockwork.
