Fantastic experience: We went to Tui at the Fort Shopping Centre on Saturday 4th Feb. We were trying to book our 2024 family holiday. The staff were all lovely to us and worked tirelessly to find us something that catered for all of us. A mention for Julie who was our main sales rep was polite, helpful, and most of all ‘had the patience of a saint’. Top marks to them and all their help. 2024 holiday booked

Fantastic experience: We'd found the family holiday we wanted to book but.we kept getting an error message online. Got through to Rachel at Birmingham Superstore after calling the general customer services line and so pleased we did. She found the same holiday for us and matched the price, when she got the same booking error she investigated and called me back within the hour exactly as she said she would. Turns out it was a strange but simple fix and we got the holiday booked. Sometimes it feels an uphill battle calling customer service and trying to get your issue resolved but this was such good service and it's got us excited for our holiday. Rachel has diarised to follow up with us in a few months - would highly recommend Rachel if you call up and ask for her!

Fantastic experience: Emma was absolutely incredible!! Super helpful And professional. She has a wealth of knowledge and ensured we found the perfect holiday for our family abroad! Fantastic experience: Went to pick up some last minute currency this morning. Greeted with a smile by the young lady on reception. Not only did she ask what she could do to help but then she walked me down to the currency desk and introduced me to the staff member who could help me. The second member of staff went out of her way to find me small notes, I asked if I could have some for tips and she counted me out 75 single dollar bills, all done with a smile!! Really exceptional service, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Booked our first holiday abroad today with Rae and although we knew what we wanted, Rae got us a really great price! She was extremely helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend and book through Tui at the fort again!

Fantastic experience: I have recently booked 2 holidays at the TUI store within the Fort Shopping Park, both times were really good experiences. Rachel helped us book our last holiday and she was just brilliant, she done everything for us and was so knowledgeable about the different locations and what we can do when we are there. Fantastic experience: Me and my partner went into the Birmingham Fort Tui and booked a holiday with Julie. After we noticed something was wrong we popped back it to see Julie to help amend our booking. She was very enthusiastic to help us and managed to change the booking. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I needed help to book my Mom onto an existing holiday we had booked. We have recently lost a family member so this was very important to us to get this right and all sat together on the plane and to have our bookings combined. Jenna (Tui Super Star) in our opinion, assisted from start to finish. Her professionalism and empathy, along with her knowledge, made this a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I booked 2 excursions with Julie for our two week holiday to menorca in June, she was courteous and very attentive. The information we received on screen was adequate for us to make a decision, however Julie’s input gave us the confidence to book these excursions wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. 1 minute into the store and Rae came straight up to us and offered her assistance. We were a little unsure on our destination but had a budget in mind. Rae took us through a few options and worked to get up the best within our budget. Rae was professional, insightful and overall extremely helpful throughout. This is our second time booking through TUI and I would definitely book again. A smooth process from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner went to Tui at the Fort Birmingham and had a great experience with the sales assistant Genna, she has served us twice now for a Marella cruise and we have came away both times extremely happy with the service. Genna has 5* customer service and knows exactly how customers want to be treated while keeping everything so professional, Genna went above and beyond to find us the best possible deal and holiday for us. I would highly recommend if your going to the Birmingham Tui to request to see Genna

Fantastic experience: Great apartments.. cleaned and fresh bedding every day.. the rooms are a good size.. kitchen is perfectly adequate fridge freezer a good size too.. the bar is very lively too.. lots of tvs for all sports fans.. the staff were super helpful and friendly too.. pool a good size.. can't fault it realy.

Fantastic experience: So excited for my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. Went into Tui and and was seen by Samatha. We discussed the two holidays that we were looking at and after being listened to we decided on a Caribbean cruise. I would have to say that Samantha delivered a fantastic Customer service experience. I can’t wait to book another holiday.

Fantastic experience: Had a really pleasant experience at TUI Birmingham Superstore on Saturday. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and swiftly booked us in to speak with an advisor. We then sat down with our advisor Rae, who did an excellent job at helping us find the perfect location and hotel within our price range for our November trip. She was very fun and polite, made us feel comfortable and feel like we were in good hands and she was also patient with us as we got information from our siblings that weren’t present. We had a look at a few locations and went through all the details and amenities they had until we found the one we liked the most. We managed to get our holiday booked in and was also guided through any extra information we needed which was extremely helpful as we don’t fly often. Thanks Rae!

Fantastic experience: Beth was amazing, asked the right questions to get a better understanding of what i was looking for and delivered a package that ticked all the boxes. Whilst also delivering lots of useful information on our destinations. Beth was always available for question i had and also moved very quickly in term of finding the right package and sending key information in order to get the booking over the line. Id highly recommend Beth at the fort branch to anyone. Ill most definitely request best moving forward. Beth has really changed my opinion on travel agents and really highlighted the expertise and knowledge that is absent went booking independently.

Fantastic experience: Well done Jenna, you have totally restored my faith in the TUI brand following my awful experience with Princess Alice park, 2 years ago. From an initial contact by phone, to all the time you spent with us in Store yesterday, trying to find us the impossible. A party of 8 on a budget with with some preconceived ideas but despite your system letting you down several times you persisted with us and we left having booked our perfect, ideal first holiday with our Grandchildren for next year. All the girls seem very friendly and seem to bounce off one another's knowledge and personal experiences. Jenna was an absolute professional and a credit to this business.

Fantastic experience: Where can I even start, LAURA P YOUR ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! I was trying to book a big family trip for Jamaica and participants were hard to please. Laura went above and beyond; calling getting quotes, looking at rooms, answering my ridiculous email requests and not once did she not deliver. We are now booked to go on our big family holiday and I couldn’t be more pleased or reassured that the holiday will be perfect. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service. Have booked 2 holidays through this store now, and have had great experiences both times. Booked my first holiday with my partner last year. Jenna was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful! We had no idea where we wanted to go, but she helped us decide and found us a great deal! Last week, we went back to book our holiday for this Summer, Julie was so helpful and was able to price match the app price. Would really recommend going in store and booking a holiday with them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service!! Julie was superb and sorted out a complex problem which took her a long time and several phone calls. She was supportive and professional throughout and put us at our ease assuring us she would sort it for us which she did. Lesson for us in the future we will always book in a tui store rather than on the web, apparently they always price match.

Fantastic experience: From when we walked in store the staff were really friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We saw Laura B, she was amazing. She took her time to try and get us the lowest price possible for our holiday which was eventually cheaper than booking it online.
