The staff are very pro-active and knowledgeable and will endeavor to find the best holiday/short break for their clients instead of just trying to push a package deal from a brochure. Positive experience: After being contacted through messenger from Butterfly travel Nailsea, I was asked why I had put 'Poor' as a review. The reason for this is, when i walked in to Butterfly travel, we we're not acknowledged at all, due to all 3 staff being on the phone & then having to wait 10 minutes for someone to speak to us & sit with us and talk about a holiday. At this point, i actually pointed out that British airways were alot cheaper, and anything we mentioned the travel agent was unaware of what we were talking about 'Oh are british airways cheaper?' Ummm yes, they are your competitor you should surely know this. All in all, it wasnt a easy experience and we booked elsewhere.
