Fantastic experience: I can't believe any travel agent could be better at listening to a rather crotchety list of requirements, and planning a first-rate trip. John Cole was excellent. Alas, I was after all not able to go on the visit to St Petersburg, so cannnot speak as to the actual experience. But I was really really impressed with the attention to detail, and the good sense, which compares so favourably with the take-it-or-leave-it attitude of the last agency I dealt with (for a much less complicatred trip).

Fantastic experience: Always helpful and very well informed. Can do a variety of price ranges but tend to offer superb places and temptation follows!Very careful in their planning. We have never had a problem on their holidays but I am confident they would sort it out promptly.Their experts really know the local terrain.

Fantastic experience: I have for many years, toured a new location at least once if not twice a year. This travel company, Audley Travel, is, by far, the best tour travel company I have ever used. I booked their 10 days Indian Golden Triangle/ Ranthambore Tiger tour. In the UK the arrangements were managed by Mr Harsha Ogale. In India by Ms Ritika Gupta. Every step in the UK was guided by Harsha helpfully, seamlessly and efficiently. From landing in Delhi to returning to the UK, our experience in India was managed and facilitated by Ritika. Throughout we were blessed with a tremendously helpful and safe driver. The guides, especially in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were professional, knowledgeable and of the highest calibre. On the whole the whole team in India was very well organised, efficiently coordinated, helpful, knowledgeable, excellent at their jobs and more.

Fantastic experience: Recently travelled to Egypt with Audley. Olivia put together a great itinerary that covered all the points we discussed the holiday was fantastic. Just as I’d hoped. I had a concern about a flight whilst we were away, turned out to just be an IT issue at the airline, but Olivia responded quickly and resolved the issue. Saved me a lot of stress Many thanks

Fantastic experience: Just returned from our Audley Travel arranged holiday to Singapore and Thailand! From the initial email to our appointed person Alex Shepherd to touch down back in Manchester today the whole experience has been unbelievably amazing! Alex listened, understood, advised and supported us throughout the 18 months of planning. The trip was so much more than we could have hoped for, the hotels out of this world and the representatives at each location totally brilliant. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Audley high enough. They are knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful and friendly and nothing seems to much trouble for them. They arranged a bespoke family holiday to Canada for us that was just awesome. They did everything, even arranged local activities and offered to make restaurant reservations too. Holiday itinerary contained lots of helpful advice and suggestions too. Everything ran so smoothly while we were away, apart from a puncture in the hire car, which Audley refunded due to car hire company being less keen. What more can I say?, try them - you'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Booked our South Africa trip with them, wonderful service

Fantastic experience: Our travel rep Melissa Stagg (Far East Agent) put together a fabulous itinery for us as a couple in Thailand. Melissa listened to what my boyfriend asked for and chose hotels that suited us perfectly (small, bespoke, eco friendly and peaceful). While we were away the Covid-19 situation changed rapidly and Melissa kept us informed all the way along as to the unfolding situation. She did hold alternative reservations on a flight for us due before our holiday was over, to get us home before border lockdowns which we declined. In retrospect that was wrong of us as so many people we chatted to were stuck abroad, unable to get through to airlines or their own different travel agents. Melissa was beyond brilliant, how she managed to get us out of the Far East and back home I do not know. I'm a definite risk taker but never again will I push travel plans 'up to the wire', lesson learned. Melissa you're a star ⭐we'll be back hopefully one day when life returns to the 'new' normal

Fantastic experience: Audley (Boston) put an itinerary together for our 2-week trip to Argentina and Chile that was just perfect and provided our family with experiences we would otherwise never been able to realize. Well done, plus the local travel agency support was great and made pro-active changes when an airline strike would have caused major issues. Highly recommended.
