Fantastic experience: This year i used trailfinders for the first time and i must say i was really pleased. It is lovely in this day and age to be able to actually talk to a travel agent and be able to ask their advice . I was lucky enough to deal with two very helpful people in the Cork Office, Kate and John Paul and between us we organised a brilliant holiday to Bali and Malaysia. They organised all our flights so that the tied together nicely without having to hang around airports for too long. They even reserved our seats on the flights. When we reached our destinations our transport was waiting for us to take us to our hotels and our hotels were amazing. It was so stress free. We had a brilliant time and a holiday to remember for all the right reasons, and i know that is due to Trailfinders and their fantastic staff. Thank you all for everything. Our trip was perfect with change over in flights. We could have getting cheaper flights if we booked ourselves, but booking it through Trailfinders was peace of mind & security. We are just back from our honeymoon which Trailfinders helped us to plan, the service was excellent from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Never used a travel company before however I was looking for some guidance for a holiday and figured we'd stop in even if we didn't book anything. Ended up walking out with a 10 day holiday planned at a great price. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to COVID-19 however they issued a full refund. Extremely impressed with the customer service, I'll definitely be using them again!!
