Fantastic experience: Hi we booked with Douglas travel for a trip to Italy , Denise was looking after us from start to finish , the service we got was not good , it was exceptional , everything we asked for we got , she was a pleasure to deal with through out the process , everything was organized so professionally , she made it so simple , nothing was a problem , I have been on a lot of holidays and it's definitely one of my favorites , so again , thanks to Douglas travel and especially Denise , we will definitely call again.
