Fantastic experience: I called in to Caroline in Wilton a few weeks back to discuss our trip. She emailed me a few options as per my needs. It was all extremely detailed and thorough. When i called to book, everything was so straightforward. She went through the trip in detail. Her enthusiasm made me even more excited about our holiday.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked our summer holiday with TUI Wilton. Karen welcomed us with a smile & was so patient while we tried to navigate exactly what we would like. Karen took on board all our requests & made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She included our 5 Yr old daughter in the whole process & took the time to let her take a picture & engaged so kindly to include her in what we were doing. Karen was well travelled and shared all her knowledge on each place which really was helpful in the decision. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew about apps that could be helpful, gave suggestions for excursions & even made sure our seats were booked all together as a family on the flight. We never felt rushed or pressured either so thank you Karen. You went above and beyond & we are very greatful. Highly recommend tui wilton.

Fantastic experience: Having spent an entire morning trying to book a fortnight's holiday at short notice to Lanzarote we finally gave up mainly because switching between flights and accommodation to sort everything out became totally frustrating. Later that day we were in the Wilton shopping centre and decided to call to the TUI office, where we met KAREN. Within twenty minutes she had everything booked for us and without her professional service we would have skipped the Christmas holiday, so thank you KAREN for getting us some sunshine and stopping my wife from nagging me.... Fantastic experience: We just booked our third holiday with TUI in Wilton Shopping Centre. The girls are so helpful and absolutely brill to deal with. Today, we went to get some ideas for next year and sat with Dolores(same name). She went through loads of different dates and locations with us. Nothing was a problem for her and she gave us some brill advice and recommendations. We booked for next year there and then. Tracey, was also brill with our 5 year old son. She made such a fuss off him and gave him his own ticket and certificate. He was delighted with them. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just have to say I had an amazing experience when booking my holiday in the wilton store recently . Carley was amazing she took us through all the options for a two week stay . After talking us through some really exciting options around Europe we decided on a Mediterranean cruise with Royal Caribbean. She spoke about all that the cruise entails including all the food and drinks packages and where we would be stopping off etc . The ship looks amazing it’s like a floating hotel . Myself and my husband can hardly wait for our holiday it feels like a dream.Thanks to TUI for making our dreams come true and especially Carley who was a pleasure to deal with and who I would definitely recommend to book their holiday with she is a credit to the company .
