Fantastic experience: Trailfinders an amazing Travel Agent we used them on a few occassions on this occasion they pulled out all the stops catering for our every need. We were invited to a wedding in India and didnt know where to start. with our Travel arrangements We gave Claudine Nolan very short notice explained the dates needed in India she was superb arranged everything from day 1 to day 18 arranging flights Tours, Guides, Hotels etc., she kept in touch explaing each days iternary taken our needs into account I could not recommend Claudine highly enough and Trailfinders definitely is the way to go. HAPPY TRAVELLING

Lucas sent on all the necessary paperwork which I filled out and returned. Really good customer care,keeping in touch by phone and email to iron out any wrinkles.Would highly recommend the service.Big thanks to Lucas

We had an incredibly relaxing time and our older teens absolutely loved it. Fantastic experience: Just back from a spa break in Dubrovnik with the girls, organised by Trailfinders. Three very burnt out ladies in desperate need of a battery recharge had been talking about getting away for months but none of us had the energy to face navigating the minefield of airline bookings, hotel bookings, transfers etc etc. We had a brainwave and picked up the phone to Trailfinders! One quick phone call later everything was booked. The first very pleasant surprise was how reasonable the cost was for a 5 star hotel, flights, private transfers and insurance. The real eye opener was how stress free a holiday is when it is arranged by the experts. Absolutely everything ran like clockwork - the hotel recommended by Claudine at Trailfinders was stunning. Transfers turned up on the dot. No complications with bag allowances, flights or incorrect hotel room assignments. Any stress with the logistics would have pushed one or all of us over the edge but instead, we have all come back recharged, refreshed and ready to embrace life again. And 100% adamant that we are never again navigating the nightmare of booking direct. Thank you so much for a job well done Claudine. You have three new customers for life!

Positive experience: Unbelievable customer service, very knowledgeable staff regarding every detail or questions we had with our potential holiday. Showed us different days/flights for the best time/price to suit us and was a pleasant service. Thank you so much Allex. We got a great deal on our holiday which was significantly cheaper than when we looked at it ourselves and they sorted everything for us. I do have to remove a star just due to how long we waited. We waited around hour on a Monday evening (from 17:30ish), with 3 other people on front of us. There is no booking system here so it is wait and be seen. However, once we were seen the customer service rep didn't disappoint and was super helpful. Also, to be fair it is January so it is probably extremely busy

We want to thank Trailfinders and in particular our very helpful and great travel agent Tom who supported us to organise our lovely trip!! Very good prices too and well looked after! We have new york booked but somehow two of us where booked into a diffrent Flight when went in the day after booking to pay thr deposit we where told the mistake we ended up paying 200 euro more for the mistake.... But it is done with now and looking forward to it New York December 2022 here we come!!

Fantastic experience: Amending my previous review after a personal phone call from Trailfinders manager. Nice to get the personal touch and apology. Genuinely never had issues with Trailfinders in the past and always found their agents very knowledgeable and friendly, but this one occassion really annoyed me, as it was a big 'once in a life time' trip. Glad to put it all behind us and am happy to recommend/use Trailfinders services again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from our honeymoon in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Our point of contact in the Dublin office, Lisa Miksch was amazing. I went to visit her in the Dublin office one Sat to rebook a honeymoon that was cancelled due to covid. She found us the best deal on our airfare and an amazing resort that were offering a great discount. We hadn’t considered that side of Mexico before as had originally planned the west coast. The recommendation was spot on. Clearly she has a strong understanding of her clients and made it happen. 9 nights all inclusive with business class seats for a very reasonable deal. So much so that my parents booked the same holiday for a week later. Lisa’s a true professional with such a nice manner. Lisa I’ll be back to you very soon. Looking for something before year end.
