Fantastic experience: Have used this store for all our holiday packages for a good few years now. Nicola is our go to rep and she is amazing and knows exactly what we like in a destination so that take the hassle out of us looking at various resorts in advance. After around 10 resort holidays and 6 cruise holidays we are never dissatisfied with what we get. Can't recommend these enough.

Fantastic experience: I hadd a hard time dealing with another holiday firm so moved to Tui this year. What a difference! They helped me to sort issues with the app that my hotel was booked through even though we'd only booked flights through them. People on the plane home were saying the same thing about the other app we'd used, disaster. So this time we booked everything through TUI. Nicola is an absolute treasure and we ended up having a laugh on the phone too. No hanging around on hold like last time and it feels great to know we've everything booked properly. She found us an amazing hotel too, all inclusive with a better price than half board, wow! Thanks TUI, you've my business from now on

Fantastic experience: After having a fabulous holiday in Rhodes last year through TUI, we decided to book two further holidays for 2023 and 2024 through the talbot street store. I dealt with Georgina and Nicola on these bookings and was extremely happy with the level of customer service received from both ladies. Georgina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and any information she did not have to hand she phoned back with. We also booked a cruise holiday with Nicola who went above and beyond in every way to help us through the whole process. It was a more complicated booking and part of a larger group event, but Nicola handled it with ease giving me peace of mind. I would highly recommend the talbot store and cannot wait for our travel dates to come around.

I visited the Talbot Street, Dublin branch & sat down with Georgina who was very friendly, patient & informative. I had a long list of wishes for my holiday & Georgina worked to ensure they were all checked off. I was so so happy with the destination & Hotel that she suggested that I booked it then and there. Her customer service is fantastic, her promptness, attention to detail, level of knowledge, efficiency, ...and the list goes on. Fantastic experience: Was booking a trip for extended family and the staff couldn't have been more patient and helpful as there was a lot of back and forth with me having go clarify something with others going on the trip.
