Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 9 night pilgrimage to Santiago De Compestella organised by JWT and their representative Martin Toomey and it was exceptional ! I have travelled with JWT several times in the past 15 years and the service received has always been excellent and this trip did not disappoint.The communication with Martin was excellent , the service in the hotels was great , particularly the hotel in Santiago which was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble and we felt safe in their hands . I can highly recommend JWT and will be travelling with them again in the future!

Positive experience: Pricing was very unfair - way too expensive. Felt like price gouging. Delays in Marseille airport unnecessary - four charter flights and ours was scheduled to go first but went last - over an hour late Otherwise the JWT people on the ground very helpful and everything else ran smoothly. Glad to see that check in and boarding cards were prepared in advance.

Fantastic experience: I traveled with JWT to Marseille for the Leinster rugby final, May 2022. Despite the challenges encountered in Dublin airport the JWT staff were excellent. The trip was well organised everything went very well and whilst Idid not need any assistance it was good to see JWT staff were always available if needed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trip despite all the airport challenges. The Hotel I'm Toulon was really lovely and very centrally located. Bus transfers were well organised and on time. Only downside was the result but can't blame JWT for that!! A sincere thanks to Martin and the team. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic experience: This was a (very) long day trip to the Rugby European Cup Final in Marseilles. Despite the chaos at Dublin Airport, all the logistics ran like clockwork from start to finish. The JWT people were friendly, helpful and efficient. Just one gripe - the specified time (25 mins after final whistle) to return to the coach after the match was stressfully, and it turned out, unnecessarily, tight. It’s a long way to go to miss the trophy presentation (or risk missing the coach transfer to the airport). But overall, this was a smooth professional travel experience as always with JWT. Now, if only Leinster had hung on for another 90 secs

Fantastic experience: Great trip, very well organised in such a short space of time. Hotel in Toulon excellent especially the room/lounge you could use any time of the day. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks with biscuit snacks. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Two minor points, transfer bus air conditioning poor and Google map location of pick-up bus could have been included with the package details. Would definitely recommend JWT to family and friends.
