Fantastic experience: I am really impressed with budget air service. I bought a flight from their website and then had to cancel due to personal situation. I contacted the customer service and I was very pleased to get a prompt response. Usually it is a struggle to get in touch with other agencies in case of change in travel plans. My case was dealt by one person throughout, Mr. Asim Shahzad. He was very helpful and kept me informed at various stages of cancellation and refund etc. I had to deal only with him and did not have to explain myself everytime I was in contact, as is the case with many other agencies when one has to talk to a new person everytime and provide explanation from scratch! I would definitely do business with budget air for my next journey and will recommend them to anyone requiring good customer support service.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical about using an agency especially when their price was cheaper than the airlines but the reviews seemed good so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Very straightforward safe booking, booked and got my reference number after a few hours which I could use to view my booking in the airline app and check in etc. Will definitely use BudgetAir Ireland again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Budget air. I booked a flight for my friend and I to travel to India in January 2023 and it was the best price available after an extensive search. My friend's brother sadly died 2 days before we were due to fly and she had to change her ticket last minute literally. An exceptionally kind woman called Mary from Budget Air searched for the best price for her to change for 10 days later as my friend is on a very tight budget and Mary spent literally hours helping us as it wasn't easy to change at peak travel times to India. I will use them now for all flights in the future.

Fantastic experience: Very good service. Everything was confirmed straight away after booking in few minutes. When we had to cancel due to our plan, it was very easy to contact agent staff through phone to request the cancellation. The process to get refund was supposed 8-10 weeks but we actually received refund earlier. Really impressed! Will use their service in future.

Positive experience: It’s a bit unfortunate that so many people have had difficulties and problems with refunds. My experience was really smooth and hassle free. I got a good deal with Budget Air during holiday time and i was worried reading the reviews when there was a delay with my travel iteanrry. I called up the office first thing in the morning and a certain Ms Ivy was very kind in helping me sort it out. I thought i owed it to the guys to give them a good feedback. Would love to travel again with Budget Air!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service..cannot recommend highly enough. Our holiday was ruined by Aer Lingus in the height of last weekend departures. Left high and dry until Val stepped in and helped us get to our final destination in Thailand. He went above and beyond to help our family of 4 finally enjoy our holiday albeit 4 days later. Thank you for sticking with us relentlessly and persisting with another airline to get us on our way. Fantastic experience: Recently I had a wonderful experience with Budgetair. ie. The airline had canceled my connecting flight. The new flight was not suitable for my itinerary. So I had requested a full refund for my round journey. Ivy from budgetair helped me a lot and initiated a refund process immediately. Within 2 weeks I received a full refund. I would recommend budgetary. ie to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased 2 tickets via Budget Air, it was my first time dealing with them, I booked my flight late in the evening via my iPad, and received an automated reply saying my booking would be confirmed the next working day, I will admit, I did panic a little, as I had expected immediate confirmation of my booking, as I had paid in full via my credit card...I then started to read the reviews on Budget Air, and will admit, I feared the worst. The next working, I received my booking confirmation and eticket via email, so I proceeded to book my husbands flight with them, and within the hour, I had his booking confirmation and eticket. Just to be sure all was in order, I logged onto the actual airlines website, put in our flight reference numbers, and there we were, I was able to choose our Seats to make sure we sat together. I will use Budget Air again, as I saved over €100 by doing so.

Fantastic experience: First I bought ticket, and then I went to read reviews. And gosh, after reading negative reviews it got me worried. But from my experience, you have nothing to worry about. They are great reliable and fact. And they can e-mail you tickets if you ring and ask them, otherwise, they're sending tickets via post. Definitely I'm gonna use this one again.
