Fantastic experience: Originally booked flights to Vietnam but had to change the flights to the following week due to visa issues. Upon emailing, Caitlyn responded and was kind and compassionate. I felt I messed around trying to book different dates and ended up asking about wrong flight times. Finally after realising the right dates Caitlyn acted accordingly and got me the flights I needed with a change fee which was reasonable. Caitlyn exceeded my expectations and shows great will and determination for her work. She’s a true example of going above and giving the customer a good experience. Having visited many of the travel stands on that day, Collette was a breath of fresh air with her honest and straight talking approach and made us feel that she would not recommend anything she would not enjoy herself. Following that Conversation, we have now booked our Honeymoon Cruise with E Travel. The Cruise pricing was much better than other companies we had priced with and the whole booking process was very easy.. Just Today we also received a follow up call from Collette to check that we were happy with everything and let us know we could contact her at any time if we had queries.. The low ratings in this site is a bit unfair as people need to read terms and conditions before booking. We have flown to America and the Philippines with many different airlines through this website and we've never had any problem. We will continue using this site for our future travels.

Fantastic experience: Booked flights with eTravel to Bali Indonesia via Dubai with Emirates. I was worried at first after reading the bad reviews. I also made an error when booking and supplied my email address incorrectly. I didn't pay for the support upgrade so I was expecting to be charged before they would even speak to me but when I called the customer service advisor was really good. He updated my email address so all the paperwork etc can straight to my email. After that I checked in online booked my seats etc via the Emirates site. I really can't complain about their customer service or prices etc. Many customers have left bad reviews because they want to change their destination or want to cancel etc. If you buy a non refundable ticket from any company you won't get a refund or be able to change destination etc. And some say they are afraid to fly to Dominican Republic etc but if the consulate are not saying it's not safe you have no right to refund you are actually choosing not to go because of personal reasons. People need to get a grip. If you book something read it and be committed to your trip and you will be fine. I had a great trip and the flights were the cheapest online! Thanks guys
