Fantastic experience: Kamil was excellent, he spent about 2 hours changing a package deal I had booked . My child's passports hadn't arrived on time and I was basically stressed out to bits over this. He made the appropriate emails phone calls and god luv him put on hold for ages for it to me sorted but still had a smile on his face when I saw him. He is a true asset to your company and I wish that more people would make that effort as it will definitely be remembered. I would definitely go back to best4travel. Thanks again Kamil
