Fantastic experience: We have searched for a few days after we decided to have a trip to Germany in May 2025. Since we have not travelled to Europe in the past plus don’t like to follow a tourist group. Booking on line is challenging because we can’t ask questions like talking to a live person. Claire called my phone while my husband was in the middle of the searching to Crystal Travel. She sounded sweet, so we started having conversation. Claire assured me that she would help us to book the airline & hotels. I asked her all the questions, told her our concerns. She was very understanding, answered all of my questions then book the air ticket for us. We are very happy that we found Claire who is sweet, caring & helpful. Negative experience: Scam artists. They will tell you a ticket doesn't exist and then upsell you to a higher priced ticket. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: Scionn White helped my family and it was a relief to have his help and support with a difficult situation. I have never ever posted a review before and frankly the reviews I am reading are terrifying but Scionn has been going above and beyond from the start, spending hours working through all the complicated circumstances, being available and following up with every question and issue and getting us tickets that meet our needs. We tried ourselves to find the right flights and even were working with another agency first but they did not use the phone so the back and forth was not working and getting clear timely answers was difficult. Every minute I could see on my own that the prices and availability and options were changing because this is a peak travel time. Given that we have to travel, the tradeoff of wondering whether we could have potentially saved a bit more based on repeated searching and refreshing and jumping from site to site against having someone who meticulously went through every step and detail to get what we needed feels worth it.

Fantastic experience: I just booked through Kayak and found some great flight and it was offered by Crystal Travel because my payment wouldn't work due to issue with the airline and proper ticketing and I called Crystal Travel's 866 number and talked to an agent Scionn W and he could not of been more helpful very professional and was able to get my setup with my flight arrangements. He also was able to fix an issue with my boys date of birth. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic booking experience with Scionn. Complex itinerary search where my wife and I need connected seats from US to Asia on the same date in Business Class, but separate return dates, also in Business Class. For the 3 flight legs, Scionn searched for numerous date and airline combinations. Found the ones who have the best times, best price, custom seat selection option, and changeable dates. Appreciate Scionn‘s patience and help in getting the custom order completed. All his direct coordination with the airline made a big difference. Could not have done it myself via Kayak or Google Flights searches. I have never used Crystal Travel before (foreign travel agent for US travelers). But now glad I used them.
