Fantastic experience: Update: 5 Stars based on corporate level follow-up. While the basis for my previous 1 star review remains and should be a caution to customers, I would like to shout out a 5 star rating for the excellent corporate follow-up by Ismael in the Office of the President. Ismael assured me that my consultant and her manager have been coached on how to handle this type of situation- that it is not a hard and fast rule that 10 days prior the final payment must go through. The customer can request other final payment arrangements and that they must follow this instruction. Original Review: Notwithstanding the fact that anyone you talk to you at icruise will keep repeating their policy of 10 days prior, if they are directly instructed not to do so and they confirm in writing their agreement, they should not be doing so This company will put through a final cruise payment 10 days before it is due to the cruise line. Even though I had extensive emails back and forth (as well as recorded phone calls) in which the agent agreed to my request to stop the automatic payment 10 days prior- the payment was processed against my specific instruction and their agreement thereto. They refused to offer any apology or goodwill gesture.

Negative experience: Buyers be aware of their cancellation policy. It is not transparent at all. We booked 3 rooms on a Royal Caribbean cruise for this coming April. We booked via phone mid August. On the phone, we were reassured that as long as we cancel outside of 90days window, we would get a full refund. We had to cancel one of the three rooms due to a conflict in schedule. I had multiple phone calls to cancel this one room and they kept using the delay tactics on me -- 24hrs to investigate, which turned into three business days, then 3 more business days. Ultimately it took more than 1 month before I could get any substantial answer from anyone. One of the agents we talked to, stated they will provide me a full refund if it was found to be the fault of their agent after their call review. One of the managers emailed me back saying call review was done and they are not at fault. I asked to review the call that was done on Augusg 16th, I was given a "summary" of the call, saying that I agreed the deposit was nonrefundable, which was not what was heard by me and my spouse while making that call! Despite multiple requests, they would not release the call recording to the customer because they say it is "against their company policy". How can you review a case when only one side gets to review the recording? It is whatever they say. It is extremely disingenuous how they operate their business. If you must book with them, get a recording of your own with the agent's name, your name, the cancellation policy (have them repeat it on recording), when you are ready to make payments. Better yet, just book directly via the cruise line. Get a detailed written statement about your cancellation time line. What they give you is not actually cheaper than the cruise line directly when we did our own investigation. We only booked with them because we have had previously good experiences booking with them for 3 of our cruises. Ultimately, after close to 2 months of back and forth with them, they canceled our one room that needed to be canceled with no direct refund. We were given 500usd of future booking credit, that was all they could offer. Such booking credit, cannot be used all at once at the same booking either. It is up to their discretion how much of that 500usd you can use for one booking. All in all, this was a complete mess. We will be telling friends and families to never use this service again. There are others, more honorable agents out there.

Negative experience: Booked a cruise with these guys being told the entire time that I could get a full refund as long as it was at least 75 days before the cruise. My wife ended up losing her job so I tried to cancel said cruise but found out that I had been lied to and that my cruise was actually not refundable. I was on the phone for hours with this guy who was basically a broken ai who just said the same thing over and over again. I will never use Icruise again. They are simply a scam.

Negative experience: I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. So they called me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it? So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. Apparently they didn’t read the notes either. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

Negative experience: I was looking for a short cruise, for a girls trip with my two daughters. I called my regular travel agent and was ready to book a balcony room for the three of us. Something popped up on my feed and I thought maybe I could shop it at eye Cruise. I called Icruise to tell them that I was looking for a balcony for three of us and she told me she had one for a rate that was $100 less so I decided to book it. Fast-forward to when I got my confirmation, she had booked me for an ocean view room, which is not the same as a balcony. It’s smaller and you can’t open the door. We normally stay too per room in balcony rooms and now we are staying three per room and a window room. I know the travel agent knew I asked for a balcony room. I guess she didn’t have one and rather than saying, “I don’t have a balcony room she said, I have an ocean view room.” Well, unfortunately, I was fooled and booked the Oceanview room to save 100 bucks but now we are all 3 stuck in a room with no door. And yes, I get it, I should have memorized what all the different state rooms were but she knew what I was asking for and I feel like her intent was to deceive. I called a couple times and they told me on the phone that they would check the recordings and get back to me. It’s the day of the cruise and nobody has ever gotten back to me. Terrible customer service. When I called, they just keep wanting me to book more cruises, and will not give me customer service for the one I already booked. Will never use them again.

Negative experience: What a scam company. I purchased two cruise certificates from them. As I was skeptical when I was talking to the sales agent, they gave me 7 days to confirm the certificates would work for they type of cruise I would take and they gave me the 7 days to check it out on their website, which when I searched and it showed that I could get a balcony room on a cruise I might take to Alaska. So I felt good about the purchase until... In the past three days, I've actually tried to book a cruise. The website says a balcony for the particular cruise is $0, I just need to pay taxes. When I go to book, it tells me to call, and when I call, I'm told the cruise will cost me $2000. I was expecting $728 which is the cost of the taxes. I've spoken to 6 people, the only thing they can tell me is that there is a glitch on the website. I bought the certificates with the trust that the website was correct. This company is a huge scam. No one will call back or email back. Every time I call I talk to a different person and go through the same process. I've wasted hours trying to make this work with them. It is IMPOSSIBLE.

Negative experience: DON'T CALL ICRUISE!!! I made the mistake of calling iCruise for information on an Alaskan cruise. I said I was just shopping for information & I wasn't interested in going in 2024 but maybe in 25. That didn't matter to them, after getting information on some cruise prices, they wanted me to book right then. I keep getting calls everyday for a month, & even after asking icruise to be taken off their call list but they keep calling. I threatened to report them for unwanted calls, (& I DID) it didn't help. Positive experience: Being a member of the iCruise Club, I receive no assistance or guidance from iCruise. I do not know what benefits I get for my cruise bookings or how to use them for my travel expenses. The only time I was getting a lot of calls was when iCruise was trying to convince me to join the Club... Reviews mater! After mine (above) I was contacted by an iCruise representative and we had a long chat about my concerns, their assistance and the value of credits given for cruise reservations. I am delighted that iCruise really cares about their customers trying to understand and comply with our needs. I received assistance in identifying and making reservations for a hotel I need in Argentina. I also received credits to use onboard of my next cruises. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical when I booked the cruise because the cruise line had said the trip we wanted was sold out. I did it effortlessly with icruise, and then wondered if it was a scam. After an IM chat with icruise rep I then went to the cruise line chat and confirmed the cruise with them. So it seems we're all set. I do wish there had been a way to select our stateroom, as I worry we'll be in a less desirable one. Icruise did say they purchase rooms ahead then resell on their website. Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would!!!! Icruse is a complete fraud. They quoted us one price for our anniversary cruise, got deposit from us… now when the time came to pay, the cruise line’s website shows that we owe $1000 more than ICrouse originally quoted. We have all of the information in the email from icruise. The original quote, and the amount we’ll owe after the deposit. Now the agent who sold us on the deal doesn’t take our calls or wants to reply to texts from cruise line. The representative from icruise kept my husband on the phone for a few hours saying that he is working on our issue. Then he said that issue had been resolved and all we need is to give him a cc to pay original amount quoted by them. However, my husband made representative check with the crosse line, only to find out that cruise line is not going to honor that price. How can this be? How can a legit agency operate like that? If this isn’t a fraud, I don’t know what is. Save yourself trouble go straight to cruise line… and deal with them.

Negative experience: Bad experience. Would not book with them again. Recently booked my very first cruise to Alaska through them. Excellent website is what I found attractive. When I booked my cruise on Mar 3rd I paid $979 for my room and $1466 for total package. A few minutes later I checked on the NCL website and same package was selling for $1366. Because the same class of room I picked was priced at $879. Couldn't call in as I was out of the country. I sent in 2 emails asking that the difference of $100 be refunded. No response. I sent in an online form to Customer Service. No response. It was only after I returned and called the 800 number on Mar 24 that they responded. Again 3 different CS agents responded fairly quickly but gave me the same polie but routine response that on the day they checked, the best price was above what I paid so no refund could be given. Completely ignoring my plea that on the day that I booked my cruise, their so called discounted service was charging a $100 more for room than direct from cruise company. Very disappointed. Won't book through them again. Better to go direct through cruise line or find a discount company that actually provides discounted fares. All recent. If I have the energy I may yet go to someone further up the ladder and ask that this be set right.

I been calling all morning to find out if I can get a full size bed with a twin bungle bed that I saw online with the pic of the cabin. Negative experience: The agent I dealth with was very good. but after my bookiing I discovered I would have a conflict. I wanted to get my deposit refuned and so far no one can help get this done. I am told it was a non refundable deposit but tried to cancel in less than 48 hours.

Fantastic experience: I used the app to book the cruise. It’s easy and straight forward, no hidden costs. I appreciate that the price didn’t increase after looking up the same cruise for more than 7 days. That is what usually happens nowadays when they see that you are interested and use the same IP address. Highly recommend you !

Fantastic experience: Lidia was wonderful! Took all the time we needed to decide on a cruisetour with Holland America for Alaska. This will be our first time crusing/first time to Alaska so a lot of questions and unknowns for us. Positive experience: I have been dealing with your company for several cruised and use being helped by your trip advisor. But lately, for certain reasons, I am receiving no responses from your trip advisor. All that is coming only auto reply. Though after several trial, goes familiar with your online system but somehow I need some clarification. In my case as I live in a country with GMT +7, email communication would be the best, as we did before. Regards.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was so wonderful. We had our friends on speaker phone the night we reserved our cruise. She made it possible to have our balcony room together. She answered all of our questions and made our concerns easier to handle. She deserves 5 starts and more. We all laughed and just enjoyed our time reserving our lifetime dream of taking an Alaskan Cruise with our best friends and to top it all off.....we will be out on our cruise 4th of July which is my 64th birthday. I and all of us are excited and can't wait.........

Fantastic experience: There is literally only one way to describe Ms. Harden, absolutely amazing. She was extremely kind patient and understanding to what my needs were when booking my cruise. She took the time to listen to my budget and what I needed and went above and beyond to try her hardest to work with the criteria I gave her. Negative experience: So far I’ve had a terrible experience with them and it’s only been 6 days since I booked by trip. First, our booking agent made a mistake and did not place us into the requested adjoining cabins. I caught the mistake when confirmations were sent out the same afternoon. I promptly emailed and asked for the error to be corrected. I was assured over email that it had been corrected but the agent refused to provide any confirmation number or written confirmation. I was told I would receive an update closer to my trip date (7 months away). This didn’t sit right with me. I called the main customer service number when the office reopened on 10/31. Was on hold for more than 2 1/3 hours for someone to tell me that, I’m fact, our room numbers had NOT been corrected. The agent assured me the problem would be corrected but it would take a few days to get approval for them to pay more to get us adjoining rooms on another deck. No problem- we agreed to speak on one week and set a phone call meeting. The next day I begin to get harassing emails from our original booking agent saying she has canceled our reservation. Then she emails saying she can cancel if we would like since we don’t have the rooms we wanted. I’m immediately on the phone to customer service to see if she’s canceled our reservation without my approval or consent. The agent assured me nothing was wrong with the booking. An hour on the phone. As soon as I’m off the phone I get another email from original booking agent threatening that she had again canceled our booking. Back on the phone to customer service. Another hour plus on the phone. The person I spoke with was actually shocked when I forwarded her the emails. Mariela was gracious and helpful. Probably the only person that I felt was listening to me and understood how ridiculous this all was. I was assured the booking would be locked and the rogue agent would be dealt with accordingly. We still didn’t have the adjoining rooms! They called this morning and said it’s too much money for them to absorb the cost of putting us in the type of room we originally asked and paid for! For all of my trouble I was offered $100 credit per cabin. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful way to start your trip when you have a representative like Heidi helping you. She made it so easy and got me the best rates it's unbelievable. My sisters and myself are going on a cruise and she accommodated every amenity I needed all the way down to the dining time. I couldn't have asked for anything better! I've been on cruises before but I've never had a representative help me as much as she did! I hope everybody can call on Heidi! Thank you so much for making my trip as easy as possible!

Fantastic experience: Angie was very thorough working with me to arrange my trip in the most cost-effective way possible. She consolidated everything so that my cruise fare, port fees, taxes, gratuities, insurance and ground transportation were on one invoice. She answered all of my questions and eliminated my worries. With my flight rewards, the total cost for my eight-night Royal Caribbean cruise came to less than $100 per day. If things continue this smoothly through the cruise, it will be a great vacation!

We got the best rate through iCruise. We also discussed my concerns regarding vaccination protocols/policies for our destination in which he throughly explained. Negative experience: I generally do not rate a service or event unless it is extremely good or extremely bad. The other point I want to make up front is that I have all the email strings and phone records to back up what I am about to say.... I've just returned from a Cruise booked through iCruise on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam. I rated Holland America's efficiency, customer service, crew attitudes, entertainment, food, etc., at a 9 out of 10 overall. The Crew attitudes and service toward us was a 10. However, "WMPH Vacations" in Delray Beach, FL, the agency that iCruise hooked me up with, was horrible. The first agent I worked with misinformed me and incorrectly booked the travel insurance portion of the cruise. Attempts to correct, which is what I was asking for, ended up in total incompetence on their end and necessitated cancellation of the entire booking. I and AX are still in the process of disputing and obtaining a refund on the travel insurance issue. Wanting to still take the cruise, I requested and got a second agent to book the same cruise, absent the travel insurance that I then pursued on my own. While he/she was good for the first couple of days, once final payment had been received, I was unable to communicate with him/her ever again. Multiple phone calls with messages left, and direct emails to the agent were ignored. Basically, we were ghosted and left on our own to navigate the cruise from that point. We did that successfully, but through no efforts or assistance with the agents at WMPH Vacations. So I'm not sure whom I'm rating here - probably all three parties - iCruise for having such an incompetent agency, the agency itself, and certainly the two agents I had experience with at the agency. If you can find another way to cruise, I recommend it not be through iCruise. I will not use them again.

Negative experience: The sales agent was wonderful until you pay for your trip, then they ghost you. No replies to calls or emails, (Hello Laila!) Speaking with the company directly will also be a futile waste of your time, only promises that they will call you back. I'm taking my 78yo mother on her first cruise and we are stuck in a balcony room overlooking a lifeboat. Thank you iCruise. The amazing "deals" are the same as what the cruise ships offer. Really no reason to use them.

Fantastic experience: Judy Mason is the best agent I have ever worked with. She's professional, efficient, but most importantly, she gets the job done. She has relationships with the personnel at the Cruise Lines and is able to accomplish things that others can't. I highly recommend her.

Positive experience: Any time I tried to get someone to contact me when I registered my interest online, nothing happened. In general, not good at all at calling back or replying to emails. Not sure if this is always the case or because I'm in a different country/time zone. However, once I called them and spoke with Gina directly, she made the whole process very easy. Bookings organised immediately then. She was also super helpful with other bits of information regarding the ship, the cruise experience in general, the location we will be staying in prior to our cruise etc. So excited for our trip now!

Fantastic experience: I was on edge about booking a last minute cruise and flight all by myself so I made a phone call simply to ask some questions and that's when I meet Tammy. Tammy is phenomenal! She has gone above and beyond to make sure every single detail is taken care of so that there is no need for me to worry about anything. I haven't traveled in quite a while and wasn't sure of all of the new regulations and COVID rulings but she stepped right in and gave me all the information that I needed to put my mind as ease. I found Tammy to be quite resourceful and knowledgeable in all areas of travel. She took care of booking everything for me and made sure I received emails along the way with all of the details. If you're on the fence, give Tammy a call. No pressure about purchasing anything and she is super polite, laid back but professional. She could have taken the easy way out and just booked whatever but she didn't. She searched and made sure we were getting the best price available. Tammy is my travel HERO! I would highly recommend Tammy for any travel needs that you may have,
