Negative experience: I would rate this company 0/100 unfortunately there was not an option to give zero star this is complete fraud no professionalism they fraud you on the name of airline never ever book with them complete scam centre avoid them at all cost i would inform all my family and frnds to avoid such scam at every cost

Fantastic experience: I asked for my flight to be changed from connecting flight to straight. I didn’t get the customer service name, but I can not thank him enough. He was so professional polite and patient. Even though I have to use a different airport which was not of to much significance, he was able to get me a flight with in my time frame and date. Positive experience: They assisted me with a Transatlantic booking including use of a voucher from several months ago. I had to pay somewhat more than I'd hoped to but am traveling over these holidays, ergo costs are higher. Very good service from Kian.

Fantastic experience: I missed my flight by 10 minutes this morning due to having a flat tire on a major highway. I have never changed a tire in my life but I got it done. I called Dexter on my way as I knew I was going to miss my flight and he was on it immediately. He was kind and patient with me as I was so upset. He handled the situation with the utmost respect and understanding and was able to rebook me on the next light out. Such a wonderful asset to your company. I appreciate everything he did for me as he definitely went above and beyond to help me even stayed over on the job to help me. He’s #1 in my book and I appreciate and am very thankful for Dexter. Thank you for being here when I needed help and going above and beyond to help me. You just don’t know how much I appreciate your kindness and efforts! Thank you again Dexter! Negative experience: What a scam!! Agent told me they were a representative of the airline and charged me 4X what the price was directly with the airline. Asked me to sign special documents twice because they “accidentally” deleted it. Also requested I provide a confirmation code for my credit card after our phone call. I didn’t provide the code because I got scam vibes. Then stopped answering the 25 phone calls in 20 minutes. A good travel agent shouldn’t be that desperate. Even though I didn’t send the code, my credit card was charged. Lesson learned in my part! I’d stearl clear of this agency and find someone honest, who will tell you up front that they are a travel agent. Travel agencies are wonderful when the fee you are paying is for superior customer service!

Fantastic experience: Today has been one of the hardest days of my life. Unexpectedly lost my father. I have to travel to his funeral in Puerto Rico. There were changes due to official holiday there and regulations that changed his funeral date Jonathan stayed with me trying to make sure I got the changes with penalties and he helped me with Avis changes too. We were on the phone for over an hour and half. He was so empathetic as I sometimes struggled speaking as I remembered my father. Negative experience: Absolutely NOT!!!! My sister booked a flight through them, with Jessica. THEY SCAMMED HER. She paid $600 for her flight and her puppy's, and they lied about booking the dog a flight although she paid for him!!!!! She was not allowed to do check-in. At the airline, she was told that she could only purchase her dog a ticket with them and not anyone else!!! I am super disappointed in this company. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!! Currently, filing a police report. What's wrong with this world? People have places to be. DO BETTER.

Fantastic experience: The agent who assisted us, Kylie, was very patient and courteous. My wife and I had been trying to coordinate our schedules for a trip to Palma, and I was responsible for booking a portion of the trip, We discovered that there were some errors in our efforts, which were confusing to us, and Kylie was magnificently patient in helping us to sort out our mess. Negative experience: Horrible. They misrepresented themselves as the airline when I called frantic that I was going to miss my connecting flight and when I questioned why it would cost $500 to simply change my connecting flight, they said this was because it was a different flight. Meanwhile, the airline, unknown to me at that moment, Changed my flight for me free of charge. this company still charged me the money although they did nothing to assist me and only caused me terrible stress.

Negative experience: I was misled to believe that I was talking to Delta Airlines directly when booking my flight. I was pressured to reserve the flight immediately before the price increased, which I did. I was charged over $900.00 dollars for a flight that would have cost me less than $600 with Delta directly. When I called back to question the outrageous cost of the flight I was transferred to several different people who refused to refund my money even though it had only been a few hours since I booked the flight. Delta has a 24 hour refund policy. After much aggravation and frustration, I was finally given a Fond Travel credit for the $329.00 that they over charged me. I called today to use that credit and was told that it was a promo code and I could only use 30% of it at one booking. This is ridiculous! Caution to travelers, DO NOT USE FOND TRAVEL. They are dishonest and misrepresent their affiliation with the airlines. They are a third party vendor.

He followed up with me exactly when he said he would, demonstrated great patience, and took the time to explain the best deals available and why they were beneficial. I highly recommend him. Negative experience: Do not use this company. May be fraudulent. I thought I was dealing with VIA 1 Rail in Canada. These guys kept me on phone for 90 minutes for a simple booking that should have taken only 10 minutes. Plus they charged me an exorbitant service fee of nearly 350$ CAN

Negative experience: Harvey was 5 star and was amazing helping navigate a very complicated process with booking my flight from Faro to Lisbon. Why I rate the experience low is due to the problems I experienced booking a flight from Faro to Lisbon. The process was extremely difficult as the Tap application showed that I had a booked flight, however I never got a confirmation. After working with Harvey he discovered that although the flight showed in my Tap application that it was booked, apparently the application timed out at the same time I was booking which resulted in a false booking. Upon my continued concern that I never received a confirmation email from Tap I called the help line where I began working with Harvey. After a couple of hours working with Harvey, I booked another flight same day. Many things can be improved in this process by Tap working on the application to ensure this problem does not repeat for other customers. Also, the wait time queue when customers call was lengthy. Again, my sincere thanks to Harvey for his diligence in helping me and being so polite and respectful until the very end.

Negative experience: Jonathan Davis, was not helpful at all. I went on line with Frontier and the price that they gave me was almost $200.00 less than Jonathan gave me as a bereavement fair. I believe your company is taking advantage of somebody in an emergency situation.

Fantastic experience: Justin was UNBELIEVABLY helpful. I was assisted by Justin to change my name on my booking after it was booked under my married name instead of the name on my passport. Justin went above and beyond (and spend over and hour and a half assisting me with this issue). Justin is an asset to your team and is excellent at providing ways to help make a stressful situation less of a nightmare. Thank you Justin - I very much appreciate all of your time, patience and effort to help me with this dilemma. Update: I called the airline to check that my name change had gone through and it hadn't- Justin did not change the name on my booking - I had to spend hours on the phone with Expedia who thankfully successfully corrected the name change . I have called Fond travels regarding a refund as they charged me over $400 to change the name on my booking - which they didn't do. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKING WITH YOUR AIRLINE AFTER SPEAKING WITH ANYONE AT FOND TRAVEL AS THEY CLEARLY CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!

Negative experience: My wife and I called this company yesterday as our Delta flight had been delayed for over 6hours and then supposedly canceled. Due to the global CrowdStrike cybersecurity glitch which happened July 19, 2024, it was impossible to reach Delta in any capacity so we found this number. We spoke to Yian from Fond Travels who repeatedly told us the flight had actually already departed. As we panicked because our flight had supposedly left, we asked Yian for alternatives. He first mentioned $600 flights per person which changed to $1400 per person when we called back a minute later. We were about to purchase these when we saw on our Delta app that the flight had actually not departed. False information from Fond Travels which almost cost us a few thousand bucks…

Negative experience: Lucas was a great help setting up special assistance request at the airport for my autistic children. Great customer service but no assistance was given at either airport for my autistic children the service sucks it was a horrible experience trying to get communication with them and the airline to receive assistance for my 2 grandchildren luckily i had my oldest grandchild to assist
