Fantastic experience: Zara was beyond expectation. She gave patience new meaning coordinating travel to Italy for family of 14. I give her a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. I was easy to give Zara & Business travel a top rating.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were able to save about 20% on our business class tickets for our trip. We interacted with Vince and, asides from some minor glitches everything went smoothly. We are looking forward to our flights and will definitely use this service for our future travels.

Negative experience: Rep is very nice but you don’t save money with this site. Its seems you’re getting a fair deal but after you pay for your tickets the surprise comes on with additional hidden costs. I.E. seat assignments in business will cost an additional $1,200 for 6 people. Insurance ? Additional $2,400 !! I’ve never experienced this in the past especially when flying business or premium. At the end booking directly with the airline will save you money.

Fantastic experience: In this day and age of AI generated ads, and fake websites when I saw BusinessClass.com on Facebok I was skeptical at first. After chekcing them out on TrustPilot I figured they were legitimate enough to speak with and see what they could do. The CSR that handled my inquiry (Lucas) was responsive to my inquiries, and willing to adapt to my varied changes and requests. As my travel was not scheduled for some months from now there wasn't an immediate need to book, so after about 4 days of going back and forth looking at all sorts of flight options I settled on one and booked my tickets. In comparing the rates I got with BusinessClass.com to booking with the airlines themselves or on other websites I can honestly say that I'm saving about $2000. I can honestly say that if you're set on booking Business Class fares they definitely deliver on what they advertise.

Although it was 4:00 am in the time zone he is in, he made sure that all my bookings went through smoothly. Alpha, the agent that assisted me, was so helpful and gave me lots of options to choose from to get the best deal. I don’t have time to do all that pricing and comparing myself. Negative experience: I recently booked a flight through Business-Class and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service struggled to match the pricing offered by other vendors, and the flight connections provided were not convenient at all. The biggest disappointment came when I canceled my flight within two hours of booking, well within the 24-hour cancellation policy. Despite this, the voucher money I used for the booking was not refunded. It’s unacceptable that a voucher cannot be refunded, even when the vendor is processing a refund for the flight. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service, and I would not recommend Business-Class to others. I expected better policies and customer support, but instead, I’ve had to deal with unnecessary hassle. Not happy with the service at all.

Fantastic experience: Asher Ray was my agent and he carefully addressed all my travel needs, thru six different countries over a five week duration. Starting in Miami, we fly to Rome, Cairo, Amman, Athens, returning thru Rome to Miami; quite a circular route. His research helped save me quite a bit of airfare costs and the final itinerary is exactly what I needed. As a bonus, the ticket includes a spare leg to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic & I am excited to visit this Caribbean nation.

Negative experience: This company is shady and a true headache to deal with. Using them was an experience I never want to recreate. My flight was changed significantly to go from a 90 minute layover to a 14hr layover and they didn't flag that when asking me to accept the change. I requested a refund instead, which is approved under the airlines terms of carriage. It has been 9 business days and I am still waiting to see the refund processed. I will never book with them again.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for two business class tickets from Atlanta to Johannesburg for our upcoming Botswana Safari trip. Came across a good deal listed by two Travel agencies but it was honored by ONLY Business-Class!! Called and was able to speak with Earnest Davis. Ernest listened to me patiently, per my request, emailed me the deal that I saw on third party and was able to book the tickets with same price directly via Earnest’s email. Fantastic experience: Dealing with Ali Usman was great. I was skeptical that this was legit. He was great at showing me that it was not a scam before I gave him my info. So far it seems to be completely legit. I can sign onto airline site and see the purchased ticket under our names. I even picked my own seats. The ticket I got was $3000 less. It doesn’t come with Business class miles or luggage privileges but I didn’t pay extra for good seats. If this doesn't go smoothly when we actually fly next year I'll come back and adjust my review.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the so-called “Business Class” team. They sent me incorrect instructions and, as a result, 120K reward points were transferred to the wrong airline. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. This is Mickey Mouse-level service, not the premium expertise they claim to offer. I would never recommend using their services if you value your time and hard-earned points. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: Business Class helped with travel arrangements for a “trip of a lifetime”. Unfortunately, I blew out my back and that required surgery shortly before our trip was to begin. My doctors and surgeons strongly advised against going on a trip before recovery from my surgery was complete. Business Class was helpful in recovering most of the money I spent on the flights overseas for which I had purchased travel insurance. So, Business Class helped reduce my loss from about $23k to about $10k. Nothing can replace not getting to go on the trip but Business Class made it a little less financially painful. Fantastic experience: I bought round trip to Cape Town. We had gone back and forth several times and found the dates and price that I was comfortable with. I made online payment and within 30 minutes I saw my trip in the United Air dashboard. I did some research and found that the ticket is non-refundable, non-tranferable, and can't change flights. But for the price I paid it was a gamble worth taking. I will find out if there are any surprises. Spencer worked hard for this ticket and I gave him some tip as I know they don't get paid much salary.
