Fantastic experience: The condo was perfect! It was so nice and clean. Stocked with a BUNCH of stuff. Definitely a great Christmas vacation. The pool that was heated was great for the kids and loved the hot tub. Location was great. Recommend!! Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: We rented in Miramar Beach at the Crescent, Unit 202. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was there. Blue Swell kept in touch by email each step of the way including during our visit to insure we had everything we needed. We loved The Crescent so much, we booked for April before we checked out!

Negative experience: Review of 45 Founders Court, House –Bad Experience Our stay at 45 Founders Court was the worst beach house experience we’ve ever had in 18 years of visiting 30A. The property had an odd, unidentified smell. We also found mold in the upstairs bedroom. We reported the mold issues in the upstairs bedrooms to the property management company, but instead of helping resolve the problem, we were instructed to leave the property immediately , and only given 2 hours to do so. When we asked for assistance to find other accommodations, we were told there was not another comporable property. We loaded up our 3 families including kids and elderly parents with no destination. The property management company Blue Swell refunded us for the days not used, plus one additional day. However, they would not relocate us to another property for the remainder of our stay or assist with finding other accommodations. As a result, we lost a full day of beach time, bike rentals, and other vacation expenses, none of which they were willing to reimburse. We found another rental on our own, which ended up doubling our initial planned rental cost. I would strongly advise against staying in this house. Their poor customer service and lack of accountability ruined our vacation.

Fantastic experience: It is a beautiful home. Just as the pictures show. Nicely decorated and also has a very nice hot tub nice size backyard for my dog Close to the beach. It was a enjoyable.stay and will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I travel a lot for sports tournaments and for fun so we stay in a lot of different condos and hotels. This condo was by far the best one we’ve stayed at! The condo is very spacious and has a huge balcony to sit on and enjoy the evenings. The kitchen has everything you need and has two bar stools for you to sit and enjoy a meal! Plenty of places to hang out and enjoy your family or a relaxing movie! A bonus is the washer and dryer in the condo! It’s a short five minute walk to the beach and there are a ton of restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Putt-Putt and go karts are also a five minute walk! Thank you to Blue Swell for making everything so easy and enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: The unit is beautiful! We loved our stay in 403. The only thing I might recommend is cleaning up and painting the entryway door. A box of tissues might be nice also.

Fantastic experience: Perfect week at this beautiful home and we didn’t want to leave! House was clean upon our arrival. Plenty of rags and towels for a house this size, which other rental companies sometimes struggle with. The location was perfect and the views from the top floor were breathtaking. A few things we noticed but didn’t really affect our stay too negatively was the ice maker in the door of the refrigerator did not work. We had to get ice out manually. The flooring in some areas of the home needs to be replaced because it sticks up and causes a tripping hazard, mainly at the top of the third floor loft as soon as you step off the stairs. Some of the blinds on the doors were not properly connected so they would come loose every time the door was opened. We ended up fixing the front door blinds so they wouldn’t break any further. You cannot beat the location of this home or the stunning views. Definitely paradise and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: Awesome week at PCB. Condo was very nice with beautiful views from all rooms. Baloney was large. Condo was stocked well and very clean. Easy check in process with codes to room and beach.

Positive experience: House was clean and safe for the grandkids. Door alarms for pool area to assure no little one snuck out. The kids loved the pool and hit tub was a hit with the old folks chasing them all day. The walk to beach was easy. I would put a real knob on porch door for that was a bit tricky.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic stay for Fall Break 2024! Condo was clean and had just the right amount of space for our family. We had a small issue with the dryer and maintenance was fixing it within 20 min. The view was incredible. The process with Blue Swell was easy! Thank you for helping us to stretch our summer!

Fantastic experience: Shore is Nice, Unit 604 is a gem of a beachfront property. You can't beat the location; it's right on the beach, giving you direct access to the sand and surf. The sunsets from the balcony are absolutely stunning, painting the sky with vibrant colors every evening. The cleanliness of the unit is top-notch, making it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the comfort level is through the roof – the beds are cozy, and the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Overall, Unit 604 is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a mix of relaxation and breathtaking views.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning oceanfront condo "Shore is Nice Unit #604", and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views that make every moment special. The condo itself is perfectly furnished, combining comfort and style seamlessly. I particularly loved spending evenings on the balcony, soaking in the incredible sunsets over the ocean. It was truly a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience: The view was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed. We shared beach access with the neighbors. They didn’t like use sharing the beach access. They put bush trying to block our pathway. Overall it was a great stay.

Fantastic experience: Balcony was huge and perfect for morning cups of coffee and ocean views and sounds of the waves. In the the evening we would sit out there with our drinks and listen to the live band play at the bar across the street. The bedrooms were alot bigger than I thought with lots of room to move around and tons of closet space. Absolutely loved the spacious living and kitchen areas. The laundry room really came in handy washing towels, bathing suits and clothes. The whole condo was decorated perfectly. My favorite part was the sliding glass doors across the back of the condo that opened all the way letting the outdoors in. Gets a 10 out of 10 in my opinion

Fantastic experience: This is our new happy place! The house was beautiful with the perfect amount of space for our family of 5, but the second master easily allows us to make future vacations a double family event. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for a warm football afternoon, and the beach was convenient and easy. We loved taking the golf cart to Thomas in the mornings for delicious donuts.

Fantastic experience: Extremely clean and gorgeous condo. Great view of beach and bay, loved that the whole back patio doors opened all the way up to let in the outdoors. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in PCB yet!

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed this condo. (Splash 302W) The 3rd floor was convenient, especially if there was a wait for the elevators. The condo was very spacious for our family of 3 and included everything we needed. The only thing missing that would have been nice to have were hooks by the front door to hang beach towels and bags on.

Negative experience: Stayed at the shores of Panama. Room was disgusting, dead roaches in our bedroom, bug guts all over the walls, bed was horrible, couch bed was broke, called the front desk 3X and they said they would send someone up, never saw anyone. Went down to the desk and was told it was already handled. Second bathroom couldn’t take showers because it leaked all over the floor if you tried. Was almost ran over in parking lot by staff members, kids almost hit by staff in parking garage. Constant weed smell on balcony, Staff was super rude and disrespectful , no help, pushy, and ruined the vacation. Pool was disgusting and unlit (not like photos seen). Very very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time, the place was perfect for our needs. After a day at the beach, it was so nice to come back to a pool and a hot tub if needed just to finish off the day! As stated previously by another visitor, House probably needs some updates, but it never affected how we viewed our stay. Five minutes from the beach , And a few minutes drive to restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place especially if you were on a budget! Again, there are things that need to be updated in the home but look past them and enjoy the relaxing feeling the home leaves you with!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the house! 20722 First Ave. It had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach access. Location is great for those that like the quieter end of the beach. Hope to return to this house in the future.

Fantastic experience: One of the best vacations we have had in a long time. This condo was perfect for our family. Having the mother-in-law suit helped with young babies. The bunk room was wonderful for our older children! Blue swell is wonderful to work with , everyone was very accommodating . We will be back.

The Blue Swell Rentals host was easy to contact, and made sure that we were all set and that we didn't have any questions before our trip. Fantastic experience: Very beautiful place! We enjoyed the modern updates and the wonderful view. You couldn’t get any closer to the ocean if you tried! It was more than enough room for our family. Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all. We all agree we would come back and stay!

Fantastic experience: One of the nicest places in PCB we have stayed in. All furniture looked new and inviting. The company responded immediately to our questions. Large balcony with plenty of seating. Beautifully decorated. For sure will save this place as one to come back too!!!

Fantastic experience: Great stay at this location! We had plenty of room. The only downside was my parents are older so it would have been really nice if there was a bed, instead of a pull out couch bed, on the lower floor. Other than that we loved being so close to the beach and out of the hustle and bustle for the most part! The beach was nice and quiet! The TVs were an ordeal to work with. We had a hard time getting the living room going but once we did it was fine. The upstairs bedrooms didn’t have much access to tv but we didn’t really need the tv much! Overall great stay!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience staying with Blue Swell! Our townhome was the cleanest place we have stayed in. It has everything you will need and a perfect location! We will definitely stay here each year!

Fantastic experience: Awesome property on Christmas Tree Lane! Fenced in yard was a perfect perk for our doggies to enjoy. The hot tub and golf cart were amazing to have! Especially the golf cart since we were about 5 miles from Pier Park. That would be the only con of this property is its about 12 minutes from Pier Park. Other than that, everything was so awesome!

Fantastic experience: A quick visit to PCB (Saturday-Tuesday) and this home was perfect! We rented a golf cart since the beach was more than walking distance. Our family of 6 had plenty of space in the home. The pool was amazing and well cleaned! Our girls loved the grass turf around the pool to do gymnastics. The home was clean, newly furnished, and supplied with everything needed to cook, clean, or get ready for the evening out. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We loved staying here!! The location was perfect, the house had plenty of space and provided so many little amenities that we didn’t even know we needed. Thank you for the text communication, it was so helpful! There was a constant check in with Big Swell, they were available at all times! They responded so quickly to all of our needs! It was an excellent vacation.

Fantastic experience: We decided to try Blueswell after a really BAD experience with another property mgmt company last trip . They were absolutely professional, helpful ( I wanted to book over the phone so I could speak with them and ask questions) The house was BETTER than we expected! Stocked better than expected! We were there during Hurricane Helene, and were PACKED to leave , but thanks to them and the locals , we decided to stay and were able to enjoy our FULL vacation! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE SWELL !!! We will be using them yearly !!!

Fantastic experience: I loved staying in this house! The location was amazing, very close to the beach and Seaside Square. The amenities were plentiful with tons of kitchen items and each bedroom had plenty of pillows and blankets. It was very roomy for Myself and group of 17 year old girls for fall break. We will definitely stay here again!

Negative experience: My family and I were set to check in on Tuesday 10/8 at a Blue Swell property on 30A. Today is Friday 10/4 and we get a call telling us the air conditioning has gone out and that they won’t be able to get it fixed by our stay. That now leaves us 3 days to find another beach house to accommodate my 6 person family. The company told us we were pretty much SOL. We could accept their refund or we could chose another property of theirs which wasn’t even on 30A and in another city about 30-45 minutes away. They told us they would refund us how much we paid but would not help out with the cost if we had to book elsewhere. Never offered a discount on another stay with them or anything. They said they did their “due diligence” to get it fixed but also wouldn’t provide any info on the companies they contacted to fix it. There are plenty of heating and air companies and if they did their due diligence, I’m sure there is a company that has the part they needed. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ashley and Courtney on the phone were useless. They acted like they could care less. So accepting my refund and trying to book elsewhere, I come across another company called Oversee 30A. The house we had to book with them was $600 more than we originally were paying with Blue Swell. Again no offer to help cover the difference at all. I called Oversee 30A and explained my situation and they took off $125. It’s not much but it’s the principle that a company who had nothing to do with my issue was willing to help out more than they company who I was experiencing the issue with. Wouldn’t recommend Blue Swell to anyone after what I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: We spent 5 nights at 17715 front beach road townhouse and loved being right on the beach! No elevators or crowds. The house is very nice and comfortable. Tons of towels were provided. The location is right near everything you need so short drives. It’s right next to splash resort and there is an Alvin’s beach shop across the street. My recommendation for the rental is new pots, pans and baking sheets and new smart tvs for the house. The TVs were outdated and we couldn’t download apps on the TVs.

Fantastic experience: Tidewater unit 1401 was amazing! I can’t brag enough on this unit. It has a wrap around balcony with breath taking views. It has everything you need to start your stay. It is very spacious. All the beds are very comfortable. The couch was my husband’s favorite. It was a down feather couch that you just melt into. A couple of the TV’s didn’t work, but we weren’t there to watch TV. So that didn’t bother us at all. Our stay was during hurricane Helene Sept. 2024. It was double red flag all during our stay. So no water time for us. I messaged and ask if it was possible for us to extend our stay for a night in hopes of the flags being lifted. They happily extended our stay. It paid off. We got one day of water time. The staff was very courteous, helpful and most of all honest. The cleaners had found a couple of shirts that we had left hanging in one of the closet. They didn’t throw them out or keep them. They contacted me about them and mailed them to me. For a small fee of course. This amazed me. A lot of reviews complain about the elevators. The only time we had problems were around 4:00pm when people were checking in and because of a small fire several floors above us that affected the elevator we used most. Overall we can’t complain about them. Just needed a little patience. This unit will definitely be our go to vacation unit from now on when we vacation in PCB.

Fantastic experience: The room was perfect and I am picky! The only thing I would suggest is a dead bolt or chain on tbe door. Looks like there was one at some point. The bed was so comfy. Check in was a breeze. I would stay here again. I do like the half bath as well!!

Fantastic experience: Cosy, clean a comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. It's in a great location on 30A and close to Sandestin. We enjoyed the 2 pools and private beach with a beautiful boardwalk. The property includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella. We were there the last week in September so the summer crowds were gone. Blue Swell did a great job with communication leading up to and during our stay, including updates on Hurricane Helena which thankfully didn't impact us. We would definitely consider returning and recommending to others.

Fantastic experience: This was our first girls trip with my daughters. We had the best time ever! Blue Swell 2413 at Tidewater was the perfect place for our vacation! The condo was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Communication with Blue Swell was excellent. We would definitely rent from them again!

Positive experience: Blue Swell was great to work with. They very friendly and prompt when responding. We stayed at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. The location is amazing and within walking distance of so many great restaurants and things to do! The condo was nice. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the fact that a lot of the outlets didn't work. Overall it was very spacious condo. .

Fantastic experience: Loved the condo, facility, location, gym and pool. It was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and we loved it. We came to celebrate our 28th anniversary. It was perfect. I do not like parking garages, but i was not afraid to be in this one. The security guards on duty were comforting. They seemed to always make their presence known wherever we were on the property. Love the decor and room darkening drapes. Would love to see a Kurig coffee pot. I brought my own this time. The red chairs on the balcony are uncomfortable. Plenty of clean towels and bed linens were provided and we appreciated that. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The functionality of a keyless entry, 2 sliders from master and living room. My husband appreciated the smart TV in the living room so he could access his subscriptions. Everything was clean and orderly. We will def be back!

Fantastic experience: The Emerald Beach resort was an amazing experience. The rooms have plenty of square footage, and all of them are stocked with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub area are very clean and have a great tiki bar as well. It is in a very good location, close to Pier, Park, and grocery shopping. The hotel also has a Starbucks in it, an amazing gift shop, plenty of parking across the street, and a beautiful sky bar that spans a bridge over the main strip. This is our second time here, and the experience has been just this amazing this time around, I would highly recommend this resort.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the condo it felt so comfortable and inviting! The blue ribbon touch on all of the extra towels was so nice. The amount of soap/lotion/washer pods etc. was perfect for our week stay. We especially loved the door from the master to the balcony. As well as the beautiful bay window in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is the perfect size. The pull out couch is an added bonus, our girls preferred it over the bunks for sleeping. However loved hanging out in the bunk area for play. The washer and dryer are tucked away. The pantry is huge and the closet for beach toys/chairs is perfect! The tub in the master bath is beyond relaxing. The decor is very welcoming. We have stayed at Emerald for four years now and this is our favorite condo, hands down. Being located on the end of the building made the balcony perfect. Located close to the elevators so you’re straight to your room/beach. My husband asked me on day 5 to name five things I would change and I literally couldn’t come up with one. Finally, I decided on the coffee pot. We prefer Keurig He said a more adjustable shower head… needless to say, we will be back to EBR2025. Thank you and God bless! ❤️

Fantastic experience: 10/10! Beautiful clean house with lots of amenities & directly on the beach! The views from the bedrooms are stunning and the porch outside is perfection for sunrises, sunsets & soaks in the hot tub! Housed our whole family & friends with plenty of room for everyone (young kids & an infant included). The space hosts privacy and safety features that any parent or vacationer will appreciate. Plus, parking right out front for all 4 of our vehicles- easily! Close proximity to restaurants & local favorites- breakfast at Thomas Doughnuts is a must! Hosts are thorough with helpful tips, guidebooks & quick responses for any/all needs. I absolutely recommend staying here, and if the host has any other properties, I wouldn’t second guess anything about the rental- it’s effortless & attentive like no other I’ve stayed at before! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I hope to be back again!

Fantastic experience: The home we stayed in was spectacular! So much space for the family to spread out and enjoy family time. Right across from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the front porch! Communication with Blue Swell was top notch! House was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Positive experience: This place is pretty nice and convenient for its location. Being right next to pier park is great but what’s not great is coming into the house and having to worry about roaches everywhere. We killed 6 roaches in 4 days of staying here. There was also hair still in shower drains and sand all over the floors like no one had cleaned before we stayed. I did not feel very clean staying here. We also planned on having a washer and dryer but the washer was broken and no one came to fix it so we had no way of cleaning towels for showering or washing our clothes. The place is okay but not worth what we paid.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay for one week at the Ocean Villa 1003 in early September. The unit was great especially the spacious balcony looking over the gulf. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything as promised, we didn’t have any complaints during our stay.

Fantastic experience: The house was amazing it was clean and lots of room. The pool was great with the hot weather we got a lot of use out of it. The light for night swimming was awesome. The neighborhood was eaay to get around the neighbor we spoke was very nice. We would stay again if available for sure!

Fantastic experience: We booked a house that had no reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The house was spacious, clean, and matched the photos exactly. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were always quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a 5-7 minute walk, which wasn’t a problem for us. The beach itself was clean and nice, but there were no restrooms or rentals for umbrellas and chairs. The house didn’t provide any beach gear either, so you’ll need to bring your own or visit a different beach. The pool was very clean and well-maintained, with regular upkeep. We were also pleased that there is a small town nearby, 10 minutes away, Rosemary Beach, which is definitely worth a visit. Overall, everything was great, and we were happy with our stay. We’ll definitely return to this house and recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous time! 4 generations ages 71-3. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything was so comfortable. Like comfortable to the point we were trying to find what brands some of the stuff was. Had everything we needed in kitchen. Elevators were great. We did go in August so I’m sure it was less busy than other times but overall everything was great. From check in to leaving!! Can’t wait to go again. Best Condo I have every stayed in.

Fantastic experience: Amazing spectacular views, with marine life at its best, on the Gulf of Mexico! It’s paradise! Purchase your drinks, groceries & you won’t leave. Trust me you could literally just sit on the huge balcony all day & watch dolphins, sharks, stingrays, pelicans, seagulls, dragonflies, airplanes/jets/helicopters, boats, etc. Best vacation place so far. Fantastic experience: I reserved a condo located in Sea Grove, FL that was managed by Blue Swell. My experience with the company was fantastic and their customer service was excellent. They were very helpful, accommodating, and their communication regarding the reservation and the property details were very helpful and appreciated. I would rent through them again. Fantastic experience: We stayed in Watercrest 1502 Walkin on Sunshine which had an amazing balcony view. Booked it out through this agency. Plenty of space with an in unit washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Super quiet area and peaceful ocean sounds if you leave the balcony door cracked. The beach is about a three minute walk out your door coming from the 15 floor. Super convenient location with a Walmart 15 minutes away and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. You definitely need to display your parking pass in your windshield in the lot here. They do check! A beautiful condo with sweeping ocean views and plenty of room for a family.

The staff at The Crescent were wonderful and also the included Beach Set Up service-outstanding!!! Fantastic experience: My family stayed for a week and it was amazing! The house was super clean and the outside shower was a hit after being at the beach everyday. The golf cart was the kids favorite part and made everything easier without getting sand inside the car. Quick 2 minute drive to the beach. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: Cute little place & perfect for what we needed & clean!! Condo is close to the elevators so that’s definitely a plus. Not really complaints…more like recommendations for owners…could use a couple of better cookie/baking sheets, headboard on master bed was loose or something so it bang the wall when you just rolled over (we put one of the extra quilts behind it to stop the movement) and the master bed was a little firm ( but that’s really a personal preference). The person who stayed in the bunk room said her bed was super comfy! Communications with Blue Swell were great & they responded quickly when I messaged them! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This condo is perfect and beautiful! It is spotlessly clean and all looked brand new. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We had a wonderful time here and spent hours on the private deck. The view here could not have been any better. It was quiet and the beach was beautiful and kept spotless also. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Great vacation home for small families/groups. We had six of us stay for the week and it was perfect for our family. The living room had great furniture for relaxing as a group and the open concept from the kitchen to the living room allowed everyone to be included in conversations or games regardless of where they were. Would definitely recommend the home for the perfect beach location. The back yard opens directly to the beach and incredibly relaxing just sitting and listening to ocean for hours!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was great, the house was updated nicely and stylish. Everything was clean and set up, it was close enough to the beach that we walked even with 3 littles under 6. I do wish there was a laundry pod and a dish pod for each night stay we pay for, that would have made it nice to not have to buy a full set of laundry and dish soap for just our trip but we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: The 2 king bedroom townhouse was a perfect size for my family of three. We all had plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms were perfect for showering needs after coming in from the beach. We are always searching for a place where we can walk directly on the beach from the back deck-it’s so convenient and perfect! We will definitely look to book this location during our next visit, next year.

Fantastic experience: Sun, fun, and everything in between! This is our second time staying at the Emerald Beach Condo 2235 in Panama City Beach and it never disappoints! The location is amazing and within walking distance of so many great restaurants and things to do! The condo perfectly complimented our family of five and was stocked with all the essentials we needed for a great stay. We loved being able to enjoy the beach with reserved beach chairs and the views and sunset from Emerald Beach Condo 2235 balcony was breathtaking. We even saw dolphins and a stingray pop out of the water while enjoying the view! Having an ice cream, burger, pizza shop in house was a big hit for the kids! We will be back and will definitely stay at this condo again on our next visit!

Fantastic experience: Our stay @ Blue Swell Vacation rentals was absolutely refreshing and wonderful. I didn’t realize I could be that relaxed on vacation, but this was by far one of the best! The rental is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at. We were blessed to find them having an opening for all of us! So much room, space, and luxury; the experience of staying here at Panama City Beach was one for the books! A very satisfied customer! * * * * *

Fantastic experience: The condo itself gets 5 stars. It was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were stunning. The property itself I would give 3 stars. The wait times for the elevators were long especially during check in time. It took us 45 minutes just waiting in line for an elevator. And it’s open air and the heat index was well over 100. Check in times need to be staggered so everyone isn’t moving in all at once. The elevators were extremely crowded and hot. If you can get past the lobby and elevator experience, the beach is gorgeous! Of course we realize the elevator situation is of no vault of Blue Swell. They were easy to communicate with via text.

Positive experience: Great trip..House was beautiful,few minor things.WiFi was very slow,Back Door was very hard to open,Needed a light above the stove.. Basically everything was clean,and spacious.Weather was Awesome.

Positive experience: Coco’s House was awesome!!! Perfect for a Florida vacation Very clean and enough “starter” amenities for a week. Only problem was the WiFi…did not work consistently, which was disappointing when we wanted to relax and stream videos after a long day. Otherwise, great accommodations for a great vacation!!!

Fantastic experience: The beach house was absolutely beautiful!! So much room to relax and enjoy family from the spacious living area to the game room and backyard oasis. The decor was happy with a pelican theme throughout the house. Easy access to the beach nearby and Captain Anderson's Marina. Fantastic experience: Our new company for luxury beach stays! So clean, ac stays super cold, was perfect for our 7 people. Had a great golf cart that fit all of us for going down to the beach which was very close. Cannot say enough great things about this house. Will be booking our summer stays with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: My children rented this beautiful home to celebrate my 70th birthday and it couldn’t have been better. There were 16 of us and plenty of room…walking to the beach was easy peasy for these old bones and the amenities were top notch. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the showers even when many were in use. Very clean and lots of private areas for personal conversations. I hope this becomes our annual vacation spot.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a couple! The grill outside was great! We fixed steak and burgers a couple of nights. And just a little walk to the beach. Or a two minute drive.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at Swizzlin by the Sea. It had everything we needed at the house, was close enough for us to walk to the beach, and had some beach toys and umbrellas available to use. We came with 10 people 4 adults and 6 kids ages 5-13, it was nice being a little father away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there when we needed to. The property management was great to work with and communication was top notch. We definitely won’t with blue swell again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in 705 Watercrest for a week and couldn’t be happier! Phil and Becky are amazing hosts, their condo is nicely decorated, updated and perfectly suited our family of 7. The beds were comfortable and there are so many perks. The hosts have condiments, extra necessities, beach toys and chairs and so much more for guests to use. By far our favorite condo ever!

Fantastic experience: Loved this Beach home! We’ve vacationed in the Seaside FL area off and on for 12 years and this was the best location yet for everyday beach goers! The Watersound development is amazing beautiful and 45 Founders Ct was great for our family of 12. Will stay here again and BlueSwell was great to work with!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the house! We had the best time even though we spent most of it at ball games, it was nice to come back to a house and relax. My son loved the games in the game room and it was nice having a golf cart to go places especially just down the road where my daughter was staying. We will definitely be back and staying with Blue Swell. They made the check in and check out very easy, the place was clean and just all around a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful stay, we had an awesome time. We had had everything and more that we needed from the beach toys, coolers, umbrellas. Set of beach chairs come with condo for free. The most important it was very very clean. We have not stayed in any condos in the area that was this clean and filled with everything. Definitely will return and recommend to all my friends and family. ️

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for the 7 of us! Will definitely stay here again. LOVED the balcony porches! We could even see the beach from one. The little grocery store down the road was so convenient! Such a short walk to the beach was so nice and easy! Lots of great memories made.

Fantastic experience: This property had everything we needed plus more. The pool was amazing for the kids, even the deeper end (5ft or so) had seating area in the pool. There was an outdoor shower and hose making sand easy to deal with. The outdoor bathroom with AC was super convenient for avoiding wet feet in the house during pool time. Everything was spacious, comfortable and spotless in this house. Let's not forget how close this house is to the beach, literally right down the street you have beach access and Thomas Donuts right in front. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to FL!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed staying here. Wonderful size for our huge family. Nice easy 10 minute walk to the beach! Online it says seasonings but they only had salt and pepper - they also didn’t give us a brochure with WiFi but we were able to contact the company and get the WiFi password quickly! Grill is not a grill it’s a pellet smoker. Definitely will be staying here again ☺️

Fantastic experience: This was our second time in this rental and it was great again this year. Large rooms for family area and my family fits in perfectly! The price is awesome for a beach front house and its location is perfect. Basically a private beach that is never too crowded. It is far enough out that it is peaceful but close enough to all the amenities of PCB! Beds are very comfortable also. Only draw for us this year, I didn’t rent the additional elevator for our luggage haul and my handicapped husband. We made it ok but will add it next time for sure. Also, the washer needs to be deep cleaned. It had a mildew smell. Great rental for larger families.

Fantastic experience: Our stay was great. Managers at Blue Swell were courteous, friendly and helpful The house was clean, beautifully furnished and large enough for 10 people to sleep comfortably. It is conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I also found the price to be reasonable. I will stay there again, I loved it!

Fantastic experience: GVE was a wonderful condo experience and our vacation was great! We did start off rough with my daughter having emergency surgery, but we ended up having a great time. The only issue we ran into was handicap accessible parking. There was none. Other than that, the location was excellent and the area was very safe and the condo was clean.
