Positive experience: We took the West rim grand canyon tour with Christianson Tours, it was a confusing start as they told us pick up from our hotel Caesars Palace and confirmed this day before tour, at same time had email from Sweetours who apparently actually run the tour, saying pick up was from another hotel about 20 minutes walk away. I checked again with both companies and Sweetours confirmed their pick up point, didnt get courtesy of reply from Christianson. Any how tour was excellent, driver Charlie was very knowledgeable and full of fun, he couldn't have been a better host, well done Charlie. We would advise, this a very long day, although coach well air conditioned and plentiful water provided we were picked up at 6.15am and got back at 7.30pm, two and a half hours later than published. Also we wished we had booked the breakfast as that looked well organised. Would recommend this tour, great value. David & Lynda

Negative experience: This company is a joke! In Europe they would last two weeks! Too expensive for what it is and the guide spend most of his times to remind you to leave him the tips!!! That by the way he doesn't deserve as he is not even able to count the exact meals and leave one person with no food...... Furthermore the company doesn't even answer the complaint that you send.....(this was a year ago!) So if you want to throw some money in the bin! That's your company!

Negative experience: Spoke to an agent to understand what is the price for the tour and she was so arrogant and rude stating they go only to the west and insisted to know if that is what I wanted and refused to explain what is included in the tour or what can be expected. When I told her that her rudeness is unacceptable, she just hung up and so I called back only for her colleague who continued to defend her. Wouldn’t be surprised if this business goes down the hill and so all of you beware of what you can expect with these kind of tour operators

Fantastic experience: Booked the Grand Canyon West Rim tour through GC tours website. Instruction was sent to me promptly. I booked our trip quite last minute so once I got to my hotel at Las Vegas I called Christianson Tours to make sure I didn't miss any more info from them. I spoke to Linda on the phone and she was super nice. The moment I mentioned my name she knew who I was and told me exactly where to find the bus pick up area at my hotel. Very nice company to deal with!

Fantastic experience: Deciding to use Sweet Water tours bus tour was definitely the best decision we made on our most recent trip to LV to see sites!!!! Our driver was so very professional (literally used driving skills that kept us safe) we may never have a better tour than on our Aug 11th trip. The tour guide on the Mic was absolutely professional and informative, his voice was movie like!

Fantastic experience: Jerry and Carlos were absolutely wonderful. A wonderful experience my Father and I will remember always. If you’ve never seen the Grand Canyon and you’re in Vegas this is a great way to see a few sites including the Hoover Damn, while making it back to Vegas in time to take a cat nap and still party all night! Fantastic experience: The concierge service of sending messages to give us specific directions for pick up/drop off, the reminders and letting us know the bus is in route what to look for was perfect! The trip was great! We had a friendly and excellent bus driver who provided us with information on the way and a little bit of history. I’d definitely use them again for other tours if possible. Every bit of their customer service should be adopted by other companies.

Fantastic experience: The Bus tour to the Grand Canyon was awesome! The bus was clean and well air conditioned, the driver Charles was very friendly and knowledgeable about the historical aspects of the tour and Vegas! I would definitely recommend this company! The passengers were friendly also - added bonus!

Fantastic experience: My family of four had such a great time on our tour of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Dirk was fantastic. Funny in a dry way and super helpful, he was the perfect guide. It couldn't have been better! So much fun!

Fantastic experience: The night before our tour, we looked at the weather report and saw rain/thunderstorm in the forecast. We were contemplating cancelling our tour but we are so happy we did not. Our host Sharon and driver Manuel made it such a memorable experience. Sharon is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing information in such great detail. She altered our schedule by passing Hoover Dam and go to Skywalk first. This made us avoid the rain and was able to go on the Skywalk. She enforced rules because she is concerned for our safety. We were very impressed on her current and historical knowledge on information regarding our surroundings on this tour and the extras she shared regarding future sites, events, restaurants and so many more… We appreciate Manuel’s expertise in driving and picking us up at our hotel instead of the designated pick up locations. He made us feel at ease and safe. This experience will make us return customers for future trips.

Fantastic experience: The tour ran smoothly and the guide was very knowledgeable. This was a gift for our honeymoon and a bucket list activity for me and it did not dissapoint. The Grand Canyon was amazing and the views are something you have to see to believe. We also went through Joshua Tree Forrest and saw the Hoover Dam and the sheer size of the dam and surrounding suspension Bridge are breath taking.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed at Wally's gracious management of the full bus load of enthusiastic tourists, his safe handling of the bus, and his ability to recall and articulate the historic accounts of the cities and towns through which we passed. He made the trip interestingly pleasant, meaningfully informative as a tour guide. Thanks you for a great tour and a marvelous vacation activity.

Fantastic experience: This Grand canyon tour was great! They pick you up from your hotel, provide breakfast/lunch and the tour guide man speaks on the history of the Grand canyon. He made sure that we got there early enough to avoid huge crowds and explained clearly everything we need to do when we got there. This was a great experience and I learned a lot about the history of the Grand canyon!

Fantastic experience: The folks at Sweet Tours are awesome. Everyone was very kind. Carlos and Art kept us safe and were on time for each of our stops. They were flexible and gave us time to wander and appreciate the beauty of the land. Although we initially wanted to see the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, due to the inclement weather (that did indeed come) we were able to experience the West Rim with Sweet Tours as our guide. Art shared a lot of interesting information about the area. As a science teacher, I’m happy to have gained some new facts about the area. It would be awesome to include more cultural information about the Native people who live/lived in the areas we traveled through. This was a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the Canyon views from Guano Point! Carlos did a great job getting us around, making sure everyone was taken care of, and navigating through that rain. I plan on re-booking with Sweet Tours for the South Rim when I come back to Nevada. Thank you Sweet Tours!

Fantastic experience: The tour bus was on time, and we were promptly greeted by Jerry our guide. He was interested in his guests and wanted to make the experience as interesting, educational, and fun as possible. Jerry spoke with each guest so he could gather their input and interests in order to be able to tailor the experience accordingly. He even suggested specific places and poses for pictures. Jerry was focused on keeping the tour on schedule and very mindful of making sure all the guests were where they should be and we’re able to get the best experience. The weather on the tour did not cooperate so we were not able to do the Skywalk. Jerry made the necessary arrangements to facilitate a refund of the price difference, before the tour ended. The weather continued to be terrible with torrential downpours during the return trip. Patrick our driver navigated with confidence and safely. Patrick also participated with Jerry’s fun and teasing atmosphere. Thank you to this terrific team for a really nice experience despite the weather changes!

Fantastic experience: First I have to say we were so excited and ready to visit The Grand Canyon South Rim. A dream of mine for years. For this trip we were taking our 16 year old daughter. The day before the tour we received a call from Linda (wonderful customer service) who explained due to the weather conditions the trip had to be cancelled. We were beyond upset except Linda helped us realize instead of getting a full refund we should go on the West Rim tour. Well it was such a phenomenal and wonderful trip. The views, the pictures and especially Jerry with all his knowledge made our Grand Canyon road trip one for the books. I must also say that Patrick our driver was so on point with his driving that I was able to take a few short naps here and there He returned us safely even after driving through a rainstorm. Patrick and Jerry are the perfect team and having Linda as a customer service representative makes the name of the Tour Company a perfect fit. Our daughter was so happy and we have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to all of you at Sweet Tours.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the west rim about three times. This time I wanted to share the experience with my two grandsons who are old enough to be amazed of such wonder of nature. What really helped make this a reality was Jerry and Gordon who made the trip relaxing, full of conversation and entertainment. Jerry changed the plans a bit and got us to see the Hoover damn last. This led to a more relaxed time at the skywalk and eagle point. The timing was absolutely great. It rained, but we were in the busy right before the heavy downpour. Thank you Jerry and Gordon for making this trip a memorable one for my grandkids and me. They loved it. Jerry-thanks for the motorcycle tips. I still think dual exhaust look great :-)

Fantastic experience: We had a great time. Ms. Sharon was an excellent tour guide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon. She was well organized with the meals and the itinerary. The magnificent driver was very nice and funny . Both of them took care of us. They were sure that we had enough water . We highly recommend the excursion

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful day to the Grand Canyon! Not only is it a beautiful day because of the setting, but Jerry and Patrick were amazing hosts. They both made you feel safe and welcome. Jerry our tour guide was very personal and you can tell he wanted all to truly have an amazing time. As a local he is full with knowledge, fun facts, and a great sense of humor. Patrick, our driver was very safe and skillful! Also a sweetheart. Fantastic experience: Sharon and Laura made this experience so memorable and enjoyable for my entire family. Loved the girl power bus! The humor and high-spirits really helped us overlook the heat, and I love that they always stressed the safety and well-being of everyone on board. Also, the entire family enjoyed the unexpected movie, keeping us very entertained on our way back to Las Vegas. 10/10 would love to have a tour with them again!

Positive experience: We went on the Grand Canyon West Rim Tour with a stop at the Hoover Dam. We had the best, amazing experience on the tour! Our driver (Patrick) and tour guide (Konoa) were extraordinary. Patrick was a pro driver and Konoa kept us informed with lots of interesting facts/information. Both of them kept us entertained and laughing the entire trip! Their teamwork/comradery was excellent! They made the trip that much more memorable! Very professional, courteous, and dependable! I would recommend this tour any day! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Grand Canyon! I would highly recommend Sweetours, as they were very easy to deal with and provided an excellent tour. Communication prior to the trip was thorough and very responsive. Wally, our bus driver, is fantastic. He always had a smile, would answer any questions gladly, and was extremely kind.

Positive experience: The tour was very good. The tour guide was pleasant and entertaining and knowledgeable. They got away promptly to avoid the rush which ensured we didn’t have too long a day. The only downside was that we booked a bus and air tour with Maverick helicopters. Sweetours got us there an hour before our flight time and then headed off to Eagle point. We were told to meet them at Guano point. By the time we had had our flight and caught the shuttle bus to Guano it was almost one o clock and we had to get on the coach and leave so we really didn’t see the canyon apart from by helicopter. This made the coach more of a get me there and back affair. However we got to see hoover dam briefly on the way back so that was a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Good tour guide. He was experienced and knew the history of the area all the way until you get to the west entrance of the grand canyon. Food was decent, but if you're looking to enjoy the hoover dam, you'll be disappointed because the dam is too large to be spent in 20-30 mins but you'll get a good shot of the dam and a good drive by.

Fantastic experience: This tour was amazing!! Everyone should witness the beauty of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dame!! It was very hot so wear layers and a sun hat.. will definitely book again with you all! Fantastic experience: I did the west rim Grand Canyon tour that ended at the Hoover Dam. Colin was an excellent tour guide. Charles was an excellent driver. The crew was very friendly and organized. Pick up and drop off at my hotel was included. Light continental breakfast was included and lunch was tasty. I highly recommend this if you're visiting Vegas.

The places were also very magnificent, fabulous & historical . We loved the stop @ Hoover Dam & our final destination , the West Rim. The Native American were so welcoming! Fantastic experience: Wally was great and provided us with a lot of great information on the way to the Grand Canyon and on the way back. It was unfortunate that three individuals that were traveling together were very inconsiderate and were almost an hour late returning to the bus essentially leaving 43 waiting to depart. Wally mentioned several times the time we were to report back so this is not on him. The company should have a rule in place to limit the tolerance for being late and be allowed to leave after that specified time since everyone's time is important ... not just the inconsiderate people's time.

Fantastic experience: Awesome trip. Our tour guide Shaaron was very friendly and kept everything and everyone in order so we had the maximum amount of time to see the Grand Canyon. Carlos our driver was excellent in navigating the Las Vegas and interstate traffic. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Went on the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam tour today. Grand Canyon was wonderful. We had plenty of time and met some new friends during this adventure! The only disappointing part was the Hoover Dam. Where the bus parked it was not the best view and while driving in if you were sitting on the left side of the bus you didn’t have a lot to view because everything to see was on the right side. Also just a note maybe to let people know ahead of time that you can not take your own pictures on the skywalk and there is cell service. Our driver and tour guide were both very professional and did a great job. Overall I would recommend this trip for everyone that wants to experience some of nature’s beauty!

Fantastic experience: We came to Vegas to celebrate our daughters 21st. I am soooo happy we planned this tour! Not only did it break up our walking the strip and gambling. Sharon and Ken were the best guides!! Highly recommend this adventure if you want to see the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam.

Fantastic experience: I am a local but decided to take my friend visiting from Maryland on this tour instead of driving her myself. It was the BEST decision EVER! We got the chance to relax and enjoy the views and learned quite a few tidbits from Paul M. (our tour guide) along the way. Breakfast and lunch were included + Skywalk tickets, which was well worth the price we paid for (considering gas prices nowadays). Our driver (Charles) was very friendly and the ride was very comfortable. I don't normally do reviews, so the fact that I am doing this now says a lot. I highly recommend this day trip!

Fantastic experience: To view the Gran Canyon in person was spectacular. What a wonder to see. We especially appreciated Paul, our tour guide, who provided a great historical overview of the places we experienced seeing on the way from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Fantastic experience: This company and our tour guide Gonzalo get a 5 Star rating from us for our tour of the Hoover Dam!! It was easy to schedule and we were contacted with location and pick up times with contact numbers if any questions. We absolutely loved and adored Gonzalo, he was a good driver, kind, pleasant, friendly and most of all very knowledgeable and shared with us history of the city all the way to Hoover Dam and back!!! Fantastic experience: Wally our guide/driver was polite and friendly insuring everyone was on the bus even though there were a few who weren’t at there pick up sight. He gave good tips on getting the most from our trip. Could have listened to more stories on the way back as Wally was an excellent provider of historical information. I will take this trip again but this time schedule a helicopter tour as well.

He helped male the trip fun and even cracked us all up several times. I would definately take the tour again. Thank you for the experience. Fantastic experience: Sharon and Bernice were amazing! From the initial checkin at our designated pick up location to the drop off. The fun and energetic duo is a great addition to the tour group. We learned so much and appreciated the historical information that Sharon shared. Each stop provided enough time to explore and appreciate the Grand Canyon. They also handled a difficult situation very well. There was one group that decided to ignore the time to return and caused 90% of those who were on the bus to wait an extra hour. They didn’t seem to care that everyone was inconvenienced due to their disrespect of the return time. It was frustrating and Sharon handled everything with grace and humor. I would have left them frankly but the tour group has a policy to wait and wait and wait then go report them as missing to the tour stop operations. This should be looked into as a fifteen - thirty minute max grace period should be the next! After that, they should’ve gotten left and found their way back to Vegas at their own expense.

Fantastic experience: Amazing tour experience. Shaaron is an excellent tour guide and made our trip very informative and entertainment. The almost 4 hours ride to the Grand Canyon went by very quickly listening to all her tips and information about Vegas and Grand Canyon. She has tons of knowledge and insights to share. The driver -Carlos- was great as well. I will Totally recommend this tour. We added the helicopter ride to our visit to the Grand Canyon. A must do!!!!! Views from the top and bottom of the Grand Canyon are worth taking the ride.

Fantastic experience: Wally was a sweet, funny, informative, accommodating, and safe driver. Being here during the NFL draft, there were a lot of traffic changes, which caused delays. Wally handed it like a pro! Great tour and trip. Would highly recommend Sweetours. Will be booking them for our next Grand Canyon excursion!

Fantastic experience: A very full but enjoyable day. Our driver was outstanding. He gave us loads of useful information about the area as we drive to the Hoover Dam and explained very clearly the best way for us to make the most of our time at the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately 2 of the passengers were 40 minutes late back for the coach which meant that we were even later back to Vegas. I guess that is the problem whichever travel company you choose. The Canyon takes your breath away.

Fantastic experience: It was a great trip!! It started off kinda rough I was given the wrong pick up location due to the NFL draft being in town but once we got there everything else was fantastic!! Wally made the trip with all his knowledge and he was so much fun love him!! Dont hesitate to book beautiful scenery and the sky bridge is an experience you won't want to miss.. Lunch was good with good choices. Overall a wonderful memory made!!

Positive experience: The tour was awesome. Sharon our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Sharon shared with us the history of Las Vegas as well as the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Our tour was never a dull moment. It was exiting, fun and knowledgeable. Bernice our driver was the best. She gave us a very comfortable smooth and professional riding experience. The two meals and the water served to us was great along with the breaks. Positive experience: Tour was great and Dirk our driver did an amazing job showing us the sites giving us local knowledge and history with some timely humorous jokes thrown in to keep everyone interested. The stops we're timely and the overall experience was well planned and executed. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jackie is the best tour guide, I have ever had in my life. She is so funny and informative!! She gave information on everything from real estate, best food spots, the history of Vegas, and so much more. She is honestly one of the best drivers!! The skills maneuvering through traffic and the way she handles the bus is impeccable, and I work in Transit, so I know a great driver when I see one. She kept everyone entertained from start to finish and was on time with the pick ups. Definitely an amazing experience. Grand Canyon is a MUST SEE!! SO STUNNING!! THANK!!! YOU!!! JACKIE!!! Fantastic experience: We had and incredible experience visiting the Grand Canyon. Our tour guide Shaaron filled our trip with wonderful information and tidbits about the different places we passed on our way and about what to look out for when we arrived. Our travel time passed quickly but we had plenty of time on site to explore at our leisure. I would not hesitate to book another tour and highly recommend that others do so!

Fantastic experience: Our trip to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam was amazing. Better than expected with the scenery. The tour guide Paul M and Charles the driver were great as well. They were very informative and just great people.

Positive experience: Recently took the Grand Canyon tour. The bus was on time at the pick up location. The bus was neat and clean. Paul (tour host) was very polite and knowledgeable. No concerns with the tour except that the bus stopped at a dump for lunch. Why did we pass up large clean establishments with working bathrooms for a hole in the wall deli with locked bathrooms and toilets that didn't flush. What's up with that ? My other concern was that Paul denigrated (over the bus speakers) people living in poverty in communities along the route to the Grand Canyon. Many on the bus were feeling very uncomfortable with some of the comments. Why make fun of the less fortunate? Just stick to neutral topics- some people on the bus had relatives in those same communities.

Positive experience: We had a wonderful time visiting the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with Sweetours. Lifetime memories for sure. Transportation was really good. Our driver, Angela was extremely safe and very funny. She was an awesome tour guide. I would definitely recommend this tour company. The only snafu was the visit to the Dam. We were unsure of what to expect and the extent of the options available. I would suggest there being clear guidelines given where everyone participating is sure and understanding of the options. Other than that, it was an amazing day.

Fantastic experience: Jackie was an absolute treasure to ride with. Informative witty and very accommodating. She helped move us taller folks to better seats and our interactions with her were a real treat. She is an asset that you should cherish. Great tour and would recommend to anyone interested.

Positive experience: The tour of Grand Canyon was great and the tour driver/guide was exceptional. However we took a 30 minute detour each way to Hendersen to pick up 3 participants which reduced our site seeing time by an hour. An hour which could have been better spent at the Grand Canyon. Additionally the tour guide failed to request the passengers to remain silent while he was speaking. As a result we had difficulty hearing much of his presentation due to the loud constant chatter of one of the participants. The tour/drive by of the Hoover dam was not even close to being worth the price since we stopped in a parking lot behind the dam for less than 5 minutes. There were parking spots available that were much closer which would have permitted us to walk the dam for some memorable photos. Finally, some measure of control needs to be applied to the participants. We waited for over half an hour for people to return to the bus. Thereby exacerbating the reduced site seeing time.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time doing a tour and for this long. From the time he arrived to pick us up to the time he dropped us off, Robert made the whole experience worth the trip. From the greetings, jokes, and laughs we had a blast. He definitely know he way around and I know so much more about a Joshua tree and pistachios, I will never forget. lol! All around great and awesome tour guide. I’ll definitely look him up again next trip. Thank you again

Fantastic experience: Was an amazing experience. Earl had just the right touch for informative and interesting commentary as the tour guide. Charles was the smoothest driver with a keen eye for helping us spot local wildlife. My wife and I booked the West Rim Grand Canyon tour with a stop at the Hoover Dam on the way back. We booked the Skywalk at Eagle Point for the Grand Canyon. It was stunning, but I was reminded of my fear of heights! We did not include the lunch in our package, but did get to eat at the Skywalk restaurant. I would recommend this tour company to anyone. Thanks for the amazing memories!

Fantastic experience: I went on the Grand Canyon West rim tour with Robert and I had an amazing time. I am so happy that I booked this excursion. I came to Vegas, visiting from NY, and I would have to say that the overall process from booking, customer service and the tour guide provided were amazing! My tour guide Robert was sooo funny and an overall great guy. The sandwiches were also really good. Thank you Sweet tours! I also loved that I could communicate with the company via text message communication. I will tell everyone I know to book with this company, I have no complaints. I will book again!

Fantastic experience: This tour exceeded my expectations. The bus was prompt and on time picking us up. There was breakfast waiting for us, as well as an unlimited supply of water all day long. Robert was a terrific tour guide, very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. The Grand Canyon had two viewing points where there are endless photo opportunities. Lunch was served and there were two gift shops as well as locals selling jewelry. We purchased the skywalks tour which allowed us to walk out above the canyon. They did not allow cameras or phones, which was a bit disappointing and I wish that was disclosed when purchasing that option, since that was the main reason we upgraded to skywalk, to take pictures. Overall I highly recommend this excursion, and Robert was a fantastic tour guide!

Fantastic experience: This trip was amazing. First, the bus was on time. Second, the driver was entertaining throughout the trip. Lastly, the Hoover Dam & the Grand Canyon was awesome! The continental bfkt & deli lunch was enough. Anything heavier would've slowed us down walking. I appreciated the multiple rest stops to avoid using the restrHison the bus. The unlimited water kept us hydrated,but what goes in had to come out sooner or later. Ha! The only draw back was I got the feeling the driver really didn't like ppl of color, but remained professional throughout the duration of the trip. His one on one interaction was short & dry. Totally opposite of his demeanor while giving the tour.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with our driver, Robert. The tour was easy to book online and the customer service was excellent. The tour to the West rim of the Grand Canyon was a perfect day trip from Las Vegas. We left at 6:30 a.m. and was back at our hotel by 5:00 p.m. There was plenty of time to see the sights and take tons of pictures. This was a highlight of our trip.

Fantastic experience: We did the grand canyon tour. Our driver Wally was awesome, he was full of interesting facts and humorous comments and stories about every part of the trip. We definitely would use this company again, especially if Wally was going to be our driver.

Positive experience: The West Rim Grand Canyon tour was good. There was plenty of time at each stop (Eagle Point and Guano Point). The add-on sky view tour was well worth it-AMAZING views! Only bad part about the skyview was you weren’t allowed phones or cameras- they do take your pictures but then charge you $65 for the digital print release. Our driver Jackie was good-she was easy to work with and did everything she could to make it a great experience (even making the extra stops along the way to view the sheep etc). The only thing we did not like about this tour was the food. Breakfast was fine- a banana/pre-packaged muffins/orange juice. But lunch was not good- a dry sandwich (choice of turkey, ham, or veggie) with a bag of chips. This was not enough to hold us over all day with all the walking. Thankfully, Jackie made a stop at Subway on our way home and we were able to get a sandwich. Overall, the tour was good- would recommend it- just would bring your own snacks.

Fantastic experience: Our bus driver/host, Dirk, was exceptional during our Grand Canyon tour! Dirk ensured we were well informed of everything as we traveled to our destination and provided some of the most interesting minute details. Along with his knowledge, he was very kind and very hospitable throughout the whole tour. Please recognize him among his peers and management as one of the best tour bus drivers and hosts I’ve had in many years! Fantastic experience: Dirk was honestly great, he was knowledgeable and charismatic. I just expected a ride to the Grand Canyon but he gave an intelligent comedic tour along the way. My friend thought the entire time there was a driver and an announcer and was shocked to see he was doing both when we got there. Also, he drove this massive bus through the strip dropping people off, that is a incredible skill. Would recommend this organization.

Fantastic experience: I was transferred from a sister company to this tour d/t a low amount of reservations. Immediately from transfer they have been exceptionally responsive. The lady who schedules the pick ups and so forth not only accommodating, her communication skills are exceptional and is genuinely very kind. The tour guide we had was great. He was also very kind, very informative and gave many tips on how to see the most within the time. Would absolutely recommend. Wish my hoover damn trip already scheduled for tomorrow would be transferred! Lol

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a delightful tour from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Company was well coordinated and was an ace on communication. Tour was beautifully narrated by Wally with lots of historical bits and lots of good pointers on how to get the most out of our time at the canyon. Price was very reasonable and got door to door pick up and drop off. Generous lunch. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them.

We learned things we never knew about Las Vegas, the valley, Hoover/Boulder Dam, the Grand Canyon, and small towns in between, as well as various Indigenous tribes in the area. Fantastic experience: This Grand Canyon tour was excellent! Wally, our driver and tour guide was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and entertaining as he pointed out all the interesting places and spots along the way. He was very professional , detailed in his instructions about time, meeting places, etc. It was exactly the tour I was looking for- just the right amount of time to see the Hoover Dam, Eagle Point and Guana; and not too long- we were back to Las Vegas around 5pm. Fantastic experience: I used this tour guide service for an impromptu day trip to the Grand Canyon during my short stay in Vegas. It was perfect. Their communication is impeccable, I love how they texted me confirmations and direction leading up to our tour. The bus conveniently picked us up from our hotel, fed us a light snack and later a bagged lunch, and comfortably got us back and forth to the Grand Canyon with an amazing tour guide named Wally- who shared a lot of info about Vegas and the landmarks we drove through... he was also the cutest man with the best accent I've ever heard!

Fantastic experience: Great trip with Robert driver. He's very nice, friendly, positive energy. He drive safety and professional and helpful. The route was quick no traffic. I suggest the breakfast be different than that next time. Grand Canyon very nice place but we get stress with the sky walk waiting long line and they take our bag, small personal stuff including cellphone after we pay $50 dollars for pictures that we need too. Fantastic experience: Our driver Robert was excellent excellent. Awesome experience! We left early and had breakfast and a bag lunch included. Robert got us to the Grand Canyon West ahead if schedule and gave us great advice for making the best of the day. We were able to beat the lines for the Skywalk. We stopped at the Hoover Dam on the way back. Dress comfortably and warmly if you're visiting during the Winter months. Folks that aren't from here (including me) don't realize that the desert gets cold lol.

Fantastic experience: Our driver was Dirk. We did the Grand Canyon Hoover Dam tour. Dirk is an excellent driver very skilled. Dirk was entertaining and provided great historical information. Dirk also provided us with "what to expect" information. Which was very helpful. We really enjoyed this tour I highly recommend it. Fantastic experience: It was a very exciting and wonderful experience. The driver was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made the experience fun. Some of the instructions could have been clearer and more precise. Such as the first pick up will be a shuttle and the return on the coach. Also it was not explained why my resort only took a deposit for the tour and the balance was required to be paid on the shuttle prior to the tour.

Fantastic experience: From door to door you get a good fun clean knowledge tour. I had an awesome experience. A small jitney picked me up from my hotel to a larger tour bus. Received a small continental breakfast and my GC ticket. Dirk The driver had great humor and fun facts the entire ride. Just enough stops for relief breaks and to stretch. Lunch sandwich was good. The Grand Canyon of course was the highlight! Listen, book this tour. Hoover Dam. Joshua Trees. Light breakfast, deli sandwich, humor door to door. Why gamble?
