Fantastic experience: Reserved scooter for 4 days, charged fully when received and lasted all day and still had full charge. Each day of use it stayed fully charged from the night before charge up. Very easy to maneuver and will rent from scooter bug again.
Fantastic experience: Every step of the process was extremely easy from online ordering and paying to picking up at the front of the hotel to the dropping off at the same spot at the end of my vacation. I’ve used this company 3-4 times and have never been disappointed. I will definitely use this company again! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and fully charged!

Fantastic experience: The ECV we rented was delivered the day before so that we could rope drop the first day of our trip. The scooter saved our trip and the battery lasted all day. Will definitely be using again!
Fantastic experience: Second time using them and the scooter worked great ! Was in the park from rope drop til about 10 pm and never had to charge the battery during the day! Would most definitely use them again! Easy pickup that was delivered and ready when i got there and easy to drop off ! Great customer service ! Highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience: Scooter worked wonderfully on our trip to WDW. It ran all day without recharging. Our only problem was that the headlight came on and would not turn off.

Fantastic experience: Rental process is very easy. The pick up and delivery are great. The ECV Lite was perfect for fitting in my car and came with 2 batteries but even after spending 12 hours ar Universal Studios I hardly used much on the first battery. Overall I was very pleased and will definitely rent from Scooter Bug again.
Positive experience: Scooter itself worked great.The charging cord charged great also but the battery maximize had a 3 pin end that was supposed to plug in somewhere on the scooter but we never found a port to plug it in?? Ended up just plugging normal cord from wall straight into scooter which worked but gave no protection against overcharging. Just would have like a paper or something with online access to show where the port was for that.Otherwise great service.
Fantastic experience: We took our first trip to Disney and needed a way for my Mom to get around easier. ScooterBug helped with that. Easy to book. Scooter ready when we arrived and made things easier for our trip.
Fantastic experience: Very easy pick up and drop off right at disneyland hotel. Couldn't be more convenient and due to how far the hotel is to the main gates of disneyland and California adventure being able to use the scooter to go through downtown disney was very much appreciated. Will definitely rent from them next time we go!

Negative experience: If you want an old broken down scooter and really appreciate poor customer service the scooter bug is the place for you. Not only did the scooter break down twice. The back wheels fell off, injuring my son. We were at Disney World and three separate cast members could not help us get the scooter up and running. It simply fell apart driving down animal Kingdom. When we talked to customer service, their only option was to push it back to our car drive it to the hotel where at some point they would pick it up and give us another one. We asked to speak with a manager but none was available. Really no concern over the injury to my son. Photos attached remember, we were traveling with someone who needed the scooter and was they were forced to walk. Praise to Buena Vista scooters for stepping in and delivering a replacement immediately. And Scooter Bug Also refused to refund us.
Fantastic experience: It was our first time using ScooterBug and our experience was nothing but phenomenal! The online reservation was simple and easy to use. We didn't have to worry about the delivery as the scooter was ready for pick up at a convenient location. The scooter was comfortable and easy to operate! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend using scooterbug to rent an ECV when you're in the Orlando area. I rented one on my last disney world trip. It was super easy and seamless. They drop your scooter off at your disney resort (no need to be present) and when you're ready to return the ECV you just leave it with bell services and they take care of the rest! It was super easy. The scooter"s battery also held its charge pretty well. Scooterbug made it easy and one less thing to worry about while you're on vacation. Their prices are reasonable.

Fantastic experience: ScooterBug made renting a scooter for our family trip to Disney World very easy and convenient. The rental was at our hotel waiting when we arrived and worked with no issues. Fantastic experience: This would have been a 4.5 star rating at first because the scooter had a slight malfunction but after the way Scooterbug handled the issue I would give a 6-stars if possible. Positive experience: Used them several times both at Disney Land and Disney World. Scooters are always in really good condition and come fully charged. They run all day and never give me problems. My only down this time was the charger brick this time had some sort of “fan” in it that kicked in whenever it was connected and charging the conveyance that was quite loud. I am hard of hearing and noticed it, but my special needs son with sensory issues was not at all “keen” about it. Figured out I could flip a trash can over it upside down and it would muffle the sound about 70% which was enough for me to get him “okay” with it while it was charging, but I would have never been able to leave it overnight charging with that noise. In the past they have been similar to my server or laptop computer bricks in size and silent so was surprised by the “fan” in it and the noise. Still charged it, still ran all day, and the scooter was great!

Positive experience: Going through this site was way better than going through Disney and more cost effective. There was no wait or lines. I would've liked to have more options on where to pick up my scooter and better pick up and drop off times. Also I was provided 2 batteries, one was stellar while the other was awful and died within a couple hours of mild use.

Fantastic experience: I rented an ECV for a family member and we had an incredible experience. The scooter stayed charged all day (we turned it off when not using it) and the pick up/drop off process was seamless. It allowed them to fully experience Disney in a way that would normally not be possible due to an injury. We will be repeat customers.

Fantastic experience: Scooter Bug Orlando has the best customer service ever. I was staying at Art of Animation I picked up a scooter and it started randomly stopping For no reason, the battery was fully charged, but it would just quit. I called scooter bug when I got back to the resort and the customer service was great. Explained the problem and they had a new scooter delivered within 45 minutes. Positive experience: We trusted them because they are a the recommended provider of Disney. It worked fine but here are our pros and cons: Pros: they dropped off on time, at our hotel. The transport chair was clean without rips. It functioned reasonably well. Cons: the transport chair is supposedly the lightest chair they offer, at nearly 30 pounds. It is huge. Very wide and cumbersome. The handles are low, so be prepared to bend over to push it. I'm 5'5" and standing erect, my fingertips just touched the handles. Anyone taller than me needed to bend over to push. At higher speeds, one wheel rattled and shaked, so we could only go slowly. This was not a huge problem until we needed to run for the monorail or something else, and it was nearly impossible to push the chair fast because of the shaking wheel. So overall, the rental functioned for us but we'll look for a lighter chair with smaller wheels and taller handles next time. We saw plenty in the parks so we know they exist!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever using a service like this and I was thoroughly impressed. They delivered my scooter to hotel staff right on time and picked it back up at scheduled time. I didn't even have to see anyone face to face. I used the scooter all day at Epcot and only lost 1 bar of charge. I charged overnight and used at 2 additional parks the next day and same thing. I was worried I would have to charge at some point at the park but I wasn't even close to needing to. Will definitely use them again next time I am in Orlando!

Fantastic experience: Rented a scooter for a day trip at Disneyworld. The scooter was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. That first night, we go to charge it and realize that we weren't given the correct pieces in order to do so. Sent an email and the first thing that morning I received a phone call from the company. After the situation was explained, we were assured that things would be taken care of by the time we'd get back to the hotel. After a long day in the park, we came back and found not just the correct pieces to charge the scooter, but an upgraded unit as well free of charge. Just fantastic customer service. Fantastic experience: Although I had an older ecv that was showing wear and tear, my ecv worked great! Kept a charge every day that I used it. Only charged it overnight! Very convenient to have pickup and drop off at my Disney resort. Definitely will be using Scooterbug in the future.

Negative experience: Walk away. We have been using this company for 2 years, and the final straw was today. We have had issues with scooters looking like they had been through war as well as breaking in the past. Often it was rectified fairly quickly, although we noticed a pattern of quality getting worse and worse. We are Florida DVC-owning people who come to disney 8 to 10 times per year. Since recent major ankle reconstruction, I have needed to use a scooter. We use scooter bug only because it is the only company that could drop off at bell services. Despite the crappy scooters and sketchy customer service, the convenience won. No more. Today my scooter died in the back of World showcase. It took 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone and then they said they were "going to call back". This never happened. After 4 more calls and my husband having to get stern on the phone we finally got word that they were leaving their warehouse 30 minutes away. We asked to be refunded as this took up over 4 hours of our park day, and they were going to "put in a request". That is NOT the correct answer. We managed to limp the scooter up to the front of EpCOT, stopping every 50 feet to let the battery attempt to recharge. We are actually still sitting here waiting for our apparent replacement delivery. At this point I want to abandon the scooter but am afraid of being charged and also am not sure my reconstructed ankle can make it back to the hotel. Scooterbug, shame on you. If you are reading this, our reservation was under "Migliaro ". Make it right. We have spent thousands on renting with you. Disney, time for a new preferred vendor.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my scooter bug rental for Disney. ECV held good charge all day and into the night. Ease of having scooter waiting at Disney hotel when I arrived was a plus and not worrying about having to meet someone to return it didn't limit when I was ready to leave. Fantastic experience: Scooter bug is the best company in Orlando to rent ECV ‘s from during our stay. They dropped the scooters off at the hotel lobby fully charged and in great shape. The scooters ride smoothly and efficiently throughout both parks we ventured out to over the two days. I was able to leave them with the bellhop to be picked up the next morning. The reservation website is easy to use and the prices are more than reasonable. I will rent from ScooterBug the next time I’m in town and highly recommend you do as well for all your mobility needs in the Orlando area.

Positive experience: Scooter was delivered on time waiting for me when I arrived. Held charge all day, easy to operate, however the speed ratio to the lever was a bit off and I would like to have had to the arm rest adjusted on my particular scooter, they were too far out for my size an it was a bit difficult to get in and out of tight spaces at times. All in all it was a very good experience.

Fantastic experience: Found out about this company on tik tok. Ordered the scooter to be delivered & picked up at the resort we were staying. It was perfect! I'm 58 with arthritis in back & knees & this was a lifesaver for the Disney World parks. Battery was very efficient. I charged each night but I really think it would have lasted several days. Was great getting priority boarding on the busses & skyliner too lol. We were able to attach a backpack to the back of the seat so we could carry snacks & waters with us & not be carrying that around all day.

Negative experience: Reserved and paid for a Resort Lite ECV 1 month prior to our family vacation. We received a confirmation email and email noting your rental is on its way the night prior to our arrival. When we arrived to our Disney resort, our scooter was not available for pickup and bell desk cast member recommended checking back in a couple hours. 2 check ins and 6 hours past our reserved scooter drop off, we called ScooterBug customer service and we were notified that they would not have our scooter available until the following Monday due to product shortages. Two main issues - 1) received a confirmation email the prior night noting our scooter was on the way 2) did not receive a phone call day of noting our scooter would not be at the hotel. ScooterBug not only displayed terrible customer service but also left our family without a like replacement option. We rented a larger van to fit portable Resort lite scooter and incurred increased cost. Highly recommend renting elsewhere as ScooterBug does not meet the standards of a Disney World preferred partner.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! ECV and stroller were delivered and waiting for us at the resort. Both were in great condition and served us well throughout our trip. Reserving the items on the website was also a seamless process.
Positive experience: The service was great! We had an issue with the scooter that we got when we got to Disney World. They replaced it with no issues. The only thing I can say negative is both scooters were pretty beat up.

Positive experience: Delivery and pick up were easy. We had an issue and called tech support. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. Four stars only because the scooter had…seen better days. But it worked out great and, again, the support was great.
Fantastic experience: I recently used Scooter Bug Rentals for a trip to Disneyworld in October and found them to be reliable and exactly as advertised. My scooter was in great shape and arrived at my resort at the arranged time. Having the scooter made my trip relaxing and fun!
Fantastic experience: ScooterBug is a great service for providing scooters at Disney World for the period of time needed. They have the scooters at whatever resort you're staying at. All you have to do is stop at the Bell services at your resort, and they bring the scooter out immediately. You can use your scooter the entire time during your stay, and Disney makes it easy to take your scooter on any of their transportation vehicles. We have used ScooterBug several times and it's always a great experience and very helpful to get around.
Fantastic experience: Every single person I spoke with was helpful. The entire experience was great considering I needed a scooter to be mobile. When the first scooter had a minor break in the shift bar, a new scooter was sent to the disney resort within hours for swap. Incredible customer service.
Fantastic experience: We rented a scooter and stroller from scooterbug. The company surpassed my expectations. The scooter and stroller were both clean and in excellent working conditions. We had no issues with this service. They were very helpful during booking and the whole process was smooth from booking to drop off. Pricing was reasonable and they were accommodating for pick up and drop off. I would recommend this company!
Fantastic experience: WDW can be a challenging place for Seniors especially when it is hard for us to get around due to walking issues etc. ScooterBug is great, easy to use, easy to charge and you don't miss a thing and can go anywhere you like using the Disney transportation system ( monorails , busses, etc. It was waiting for us when we got to our Resort and we used it all week and just dropped it off when time to go home. Highly recommended for my fellow Seniors or anyone else who needs one. Don't worry about getting around on your WDW trip just plan to arrange for a ScooterBug.
Negative experience: First time using. Would not recommend. Customer service was horrible. My 82 year old father’s scooter was making funny noises at the hotel. They replaced the scooter and then the first time out with the replacement scooter at Epcot, it quit working (showed a full charge) after 6 hours, with 1 of those hours we were eating and it was off. The customer service rep actually tried to tell my 82 year old father with double knee replacements that he had to put his scooter in neutral and push it out of the park and back to the bus and the hotel. After my father continued to tell him it was physically impossible for him to do that, they agreed to pick the scooter up in the park and to drop off another replacement scooter at the hotel. After walking and sitting to rest multiple times my father made it to the bus stop. Glad he is still somewhat mobile. I’m not sure what he would have done otherwise.
Positive experience: Rented 2 (two) Resort Elite because they're supposed to break down so you can take them in the car. Delivery was on time - just when I expected them BUT they both did not work. The tiller on one didn't fold down so we had to change plans or sit and wait for an exchange. The other one didn't stay tight. It wiggled the whole time, no matter how tight you turned the release nob. The batteries lasted way longer than the description and are very easy to change. Very nice feature is that they give you two batteries! There's not a lot of space in the front basket so if you need to carry more than a Loungefly sized bag you might invest in adding the storage basket on the back. This is my 2nd time renting with Scooterbug. I had to get an exchange the first time also. But they are very responsive when you get them on the phone. Hopefully my third time will be a 5-star rental!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely pleased with ScooterBug Orlando. Great price and service. My ride kept a charge all day has a turtle to rabbit speed that you could adjust. Comfortable seat with side arm rest. Nothing but praise for my experience with my 5 day rental...I will highly recommend using Scooterbug and I will be a return customer!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Rental and extra accessories was exactly as requested, arrived at the hotel fully charged and in pristine condition. Worked amazingly for the week we had it, battery sustainability was excellent- lasted the whole day of motoring around each day. Very pleased with ScooterBug!
Fantastic experience: Used them again. Once again it was Perfect service! I love it! I’ll never use another scooter service for our parents again. Love being able to pick up from bell services and drop off (Disney world). Got a 4 wheeler and then a 3 wheeler on another trip. The 3 wheeler is easier to maneuver on the Disney buses. Never had an issue with running low on battery during 9 days either.
Fantastic experience: The two Scooters were delivered as promised to our hotel bellhop before our arrival, and picked up after our departure. The battery life was fantastic. Still in the green after a full day of use at Disney World. The only hiccup was one faulty charger that was replaced by delivery to our hotel along with a replacement scooter after I informed them it was needed late the second day. The battery was so long lasting on the scooter that it lasted for that second day until I could get the new charger and scooter. Highly recommend their scooter and service of this customer's need.
Positive experience: Had an issue with the scooter not charging resulting in being stranded twice. Requested a replacement scooter which was delivered the next morning. Great customer service there. Overall I was ok with this company
Fantastic experience: ScooterBug was great! First time I ever needed one and was very apprehensive about it. Very easy to use. Stayed charged all day and into the night. They drop it off and pick it up at the resort which is very convenient. I had an issue with one of the armrests and they traded me for a new scooter right away. Only suggestion is possibly a cupholder and/or a phone holder since you have to use your phone so much while in the parks.
Fantastic experience: ScooterBug was great. My scooter was waiting for me at my hotel. It looked brand new, it performed perfectly. It made the 3 days at Universal Studios much more enjoyable. It was my first time using a scooter and it was a lot easier than expected.
Positive experience: Rented two scooters for four days. One of the scooters battety kept discharging and we had to keep finding a place to ug it in. We called Scooterbug and they had a replacement brought to our hotel. Very quick service. It had a faulty battery. Otherwise it was a very good experience. Ty
Positive experience: We have continuously used Scooter Bug for Disney trips on both coasts, for many years! However, the last two times, August 2024 and just this past weekend December 2024 were NOT uneventful (both times we were in Disney World in Orlando). In August my husband was waiting for a hip replacement surgery and the scooter died near Mexico in EPCOT. At first we were told there would be a new scooter waiting at the hotel (Copper Creek), when we said that was not acceptable. He had to have a friend push him to the front of the park to get a replacement scooter. On this recent trip, as he was recovering from the hip surgery (just about a month ago) we had to continuously recharge the scooter as it would not make it through a day. Previously, we have loved Scooter Bug and HIGHLY recommended them. We may be looking elsewhere for our upcoming January trip.
Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Scooterbug. The scooter was at the resort at the requested time, fully charged and I liked the fact that I did not have to be at the resort when the machine was dropped off. It appeared to be brand new and at no time during the seven days that I rented it did it ever run out or even run low on charge. It also had plenty of power and I was easily able to keep up with family members no matter how quickly they were walking. I rented a four wheel scooter which was very easy to steer, had a generous turning radius and was very stable. I would not hesitate to rent from Scooterbug again. Jim P

Fantastic experience: This company was my first and only experience I’ve ever had with needing an electric scooter, and it was some of the most best customer service I’ve ever received. Between the people I’ve spoken and the ease of the service, I can see the hype around renting one of these when in need. I needed a scooter within days of a Disney World trip and I would use it for all my seven days. The seat was extremely plushy and soft, the turn radius was so crazy good for going through lines and tight areas, and even though it says 3 mph, I felt like I was faster than any walking party. It was a lot faster than I thought it’d be, but the dial on it made the speed controllable. What really impressed me was the amount of time it could stay fully charged. I rope dropped every morning and was out until 10 PM and sometimes later based on plans after and not one time did my battery run below 1/3rd of the amount. The battery life lasted longer than me! I was advised against getting the one I actually wanted and I really appreciate their recommendation to use the Resort Plus ECV and not the Resort Lite. The pick up and drop off process was hilariously so easy. Nothing at all from beginning to end was intimidating or overwhelming. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic experience: The first scooter provided was defective. Called and a replacement was promptly delivered to our resort. Easy to operate and maneuver. My husband enjoyed using the scooter.
Negative experience: Beware! Our Scooter on a full charge just decided to stop working at Animal Kingdom Park. Try to call technical services twice, was on hold for way too long both times and so we abandoned the Scooter at the park and got on the bus without it and I had to push my friend in a wheelchair and now my back is out, and she had to walk further than she should have and I’m waiting for them to call me back to give me technical services. It’s a bit late for that. Never use the services again.
Fantastic experience: Easy drop off at my resort. Scooterbug was in excellent condition and fully charged when delivered. It was recharged nightly and I always at least 3 (out of 4) green bars, which means it always had plenty of power. I am a former customer and I’ll definitely be a future customer. I highly recommend this company!
Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience! The scooter was delivered right on time for our trip to Disney. We also needed to delay pick for several more hours and we had no issue extended our time limit. The scooter came with extra batteries. Plus, one battery lasted almost 2 days in the parks! The scooter was easy to disassemble and reassemble. It fit perfectly in the back of our mini-van. We will definitely be using ScooterBug again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Scooter Bug was a great experience. I called and they delivered quickly to Lobby of WDW resort hotel and left with bell services at time requested. No issues with scooter that I used for 6 days. Best of all when I was done with scooter, I could just leave it at Bell Services at a certain time agreed upon with Scooter Bug.. Will definitely use them on upcoming visits to WDW in the near future.
Positive experience: This is probably more the resort and not actually Scooterbug, but when I received my scooter, I asked about how to maneuver it as I had never been on one, and the guy getting it for me said, “right hand is forward, left is reverse. “ The handlebars were a little high for me and it wasn’t for a couple of days before one of the bus drivers showed me how to adjust it. I had tried to slide it up and down, but it actually goes front and back to adjust. There was a small tear in the side of the back. Not a big deal, but it seemed to be a little older of one than some I saw scooting around WDW. It stayed charged every day and I had no trouble with it! Made my time much easier to stay up with the rest of the family.
Fantastic experience: This was my second time using ScooterBug Orlando. Staff is friendly and professional. They deliver and pick up your rental directly to your resort. Mine was waiting when I arrived. We put in a couple long days and I never lost charge. Be mindful and turn your scooter off when you stop for more than a minute. It will last you all day. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks to ScooterBug I can run all day with everyone else!
Positive experience: Prompt delivery. Easy to use. Only problem was on last day (which was extremely hot) when scooter cut out several times. Parked in shade/air con and it set off again. Was rather unnerving!
Negative experience: Our scooter broke down the first day in Universal at the Velociraptor ride. There was nothing they could do but send a new one to the hotel. Someone from our party had to go all the way to the gate and purchase one from universal for the day for $75 to get it to the handicapped person in our party. I called after our trip and customer service said they would give us a courtesy refund. After having to ask about it again as I never received it, I finally got it $26! Not sure how they even came to that amount! Atleast the should have coveted the $75 it cost me for the rental. Use a different company if you can.
Negative experience: I was very disappointed by my recent experience with ScooterBug in Disney World. I rented a stroller because I felt this would be more convenient than traveling with my own. I had numerous issues with my rental. 1. The day before my arrival I received an email that the model I had originally booked 3 months prior was not available and it was changed to a different model. This was slightly annoying, but I understand everything is subject to availability 2. On the day of my arrival to my hotel my stroller was not there when I arrived. I called scooterbug and waited 35 minutes on hold to finally reach someone. The last thing I wanted to do when I arrived to vacation was wait on hold. After all that I spoke to someone who said they would look into it and I would get a call back. I never did. I proceeded to call 3 more times that evening, every time with an extended wait on hold, and every time just to be told it was already escalated. No estimate of when the stroller would come. In the meantime I had no stroller for my entire first day at Disney. 3. When my second morning came, I still had no stroller and had to leave for the park without it. I was not going to change my park plans to wait around for a stroller that still no one could tell me when it would come. Now I had no stroller for my second day at Disney either. 4. When the stroller finally came 2 days late, I received no call or email. Someone just eventually dropped it off. 5. It also had no cup holder which I had paid for 6. After all that no one gave me any refund or price adjustment, and I will have to waste more time calling to ask for this. How can I have a service for 2 less days than I paid for and be expected to pay the full price? In total I spent 2 hours on hold and/or calls trying to get my stroller that I rented months in advance. I did not want to waste one minute of my vacation dealing with this. The entire point of this company is to add convenience. I understand things happen, but then to have no system to help someone when their stroller is late is absurd. My daughter is 3 and walking the entire day without a stroller was not an option. In the future I will bring my own or rent from another company. I rarely write reviews but dealing with ScooterBug Orlando was truly AWFUL and added hours of unnecessary stress to my vacation
Fantastic experience: Scooter was ready as promised. It was charged with a very good battery. The key stuck a couple of times, but I may not have properly inserted it, not sure about this, I did not call to report it, I was just very careful that the key was inserted properly and had no further issues. Price was fair and the customer service representative was excellent while renting over the phone. Very patient and professional

Negative experience: Two days before our trip started a rental we booked months ago was cancelled with no reasoning/warning. What a terrible company. Do not depend on them for your vacation, they will let you down
Negative experience: Arrived at my Disney resort and my double stroller I rented was not there. Called the company 4 times the first night, to be promised it would be there first thing in the morning. Again not there, so called the company once more. To be told it would arrive later that day. Put a strain on my vacation as trying to carry two kids as a single parent is just not possible. So a day and a half of our vacation was ruined trying to get the stroller company to bring the rental. Finally 2 hours after the last call, the amazing cast members of the Disney resort had a double stroller a family left behind and gave it to me for use. I then contacted the line again and requested a refund. Sadly due to this experience I will not be renting from this company again. The customer service members of this company were amazing, and friendly but the inconvenience this brought for the vacation that was supposed to be relaxing and arriving already exhausted from a plane ride to show up and no stroller for over 24 hours before I had to take matters into my own hands.
