Hi Love Yourself, Please do not pay retail for vacations! With a travel package from us, after you add up everything, you will save hundreds to thousands per trip. I love my vacation package and use it all the time to save money on travel. Also, these are not hotel accommodations with two queen beds and a shared bathroom for the family... Who wants to travel like that? We provide condominium accommodations, so your family has a separate bedroom, a kitchen to have coffee in the morning or cereal for the kiddos without going out to breakfast every day. The accommodations have living rooms so your family can really enjoy living at the destination for 8 days and 7 nights. It's a win. I'm sorry it wasn't a fit for you, but since you did come into the office for your multi-media presentation, we'd be happy to help you register your complimentary one-week getaway. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Scamdance vacations. Nothing they give you is free I can assure you. Even the free vacations you still have to register and pay something. They bait you into their packages, and then you can't cancel or get refunded after three business days. Their quarterly rates increase each year as a member, and the prices of the hotels increase all the time too. I recently got out of my contract with these clowns and I'm much happier now. All the positive reviews are mainly fake too. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMDANCE!

Negative experience: I’m begging anyone who is considering this DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. At the time we “won” a free vacation i was 18 years old, and me and my boyfriend went in to see what it was all about. We went in for the presentation and sat through talking to the lady, we thought hey this would be nice since we love to travel why don’t we give it a try. We gave them are ID’s and with it being a big purchase read ALL the details on all papers we were signing, I noticed it said that we had to be 25 years or older to sign up for it, i asked but the lady said it was fine that it’s just age range for certain vacations but we would be fine. We we’re certainly not fine, day after we realized we made a huge mistake and called and they said they can’t help us because we already signed everything and there is no way to cancel it. I told them that we were not old enough to even sign it and how can we not cancel because we have a 3 day right. The lady on the other end of the phone was extremely rude and no help at all. The only reason we FINALLY got out of it was because we were underage. I’ve been getting calls from them ever since saying that we won a free vacation. Today in particular stuck out to me though. I spoke with the worlds worst customer service lady. I explained to her that we had already come in for a presentation and they had us sign the papers KNOWING that we were underage of they’re services they were selling. She continued to deny anything that i was saying and said they would never do that. Like girl i know you think your right but i have papers that prove otherwise. When i asked her to take me off her call list please she said we have no call list it was an entry that we put in at a concert WELL OVER A YEAR AGO and even after they scammed us they still won’t stop calling. I’m begging anyone who gets a call from them to please not go, it has ruined so many peoples lives financially and almost ruined mine. #thankgodforbeingunderage

Negative experience: Horrible sales experience. They offered us a free voucher just for meeting with them, however when we went to use it, it doesn't work, and customer service doesn't pick up. Avoid this company at all costs.

Negative experience: After a girl called me to tell me we won a trip, they make an appointment she said, to tell you about the company. I asked if they were selling timeshares and she said no. They are absolutely selling timeshares. It is just that you do not have a specific week. You can go whenever you want. Normally the price is $20000.00 but on that day only (lol) it is only $15000.00 for 30 weeks. Plus the yearly fee, plus airfare. Why not tell me the truth on the phone, probably because they think once they have you in the room you will fold. I guess that works for them some of the time. I am not happy with wasting my time.

Negative experience: Well let's see , they are charging 600 dollars ( depending on the vacation package) many of which thus far as the rooms go are simply at motels throughout the, they are buying rooms in bulk and passing off SERVICING AND BOOKING as a " can't handle it yourself " deal when in fact most of us who were even mildly computer savvy have been using these services to get rooms much cheaper or at a lower cost for years now . I have a long history with this company having been an employee way back in 2006- 2009 and it would seem to me they've sunk into a lower level than what they were when I worked there. It's no coincidence that most of their clientele are older verging on being senior citizens who are not exactly computer savvy who do not understand that they can be doing this themselves.
Thank you for the review. Our clients are computer savvy and they save so much booking with us vs. paying retail rates for 8-day, 7-night stays at condominiums across the globe. Famlies get private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen -so they don't need to dine out for every meal. It's like a home away from home as opposed to a hotel style vacation. We do offer different accomodations depending on the area so there really is something for everyone.

Negative experience: The Spanish guy was super nice but my overall experience was not very good. I found it very unprofessional that the meeting started late since I drove 2.5 hours to get there. I feel that persuaded my decision in purchasing a plan. P.s. if you need any custom maps made please call me.
Fantastic experience: Eric is a great sale rep and easy to understand answers every question we had and makes sure I understand everything would have taken the plan, but I’m not financially stable at the moment.

The manager, Alex, was also very down to earth and was amazing to work with too! He’s an amazing dude with a great personality and also very workable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Kaelee is an amazing down to earth women that has helped me and my fiance start not only our vacations and family memories but our honeymoon. She has helped us with all our wants and needs as well. She took all our interests into consideration when telling us about the hotels. Trey did an amazing job at presenting us with all the plans and services of what Sundance has to offer. He made everything enjoyable and fun. Sundance vacations is a wonderful place to use as a travel agency for hotels. They give you everything that you need to make a vacation a stress less affair.

Negative experience: It's a total scam! The company takes on more clients than they can accommodate. We lose out on the trips we want to take. Sundance keeps our money. None of the dates or places we looked into are ever available. They make it sound like they're offering you a great deal. There's no way out of the contract, but I am pretty sure there are laws against scamming people. My husband went to their Wilkes-Barre location and they told him there was nothing they could do except reduce our 31 week package to 11 weeks. What a ripoff! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! UPDATE 8/16/24 I just got a call from Scamdance. The girl who called me was new and offered me additional points...for what??? a lifetime of unavailability??? Are they kidding? Without my knowledge, she transferred me...very professional. A man picked up and I explained the situation to him. I gave him proof that none of the $100 accommodations we were promised are ever available. They were all $200 and $300. I read the available dates to him and the dates I wanted were not listed because it is for Thursday to Thursday. Without a word he put me on hold. These people are so unprofessional. It's time to contact a lawyer.

Negative experience: Sure the building's great, the conference room all the little trinkets they give you. That's wonderful. Good luck trying to book a vacation though. All the money you spent will go to nothing except filling their pockets. Because one part of the company will blame the other part of the company and it is a vicious circle. I've been involved with this for almost 5 years and hadn't had one vacation yet because I can't book one because there's none available. Not in the areas where I want to try and go. And I was told in the meeting that I could go anywhere I want to. This is a scam run away run away now. If you want to find my name and I'll sell you what I have for half price. Actually just pay me for what I've already paid out and you can have the rest.

Positive experience: First April, who called, and Trey, who gave the presentation and was supposed to give the pitch (I really hope, they don’t work on commission), were incredibly polite. Also from my 2019 experience (I was brought in again on 5/28/22), they will give you what they promised (I got the Amazon Kindle then). However this is just a time share with no locked in dates or location. Not my cup of tea. The couple and I were asked, how many vacations can you take for $25,000? My jaw dropped when the woman said, two. I was thinking at least 25. Also I don’t go on vacations. So this really isn’t something for me but if you want to pay $20,000 with a yearly $479 maintenance fee and average of $300 booking for 25 8 day/seven night stay in a resort without travel, this might be for you.
Negative experience: I spoke with Tracy, who went around in circles and did not stick to one outcome. The whole time over the phone with her, she made me believe that she was scamming me. Needless to say, I did not go through with any booking! Furthermore, when I filled out a sheet with my information, I was told it was to win a target gift card, not scam me into spending money with Sundance vacations. Also, don't think that they are giving tablets away to each person that filled something out and got a call, because that's untrue. Don't waste your time!
Hi Heather, Everyone that qualifies receives the Amazon Fire Tablet and a One Week Getaway. It isn't something that you win, it's given in exchange for someones time in atteding a multimedia presentation on our vacation package. We've been in business for more than 30 years sending travelres on vacatiion across the globe. Negative experience: Two months after I signed up for a sweepstakes at the zoo I get a call saying I was selected to get the vacation and free Amazon fire 7. They say over the phone that there is no obligation and no catch other than to go to the place (which is 45 mins away) to sit through an hour presentation. I figured “ok no big deal.. i’ll listen to their story and learn about their company etc” I understand that it is to promote their company. I get it. So we get there and sit for the presentation and what they are offering.. That was all fine and understandable. The problem lies after the presentation when they sat us down and continued to pressure and offer deal after deal after deal after I said no and I was not expecting all of this and I felt like they were being pushy. I told them we dont have the time and money to pay 20,000 or 15,000 or whatever other offer they kept throwing at us. Honestly, they seemed annoyed and offended that I would not take their offers. They made ME feel like I was wasting their time! I told them Blatantly that I came in for the free trip/tablet and could not sign up for anything. We were not financially ready for these offers nor do we have the time to take all these trips. They had us talk to 3 different people that would not take no for an answer. I lost all respect for this company due to how they pressured me and honestly, gaslighted me. In my eyes, their plan completely backfired and In the future (when the time would of been right) I would DEFINITELY not seek them out!! I will never tell people about this company and tell them to steer away. I am not sure the non inclusive resort 7 nights 8 days trip is really worth it. Maybe after the actual trip I can say if it was worth that heckling and terrible experience.
Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS VACATION PACKAGE!! They will show you places that are not available. They sold me a dream. All the places are out dated and looks like old motels. Every time I looked at a place in the small print. It says either no AC or you must provide your own sheets, pillows, blankets. Who travels with all that. You're only allowed 50lbs in a suitcase on flights. I travel a lot for work and know for a fact you better off staying at a holiday inn or even a La Quinta. If you dont believe me just ask to the all the sites and browse through them. The only two nice places are booked probably to 5 years from now. Maybe they don't exist. It's been maybe ten years I had this thing and a big waste of money. I've only booked one trip and it was one of the Hawaii vacations that" looks nice" but just before the trip I read there was no AC. Can't be on a tropical island without AC that's not a vacation. Trust me pay the few extra dollars and go and stay somewhere amazing. That's a vacation not a old

Negative experience: I did receive my trip and tablet so that wasn’t a lie but your not informed that you have to watch a orientation basically that only has a little bit to do with your free trip and a lot to do with them trying to promote you into buying a bundles of trips. After that we sat down with a lady she went over the trip but still tried to sell us more stuff and I had to say no like five times plus she brought her manager out to try and persuade us more when I didn’t come to spend money. It took them for ever to get my stuff ready and then the guys comes out with everything but he then tries to ask us if we want to keep the tablet or take 50$ I kept my tablet. I feel like getting a free trip and tablet is great but it was a waste of my time for the other stuff which they never tell you this before hand.

Negative experience: They promised me free event tickets & they wouldn’t give them to me because my husband couldn’t come with me to pick t hr em up. I had a call from them saying I won these tickets & all I have to do is pick tgg GF em up! No obligation! Well, they lied! And I drove 55 mikes to claim tickets & all they want to do is sell you a vacation which I would have booked if they would have honored their offer! Scam!!!!
Fantastic experience: Sundance Vacations provide a service that I have never even heard of; they sell vacations in bulk. It’s really a great deal they offer. The presentation is great. Roger is awesome. The best part is they worked with me and my family based on what we could do financially without breaking our pockets. I can’t wait to start vacationing!

Positive experience: Presentation was well done and through. A little promoter pressure, but not bad. Everyone was polite and professional. When I looked into the availability of units for the free week, I was dissatisfied with the amount of units available in a area and the availability dates are extremely limited.
Fantastic experience: The staff at Sundance Vacations are very friendly. Although they are trying to sell you a service they also understand if you are unable to afford their service. If I had been in a different financial situation I would have gladly bought a package. Should my situation improve I will definitely keep them in mind for traveling services.

Fantastic experience: Rodger and I were very impressed with the knowledge and presentation of your vacation packages by your employees, Nick and Charlie. Nick started out with an introduction to your company and how it works. He was very efficient and informative. He then set us up with Charlie. A wonderfully personable young lady. She too was very educated in your company and showed great professionalism throughout our meeting. We were very skeptical about signing up. She understood our hesitation and worked with us, making us comfortable and willing to try it out. Rodger has been in business for many years, dealing with customers and employees and I worked with many people throughout my career. We both agree that she is an asset to your company and deserves a very high rating.

Fantastic experience: Although I did not get the package offered, Andrew was super intelligent, very friendly and funny, and gave us many different options to choose from. He is very informative, and wasn’t pushy at all. He understood our other obligations and never made us feel as though he was simply “selling.” Maybe some time in the future I will come back and get my hands on a package!
Fantastic experience: Okaii, so I put my name in for this raffle at a bridal show and they pulled my name, all that fun stuff. I want you to know that, yes they sit you down for about an hour and a half advertisement, and then another more personal attempt at advertisement for their company. That was the “catch” to my gift, which was 8 day 7 night paid hotel at one of their resorts. My sister getting married I figure BEST HONEYMOON GIFT?!? Yes! So I drive this place (about two hours) to sit through the seminar, then they sit me and my bf down for our one on one tryna sell us this package which we were very adamant about not being interested for multiple reasons. Though they were extremely persistent and kept trying to get us to purchase, we stayed firm and they RESPECTED that and didn’t throw any kind of fit because of it. Calm and patient! I read so many terrible reviews, and I just want someone on the outside who went through what most do with their company (the presentation and sale attempt) and DIDNT purchase their “promo special” they were still SO polite, patient and friendly with us and treated us with respect and kindness. But it’s their JOB to persist and the young lady who dealt with us was AMAZING at what she was doing, but we just wanted our gift in the end. We don’t do high pressure sells. If you felt pressured to have a package with them and got mad because it turns out you couldn’t afford it, that’s your choices and consequences. I’m so glad I know of this business now, so if we ever found ourself looking for what they offer, they’d be the first because the staff was unbelievable friendly, professional and RESPECTFUL! I hope others looking for what they can offer can take advantage! Ugh I really can’t stress how nice these guys were too! Thank you for being respectful and courteous to our decision and I hope next time I raffle with y’all, I’m in a place where I can travel as much! ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is a great deal for families to travel and stay in a luxury place without paying top dollars. The staff was great and informative. My only compliant is that they should give you a few days to decide if they want to purchase.
Positive experience: I had a good experience at my presentation in New Jersey. I was fortunate to be assigned Jessica to go over all the great advantages Sundance Vacations has to offer. Jessica made it interesting with providing us the information tailored to our desires and needs. I have been to Vacation Presentations in the past and expected the same pushy representatives and too long presentations. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Sundance was friendly and professional. While you do get a “sales pitch”, at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase a package. The representative was able to put together a great package for what I was comfortable spending. I look forward to the many vacations to come!

Negative experience: There is always a catch! Nothing is EVER FREE! I would like to cancel my membership after signing up 24 hours ago, this does not sound feasible and like longevity after reviewing all of the negative reviews. I was not informed that I needed to fill out a credit application, nor pay any money to obtain my “free vacation”. I would like to take the necessary steps to cancel this contract at all cost.
Fantastic experience: Our representative Jasmine helped explain everything clearly. They helped to figure any concerns we had. It was a fun exciting experience. And a joyous experience know that my partner and I can share many more blessed memories because of Sundance vacations.
Fantastic experience: Upon arrival I received a warm greeting. Then proceeded into a conference room. The presentation was very informative. An excellent opportunity to travel and not have to worry. After presentation I spoke with a representative and was given the royal treatment. She was very informative.

Negative experience: Peddling sub-par timeshares with high-pressure sales tactics. Nothing they tell you is 100% accurate other than the pricing of the units. We were assured there was "always great availability". Yea... maybe if you're planning a year in advance and want to go to the same place every year. They're completely hands-off too because if there's a problem with your service - it's not their problem. So you're paying THEM to use someone else's service. It's an interesting dynamic and one that does NOT help the consumer. Save your money, as you'll end up shelling out far more for these "vacation deals" than you would if you just went to Kayak or wherever to book a stay.
Fantastic experience: they are the nicest people me and my fiancé have ever encountered. We literally laughed the whole time we were there they made us feel super comfortable. Tracy was So funny and sweet to my one year old son he usually doesn’t interact with people like he did with her but she had him cracking up as well! Highly recommend them!
Fantastic experience: Great presentation. Never pushy. These people really care and they had many affordable vacation packages for every budget. We got some great gifts for participating even for folks that passed on the opportunity. Their concept is very simple and easy to understand compared to point systems. Fantastic experience: I just bought my travel package yesterday and the experience was great. I know exactly what I’m getting into. If you are looking for an awesome, but affordable vacation package; Sundance is for you. I also won a free trip 8 days and 7 nights to anywhere I want to go. All I have to pay is the deposit to hold my trip, $100 and 2 years later the trip is still there. I will also have to pay the taxes for the individual I take as well as myself, which is between about $150-$200. That is the cost of room and board for this free trip including both of us.
Positive experience: The sales reps are really nice and all, and the package deals I think are reasonable. I really don’t know if I’ll use their business how ever I’m a little iffy cause now I’m reading about other dissatisfied “clients” horror stories so.... I’m in doubt. Now I’m wondering “what is the point”? What will they do for you? Are there any satisfied customers out there?
Positive experience: They were very nice sales people but salespeople nonetheless offering vacation packages discounted due to wholesale acquisition on their part. If I had the means I would have likely invested but I did not so walked away w the free week vaca and uber voucher prizes that brought me in to begin with.
Positive experience: Most of the team members are nice but the managers were cold and not the most welcoming. The program seems great but there are specifics that are not taken into account in the pricing like airfare and taxes and etc.
Negative experience: We were told it would only take an hour. We got there at 7 and did not get out until 9.We were told there would be no pressure to buy. They tried to coerce is into buying through three different people. Each person we talk to sweeten the deal to try to convince us into buying that day.
Positive experience: Unfortunately, Sundance Vacations Program wasn’t a fit for both me and my wife and our travel needs at this time. The presentations were conducted professionally and were very informative. The material covered was detailed and the presenters were extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter. Management was very courteous in addressing our concerns about certain aspects of the Program, answering those concerns to our satisfaction. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous. We, unfortunately, are not able to take advantage of the great offer due to some medical issues right now. If there was a way for us to take advantage of the same great offer, in say six months, we absolutely would.
Negative experience: Would have given them 5 stars but they wouldn’t let us leave without trying to sell us on 10 different vacation packages after we politely declined the first 5 offers (we were there to pick up our free hotel voucher). They make you listen to an hour long presentation, and then use aggressive sales tactics to coerce you into buying something.
Fantastic experience: Everyone was nice, and professional. I only have two cons 1. The main office made it seem like if you was late they would not take you, but they did take us 2. They want you to buy right then and there, they don’t give you no time to really think it over.
Positive experience: I fonnd their presentation to be compelling and reasonable. If you are willing to make the commitment to vacationing in your future, this is a decent way to get started. Some periodic money to pay for the base product and then a reservation fee gets you a week's lodging in some nice condominiums for $900 or more. that's a great bargain and the way I prefer to travel as well. Much of the inventory seems to be weekly based and usually starting on the weekend. If that works for you then this is pretty flexible, more so than a timeshare purchase.
Negative experience: Please be upfront and don’t sell me that you have a “gift” and then hit me with a vacation packet for $15000 and then lower it to $2000 that has to be given that night. On an average half the people that were listening on the presentation did not have that amount to give up! Vacation are nice yes, but we also have to save and plan wisely as well. Please be up front letting the next person know this is a vacation you are selling. No I did not buy into it! I have a kid in college and another about to start in the next four years.. thanks but no thanks
Fantastic experience: We were greeted by cheerful and friendly Cassie, who ushered us to the waiting area. Afterwards Amanda presented a concise program describing the Sundance . We were the met by Chelsea who explained the Sundance version of vacation purchasing. She was joined by Kyle and as a team they displayed the utmost politeness and kind manners. The Sundance vacation program didn’t suit our needs as far as vacations go. That being said the presentation, was flawless and our sales professionals conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. You have great assets in your King of Prussia office. Our final meeting was with Chris, who made the final opportunities known to us. He was also the top of the charts in kindness and professionalism. Thank you for a nice afternoon.
Fantastic experience: Sundance is a great company that is not pushy or forceful in pitching their vacation packages. They offer great deals that save tons of money if you regularly take vacations. The staff there is knowledgeable of their products. If you’re into saving thousands of dollars and being able to vacation all over the world, Sundance is perfect for you!
Positive experience: Love what Sundance’s is all about. I wish we could’ve gotten s package but it’s just not the time for us as we are growing our family. Our representative Paul was very informative and knew what he was talking about. Very personable which was a bonus. Definitely recommending to a friend.
Negative experience: The presentation was nice. The host was friendly. However after going through the meeting I changed my mind about signing up for the program. I specifically asked the rep would the $200.00 be withdrawn b/c I didn’t want to complete the program. I was told absolutely not I would not be changed. Log into my bank account today and guess who took the $200.00 they said would not be withdrawn. Called my bank and was told the money had been taken the same day. This is absolutely unexceptable!! I would never trust booking anything with them now!
Negative experience: Informative presentation & good product. The sales reps are just too pushy. We were sent to two different sales reps and declined deals from both. We were then told we could claim our prize, but were sent to a third sales rep, who was the most pushy of all. Although we didn’t owe an explanation, we explained exactly why the product wasn’t right for us. They do not take no for an answer. I think having respect for your customers translates into when I’ve told you “no” over 10 times, you should respect my decision instead of pressuring customers into making split-second decisions. We were glad to just get out of there with our free prize.
Negative experience: They trick you with "free stuff" to reel you in. Get you excited like you won something but in reality they contact everyone that fills out a entry form. Very pushy sales tactics. Then try showing you lower cost packages. They just assumed I was less fortunate and couldnt afford the original package. With every "NO" i said. Being polite as possible. You could feel the genuineness become less and less. Was finally handed our tablet and hotel stay vouchers that were a total run around and shoved us out the door. Must of mentioned their survey 10 times. Begging for a good rating. Being in sales myself this is the exact behavior I try to avoid when conducting business.
Positive experience: Everyone was very nice to my wife and I. Nick gave the “pitch” but we never got the purpose of the presentation until well into it. No matter how you disguise it, we’ve heard these pitches before. Well it wasn’t a “condo” , timeshare but it was something we felt wasn’t for us. Fantastic experience: Dana is a fantastic employee and she was able to give us great offer after great offer. I wish it was fianancially liable for us to purchase a bundle of vacations right now. In the midsts of our wedding planning it wasn’t a smart decision for us. Dana as well as Lauren are fantastic employees to your company and you are lucky to have both of them. Fantastic experience: I was really hesitant at first. I thought this was just another timeshare presentation. Totally the opposite. I really felt comfortable. I did not feel pressured. Fantastic experience: The presenters were professional and very knowledgeable. There was pressure but not overbearing. Each level tried to create a package that we could afford. The person listened and then tried to adjust. There was a lot of outside the box thinking. Well done!!
Negative experience: I am very disappointed with Sundance after a visit by two individuals Dane and Dan I believe. They lied to me and may have done something unethical if not illegal. When they came into my home they made me aware of the VIP upgrade which I thought sounded like a great program but I was not sure if it was something I could afford at the moment and wouldn't know until December as I am transitioning into a new career. I was told by them that I have until my first payment, about two months from time of transaction or this November which was January to cancel with no obligation thereafter. I thought it was a great deal at first and signed ONE sheet of paper which had the monthly fee for the upgrade. I was surprised at the lack of detail in this ONE page and thought there were more documents to come but nothing else was shown to me. But here is what happened: that one document I signed was not numbered and they electronically signed and initialed the other documents of this contract which I never even saw ( I found out later after they left when the email was sent). Because I have been with Sundance for several years I thought it was okay, the details will come in the mail and took their word for it. When I received the email with the eight page contract minutes after they left my home each page was electronically signed and many statements had "my" electronic initials, that I never saw before signing the one page. What I saw in the contract that was very alarming was that I was obligated to a contract worth many thousands dollars which by law I would be forced to upheld if I did not cancel by mail or telegram within three business days, including the day of transaction, which happened late at night. I had a hard time sleeping since I couldn't contact anyone and made it to the post office first thing in the morning and sent my cancelation by overnight mail. I have cancelled my bank account since I shared this information for this transaction, again only because I initially felt I could trust representatives from Sundance. I am also considering withdrawing my membership completely and haven't already done so because I have hundreds in travel credit for a trip I previously reserved and cancelled. I am not yet sure if what "Dan and Dane" did was illegal, referring to the electronic signing and initializing of several unnumbered documents which were never shown to me and later I suppose attaching the one authentically signed sheet, but it is very unethical. I am still currently worried about this many thousand dollar contract that has my signature. After coming into my home and seeing pictures of my family these individuals tried to take advantage of me to make a sale, and I feel very naive in trusting Sundance's representatives.

Fantastic experience: The recent home visit by the company’s representatives was very informative. The representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable about everything the company had to offer. I enjoyed seeing the new things that were available to VIP members. I enjoyed my stay last summer at one of their properties in Weston, Fl.
Fantastic experience: Agents were extremely pleasant. The presenter was well informed and delivered the information in a logical and thought provoking way that challenged you to look at the whole picture in considering cost. Although i was not prepared for vacation packages in this price range I found myself trying to justify it in my mind because of that delivery. Unfortunately because of present circumstsnces, I just could not afford to take advantage of this outstanding offer. Very good and exciting experience overall.
Fantastic experience: Excellent presentation. We did not however end up taking the additional offers after the presentation but the entire process was very pleasant. The representative that we spoke with was very accommodating and helpful with our additional questions.
Fantastic experience: Actually I was nervous to go when I checked some reviews on Google. But to my surprise the presentation was good and the vacation they sell are very good deal but I couldn't afford it and there was no pressure and as I was promised they gave me the gift no gimmick. So all went pretty well.
Positive experience: It was lovely to be contacted by Sundance Vacations and have the opportunity to meet and discuss their vacations options. It was a quick drive there. Plenty of parking and nice facilities. The staff was courteous and accommodating and truly endeavored to assist us in having awesome vacations for a lifetime.
Positive experience: The experience was good. The package they offer is a good one, but to be expected to spend that kind of money with short notice in a impulse is unrealistic and they should offer their services at any time, not only at this presentation.
