Negative experience: The biggest disappointment of my life with the service of this agency. I sent a package on November 9 and today, December 24, my daughters will not be able to receive their Christmas gift due to the poor service and management of this agency. I do not recommend this to anyone. You call everyone and they tell you something different; no one gives you an answer. So much advertising to deceive the public.

Fantastic experience: For me, the best of the agencies, and they are so, so kind that they make you want to come back all the time. My last shipment was on a Sunday at 3 in the afternoon. I was inside and very nervous because people kept coming in, and they kept smiling as if it were 10 in the morning.
