The unit overlooks the gulf and the beautiful white sand beaches were just a hop, skip and a step away. We highly recommend using Condocierge so everything you need is stocked and ready for you to relax and unwind!

Fantastic experience: Amazing home and location!! The house is very beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. Tons of toys, games, and room for a large family including a golf cart. Close to fun restaurants and the beach is away from the large crowds of other nearby beaches. This was our second year at Dream Chaser and will definitely be back for years to come!

Fantastic experience: The Sanderling was a perfect home for my stay. It is a short walk to the beautiful beaches. The home is very cozy with comfortable beds and great linens. The backyard was a great place to hang out at night- we loved the ambient lighting by the pool. The pool is a perfect size and we enjoyed sun all day in the backyard. Panhandle Getaways are also very responsive and I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: Panhandle was reasonably priced and easy to work with. Sterling Breeze resort was beautiful, clean and well-managed. We loved our 23 day stay and will stay there again.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible stay! We stayed in Calypso tower 3, unit 1108 in Panama City. This unit had comfortable, clean beds & a fully stocked kitchen! Can we talk about the sunsets from the balcony! Unbelievable view, every single night we enjoyed watching the sun go down and the sky turn different shades of orange and pink. This place has it all, from a coffee bar and Charlie’s donuts, a swimming pool and hot tub with easy access to the beach! What more could you ask for? We fell in love with this area, pretty much everything you need is walkable! You’ve got the famous Pier Park for shopping right next door with many restaurants to choose from or a fully stocked kitchen to dine in if you like! Five of us stayed here, the kids loved the bunk bed with a very nice pullout sofa. This is place is also 15 minutes from an adorable little town, Rosemary Beach that has some higher end restaurants and shopping with cobble stone streets. Our first day here was a bit cooler, so we rented bikes on 30A and rode from Rosemary beach to Seaside. We stopped at the Big Chill about half way to grab ice cream on the way back. There is plenty to do in Panama City alone or whether you want to relax by the pool, the beach, go shopping, or go fishing. Grab yourself a drink at the tiki hut and relax by the pool! This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken with the kids. The staff was also wonderful and available if we needed anything. Do yourself a favor and book this place, you won’t regret it! We didn’t want to leave.

Positive experience: The Alexander 401 is beautifully decorated. However the ice maker does not work and the promised repair person never showed up and the ceiling fans are unbalanced and cause so much noise we could not use them. If it is Panhandles job to be sure their units are 5 star then they are not doing their job.

Fantastic experience: Loved the condo!! Great view of the ocean. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves. The condo was clean and spacious. We had no issues. When I emailed the resort we received quick responses to our questions. I love staying here. We have stayed for the last 4 years and will continue to stay. Only complaint is the gathering of people on the chairs late at night. They scream profanity and use air horns till late in the night.

Fantastic experience: Welcome to beautiful views of the ocean, pier and Panama City! Our trip was to get away from the back to back hurricanes that left damage in our area. Panhandle Getaways vacation rentals were so accommodating booking the condo last minute and helping us get settled late Thursday night ! Jamie was awesome and so helpful! We loved the cleanliness and decor of the Condo, it had everything you need, and the little touches are visible throughout! It’s an easy walk to the beach, the pier, the shops by the pier and many restaurants! This vacation rentals continued to check on us throughout our stay making sure we’re enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything. We loved it and plan to make the Calypso tower 3 -1705 our next family vacation spot.. where we can stay longer! P.S. The pool is so nice and tiki bar top notch!

Fantastic experience: We just finished up a week long vacation for our 3rd visit to Laketown Wharf. Glad to see so many of the retail shops still open, considering many had shut down due to the end of the season. The swimwear shop had a great selection, and the guy running it was extremely helpful. It was a great experience all around for our group of 7.

Fantastic experience: Stacy was phenomenal in helping my family with changing our accommodations due to the hurricane. She was so kind, extremely professional and helpful. If only there were more people like her working in customer service, the world would be a better place. Thank you again Stacy and we look forward to working with you for our next vacation.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom unit in the Terrace at Pelican Beach. It was well stocked, clean, close to everything and what a view!

Fantastic experience: Mykel at Calypso was amazing. He makes sure to take care of his guests. We loved our stay. We have not laughed so much in a long time. The whole staff was amazing and hard working. Things were kept nice and tidy. It seems like a very inclusive atmosphere to work and play, a breath of fresh air the minute you arrive. We did not want for a thing or go without the whole time we were there. You meet people who it seems you have known your whole life and Mykel was one of those people from the first day. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Your southern hospitality is greatly appreciated being so far from home.

Positive experience: The room was very nice. The only complaint I have is the elevators. I know this was a unique situation where some of them weren’t working due to the storm, but the lighting in half the building walkways were out too, and they didn’t have an adequate back up plan(they zip tied solar lights that weren’t very bright to the railing)

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Calypso Tower 3 and everything was lovely. Perfect sunset views from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Wish we never had to leave.

Fantastic experience: The unit is just darling with all of the amenities you may need (full-sized washer and dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table and more)! The balcony is a PRIME sunset watching location if you don't want to cross the street to the beach. Everything (entertainment, shopping and dining) is within comfortable walking distance from this wonderfully located condo. Bring your significant other, girlfriends, guy friends, family and/or friends to enjoy this large, darling condo (two king beds, bunk beds, pull out sofa and 2 full bathrooms)! @CalypsoTower3Unit1406 is THE place to stay in Panama City Beach

Fantastic experience: My 2nd year in a row staying at Calypso Tower 3 (unit 1406) in Panama City Beach. Such a great location, beautiful and modern decor, well-maintained condo and property with a fabulous pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, cabanas, firepit, onsite restaurant and gift shop. The property mgmt staff is super friendly and helpful. Unit 1406 in Tower 3 is fully equipped with cooking utensils - pots/pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, blender, coffee maker. 3 bedroom 2 bath, large flat screen tvs in each bedroom and main living area, washer/dryer. Furnished balcony with awesome sunset and beach views...a great place to enjoy coffee before starting your day. Easy access to the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment nearby including shops, the pier, and activities for kids..all within walking distance. Excited to return again next year to condo unit 1406 in Tower 3.

Fantastic experience: It is my husband’s favorite place to go on the beach. Our reservationist Sandi has done everything to please us.We will always stay with panhandle getaways because of her. She is the best reservationist we have ever had. Mostly She insures we get the our unit every year. l! She is our favorite to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Great sunsets & sunrises. Beautiful condo. Didn’t want for anything. The beach service guys, especially “Devon” was outstanding. He was very friendly, hard working & available to help with our beach filled wagon. Best grouper sandwich is at Dewey Destin & Stinky’ was fabulous. Fantastic experience: We will be back! 88 Pine Lands Loop was so nice and a family friendly area. So close to the Big Chill which was a kid favorite to run around and eat ice cream. Beach access was just a short golf cart ride. Panhandle Getaways staff were great, responsive and helpful when needed.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at the Calypso Resort was phenomenal! Starting with the front desk attendant, Mykel. He made, what could have been a parking nightmare, an easy fix. After driving down to FL with a screaming toddler in the back seat it was very refreshing to have a pleasant interaction. The unit we stayed in was conveniently located in the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach. Water pressure was good, not too weak and not too strong. Overall a clean space with some nice employees!

Fantastic experience: This condo in Panama City Beach, @CalypsoTower3unit1406, is spectacular! The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the views are absolutely amazing! It is within walking distance to Pier Park and the beach is right there! There’s a beautiful pool, hot tub, snack bar, gift shop, and poolside bar. Looking forward to my next stay! Its definitely top notch!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place that is close to everything you need, well this is the place to be. We felt right at home the whole six days we were here. The bed was so comfortable and clean with extra pillows and bedding. The unit was dust free from the light fixtures to the baseboards and everything in between was super clean. Our little dog loved sitting in front of the back glass doors looking out each morning. We will definitely request this place for all our future PCB visits.

Fantastic experience: Whale rested was top notch in quality of home and location. I was worth every penny and made the whole trip easier and more enjoyable, Jamie was very accommodating. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: Our rental home was perfect! Plenty of space, all necessitates you need to be at home. Pool right out the back door & the beach out the front door! It was an amazing stay! Panhandle Getaways was very prompt with the instructions. Sent us a message with a new code in case we arrived a couple of hours early at no extra cost, like they read our minds. Easy instructions to follow. Had a wonderful time! Will be a returning customer!

Negative experience: It was not disclosed that our room was adjoining to a larger condo. When we called to ask for a room change, as we felt VERY uncomfortable, I was literally laughed at by customer service. They were unhelpful and very rude. We will never be using this company again and are very disappointed with our stay.

Negative experience: Our vacation has started off terrible… First we rented two condos next to each other for our family and one of the condos flooded. Panhandle getaways never called to tell us anything happened. They just sent a text to say they moved us to a different building 9 floors up from our other condo with the rest of our family on the third floor. When we arrive, the codes they gave us did not work for our condo. The sliding glass doors are broken and won’t lock. We have five little children under five so that’s a problem. The elevators don’t work half the time here at splash resort so we can’t get to our other family down on the third floor. This is our first day. I can only imagine what a week here will be like…

Fantastic experience: We love staying at the summerhouse! We had trouble with our tv and Jamie went above and beyond and helped us with everything we needed! This is definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

Fantastic experience: My family of 4 had the best week at CalypsoTowers3unit1406 in Panama City Beach, Florida this past week. The condo was a roomy 3-bedroom with beautiful decor and resort -feel comfort. You have a beautiful view of the ocean, pier and pool all from the large private balcony. What an amazing way to start and end your day. I had my coffee with that view each morning. A full-size beautiful kitchen and laundry room that give you the comfort of home. Large TVs in each room that also spoil you. 2 large full baths. I cannot say enough about this unit. And the owners were so accommodating. I only had a question or two, all me of course, but received an immediate response. Calypso Towers 3 is also my favorite of the complex. You really would not have to leave because it’s all offered there. The pool was huge, refreshing and had zero-entry giving you the beach feel. There were several cabanas pool-side that could be rented, especially if you have small children, that had a large screen TV, cooler filled with ice and a lounger and chairs. Live music was also offered pool-side in the evenings 2 times that week. A tiki bar with the best cocktails and friendliest bartenders. A cafe was also located poolside that offered donuts, parfaits, other breakfast items as well as smash burgers and pizza for lunch to only name a few things. We never had a long wait for the elevators which can often be an issue with complexes. Everything was super clean and the staff were super friendly. We met some great people and just had a remarkable week. Hope you can see why we will definitely return and stay again in 1406!! Oh, and if you decide to leave, the ocean/beach is just across the street and Pier Park steps away offering restaurants and shopping. Fun for all!!!

Fantastic experience: We loved staying here! The condominium was fantastic! It was very clean, quaint, and beautiful! The Staff are very efficient and pleasant. They answer your text messages quickly. The Desk staff in the lobby and the General Store are very friendly and helpful. Our condo faced the ocean and it was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and see the ocean! I would highly recommend this place for a vacation.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful condo. Well appointed, with nice appliances and furniture. Everything was clean. Office was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. We wondered into one of the admin offices looking for the main office, because we arrived early. The staff were so sweet to my kids, allowed us to use their restroom, and then got us a door code for 3pm, so we didn't have to hang out with 3 small children for an hour. We travel a lot and were very pleased with our trip.

Not only was he so helpful, welcoming, friendly, always interested in how we our day was going, and had all the good info. He was just so genuine and truly exuded personality. Positive experience: Stayed in one of the three properties on Lakeshore Dr. , communication was lil to none. For a rental property to promote both a private pool and a golf cart, we were not informed before we checked-in that we would NOT have a golf cart as the last people who stayed here broke it... While the other two properties had a working golf cart and we can see them using it. Not having a backup is highly unprofessional especially with how many rentals they have. The house was nice but no hand soap in any bathrooms. Communication is key and they were not good with that. We will not re-rent one of these properties in the future.

Positive experience: We stayed in Tower 2 Clean rooms & facilities. Perfect views! Beachfront. Private beach. Kid & family friendly. Only thing I would suggest is adding a ramp to the beach instead of just stairs (for people with wagons.)

Fantastic experience: The booking process for Summer house was fast and easy. A young lady by the name of Jamie helped me. She did a wonderful job. My stay here has been great. Everyone has been so nice. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are CLEAN and well kept up we also enjoyed the beach thank you so much Summer house for a great trip.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at PCBCloud9 (903E in Calypso) in Panama City Beach while changing property management companies. I was incredibly impressed with the Panhandle management team. Colby LaDuke, the general manager, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. We encountered a maintenance issue during our stay, and Justin arrived promptly. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had everything working quickly! This is hands down the best property management team I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: We had a great stay at the splash we have been going there for several years...I had to rent 2 condos to accommodate my family... They worked hard to prepare an issue b4 we got there on 1 unit...everything was ok but for the price we paid not up to par..vent was dirty an rusty...couch was old an tore... I was disappointed they would not work with us (on pricing an room size) when 5 of my family members didn't get to go. But overall it was ok....

Negative experience: Never stay at a property managed by this company. We had no use of our room for an entire day due to a faulty smoke alarm that was at such high decimals ours ears hurt. Nobody came to fix it for hours and we had to leave the room the entire day. In addition the listing at The Point on 30a in Rosemary Beach advertised bicycles and the lock codes never worked. Check in is virtual and was not easy. In addition, the reception does not help since they have nothing to do with the management company. The pool was filthy see pix and although the room was very nice this was certainly not the experience we had planned. After many emails they have not issued me any credit. Also the garbage cans had no bags and when I called to ask for garbage bags they told me that I had to bring my own. WHO BRINGS GARBAGE BAGS ON VACATION? I have this all in writing. I wish I could speak to the owners because I am sure that if the owners knew what I went through I would be refunded or at least compensated for this tremendous hassle.

Also the number we text of we needed any thing was super helpful and fast. Heidi was amazing. Her customer service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This house is wonderful. It’s beautifully decorated. It was clean. The kitchen is well stocked. All the beds are super comfy. It’s so roomy. The view, plunge pool & convenient private walkover to the beach are top notch. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: Jamie was very helpful, an understanding. She made my small problem just like if it were hers she was very kind and also kept me updated. We have always enjoyed the Summerhouse.

Negative experience: There were many disappointments with our stay through Panhandle Getaways. Broken, missing items, a floor that left our feet black, infestation of centipedes and caterpillars, 6 coffee cups for 11 adults…. But the biggest frustration was no pedestrian key fob to get out of our development for walks and bike rides. I contacted the company several times but never received a fob. We would have to hang around the gate waiting for someone else coming or going to let us out. It was ridiculous to be trapped in our development! No early morning bike rides or evening walks for ice cream. The other extremely frustrating thing is trying to reach someone at the managerial or corporate level. I’ve called and sent emails. The response is that my complaint has been forwarded to a manager who will be in touch. But I haven’t heard from anyone. I will never book through Panhandle Getaways again and I caution others to do so.

Fantastic experience: Upon checking in and all of the chaos happening at Caylpso, we were fortunate to find Heidi. Her entire attitude and “can do” determination was exemplary. I’ve never encountered anyone like her. She went above and behind helping us get a parking pass until we left with one. I couldn’t thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: Awesome house with a ton of space. We stayed with 9 people and had plenty of room. Nice beach access as well not dirty and 4 out of 5 days was not crowded at all.

Negative experience: We stayed at Emerald Beach 730 and the condo was absolutely disgusting. The floor had so much sand like it was never swept or mopped after the last visitor, my daughter’s feet were BLACK within 5 minutes. The shower heads were covered in mold. Dishes in the cabinet were filthy. The back door didn’t even have a lock on it. The front door had a huge gap between the floor and the door so sand and debris was constantly coming in, we put a towel against the door to cover the gap. I called and spoke to someone at panhandle getaways and they said they “would report it”. Just absolutely terrible, do not waste your money here. If I could give it negative stars I would. RESPONDING BACK TO YOUR “RESPONSE”.. Someone came to the door the day AFTER we checked in, she had to type in a translator on her phone for me to understand why she was there because no one told us she was coming. Come to find out she was there to clean which an INSPECTOR requested this not us. No call was made to us that she was coming, which by this time we had already cleaned the floors and dishes ourselves. Do you not charge a cleaning fee?! The unit SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED BEFORE WE CHECKED IN!! No lock on the back door should’ve been advertised , so people with young children would not rent this unit. I posted pictures below of the shower heads which look like they have never been cleaned EVER. We felt so dirty staying in the unit the whole time we were there, thinking everything was dirty. Shame on you for trying to make us look like the bad guy when we paid you thousands of dollars for a dirty room. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she just said she would report it, and that the cleaning people were suppose to come BEFORE WE CHECKED IN, which obviously didn’t happen. No call from a manager or anything. If the unit was dirty, why did you let us check in?! You don’t have a safe in the unit so we didn't want some stranger coming in while we’re there. By far the worst unit we have ever stayed in and the worst customer service.

Fantastic experience: 30a Townhomes unit c104 - Had the best time! Plenty of room and perfect location to beach and restaurants. Golf cart was a huge plus as well!

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem for our family. Very clean and quiet! It’s a short walk to get to the beach and big lagoon pool. We used the smaller pool most of the time as we were the only one in it. We had 8 guest and plenty of room. Publix is under a mile from the condo. You have the opportunity to rent a cabana or chairs with umbrellas, they do have free ones available. The company is quick to respond with any needs or concerns you might have. You do have to pay to park and any additional cars cost as well. You get up to three passes. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. I wish I had more photos but I was busy enjoying the moment.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Me and my 5 friends recently stayed at this beach condo and it exceeded all my expectations! It was spacious enough for everyone to have their space while not feeling cramped. The condo was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with stunning views of the ocean from every room. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bedding. The location couldn't have been better - steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. I especially loved watching the sunset from the spacious balcony each evening. I highly recommend this beach condo for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!

Fantastic experience: Pinnacle Port A736: Amazing property and great condo unit. Very clean and well decorated. It had great views of the fish jumping in the lake and the whales in the ocean! The 4th of July festivities at the pool and all the fireworks shows were a blast!

Fantastic experience: Ease of making reservations online. Our stay was July 4-7, 2024 at Reflections at Bay Point Unit 209. The condo was in excellent condition. Loved mornings on the balcony. The resort itself was peaceful even during a busy holiday weekend. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained with beautiful landscaping. It was hard to leave

Fantastic experience: Calypso tower 3 unit 609 was amazing. Perfect for our family of 3. Our 16 year old daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and she said it was comfortable. Huge balcony with beautiful view of ocean and pier. Resort is awesome with perfect location to walk to pier and Pier Park. Pool is large and pristine. Beautifully lit up at night. Easy to park car in spacious parking deck and leave it for your stay. First time booking with Panhandle Getaways and it was a breeze. They are easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a great vacation!!

Negative experience: Calipso tower 2 unit 2302 . We not happy with the unit we rented something over the phone, when I arrived with my family was totally different What we discussed over the phone with attended and I even called them when I check in. they don’t care and, I even been told they gonna call me back that was four days ago nobody called. I’ve been use this hotel for over years and this is the less ones for sure.

Fantastic experience: We just wrapped up a great week in PCB! Thank you @CalypsoTower3unit1406! We will definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in the PCB area. The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained, the accommodations were perfect, the rooms very comfortable, and the views of the Gulf and sunset fantastic. If you're looking for a beach front location and appreciate attention to detail, you will not be disappointed. Being within a short 3-5 minute walk of Pier Park was a great plus, too!

Fantastic experience: I am 11 years old and I came with all of my family and this has been so fun and there’s so much to do! I never get board! I love how close the beach is! The pool was also VERY fun to swim and cool off in! The view is very beautiful! The beach house is big and great! It is so spacious and there is so much seating in the house! I slept in one of the rooms with bunk beds and they were so huge and comfortable! All of the rooms were amazing and the perfect size! The house comes with beach chairs and boogie boards that are so fun! There was amazing kitchen utensils and pans! This beach house made our trip VERY amazing!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful condo! Brand new everything! Absolutely stunning view! Parking was actually on our level (condo 1025) everyone else in our group had parking on different levels but it was a gamechanger for us! Walk to the beach is so easy, pool was great! The coffee shop downstairs is superb! Everyone is so nice and we all felt very safe!!! Just a couple slight cons: Parking deck sucks.... but nothing you can do about that. Im the condo there were 3 cameras NONE in any living quarters so where they are placed is understandable: ring camera at door, camera facing door inside and a camera on the patio but it was facing the wall (they are in my opinion only checking that there are not parties and several different people in and out all day everyday and their condo is being respected. As long as your respectful there should be absolutely no issue with the location of the 3 cameras as you can tell the owners poured their heart into this for us to have a beautiful peaceful stay I would absolutely stay here again ESPECIALLY if i get room 1025!!

Fantastic experience: Panhandle Getaways always comes thru for me with an amazing place. Beautiful units. Super clean and well decorated. If you have any questions or concerns they are so on top of everything. Staff is always friendly and nice. Pelican Beach 513 is awesome and Beachside at Sandestin 4211 and 4011 my 3 favorites!

Fantastic experience: The Condo was Beautiful. Long Beach 2-1003. The Management Company was So accommodating and accessible. We had an issue with the Car Tags they sent one at 11:20 pm to make sure we had the Tag. Everything was immaculate. I will be staying again with Panhandle Getawayss..

Fantastic experience: Sterling Breeze 1803 We loved our condo at Sterling Breeze. It was white glove clean. We had everything we needed and more. The location is so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Pier Park. We will definitely rent 1803 again.

Negative experience: Do not recommend! I was so excited. I’m a teacher and I look forward to a beach trip after school ends. Looked like a nice resort. Great looking pool for the kids, Gulf Coast Jam was nearby, and thw quiet side of PCB. We stayed at Spash Resort 1103W. The condo was dirty! My first shower had a long black hair on the wall of the shower. The large tub drain was disgusting. The kitchen table chairs didn’t match and were broke. You could feel the wooden frame. The couch was dirty! You could see the stains. I didn’t even open the sofa bed and refused to sit on that couch. I usually don’t sit on the couch much anyway. My favorite place in my beach condo is the patio…. Talk about ruining my weekend! There was a table with 4 chairs. 2 of the 4 chairs were broke and very worn. Not comfortable in the slightest. I had to bring my beach chair to sit. So much for a nice weekend on my first weekend of summer break. I did use the chair to prop my feet up. Limited towels (had to wash daily), limited kitchen utensils and dishes. The elevator was a nightmare! I’ve been renting condos in PCB once or twice a year for over 12 years. By far the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in for the price… cause it was not cheap. Probably top 2 for being the worst period. $2500… 4 days… feels like I was scammed. Please stick a little in your condo. God knows it’s making ! So disappointed.
